Took my elantra in for a diagnostic. No check engine light but keeps dying when in idle. Wasted $175. To be lied to. They said the technician took it for multiple drives and could not recreate the problem. It died three times on the way home. They suggested I take it to the last shop and have them figure out the problem and bring it back so they could fix it. Only take your vehicle here for recalls but they cant even tell you anything about the recalls except they were told it needs them

The worst customer service EVER! Have been using Parr Hyundai for 20 years, have bought 3 new cars from them. Now they are Haselwood and all they have been is a Hassle. Brought Tucson in for a service, thought Maybe they would look at the records of the service that had been done at there service department. Not only did they Not look at the service that had Already been performed, during there Multi-point inspection, they found that the spark plugs Seriously needed replaced, along with the intake manifold gasket. (you have to remove the manifold to replace spark plugs). The only problem with that is, that was the last service they did on the SUV. So was the last $800 I spent there done wrong, or were they padding the bill? (Spark plugs are good for 100,000 miles, they were replaced about 6,000 miles ago. You need new brakes that they did about 10,000 miles ago, front and rear. We need a coolant flush that they also did when they changed spark plugs. Almost Everything on the list that required IMMEDIATE attention had already been done - By Them!! So my question is, did you rip me off when you said you did the work and charged Thousands of dollars, or was this service that they wanted $5,700 for, the rip off?!?! Other than a couple oil changes, this SUV has only been serviced at This dealership for its entire 107,000 mile life. Paid the premium of using dealer for service - NEVER AGAIN - They are THE WORST. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

We took our 2012 sonata in for a recall/engine swap earlier this year. Then again on March 2nd because the engine is missing a valve cover gasket leaking oil onto engine when the car is running. They supposedly ordered the part and said it would arrive following week. Well here it is almost June and we have heard three different excuses on why they dont have the simple gasket yet nor can we get our car serviced on the repair they made Big mistakes on. So now we are playing phone tag, holding for 10-20mins at a time being passed off by customer service agent Savanna who tells us they recently switched systems and are looking into it/will get back to us. Idk whats going on around there. Id give half a star for customer service if I could.

Bought a car from this place and will say that this has been the biggest mistake of mine and my girlfriends life.. lets start with spent 15000 on car first week cad goes to shop for some vibration we get cad back they said it was brake rotors. No big deal get into car to drove home have to go straight back to shop cause now vibration is worse and now car has coolant problems so I get charged couple thousand dollars for them to replace coolant system... Get car back again a week goes by engine explodes into fireball and wouldnt you know they wan th nothing to do with helping us out so now this costed 10000 and guess what cooling system never got fixed and they refuse to do anything about this so stay as far as you can from extremely poor ran place with people that have no knowledge about cars what so ever....I will post all service records with employee names on them so stay away from this place seriously horrible

They are super polite but the guys behind the pods dont acknowledge you when you enter so its makes it awkward to know where to go for help. Once you get help its fantastic!🏳️‍🌈
