Great service and great products. I have 44k miles on these Cooper Discover AT3 XLT tires from Discount Tires and absolutely love them. Great traction and performance. Low noise and great wear. I do rotate them regularly and took them in for a 3/4 inch nail that I had picked up and I still had enough tread that it did no damage.

Ask for Jesse!! He was so helpful and patient! I was a terrible super picky difficult customer and the whole crew at this location treated me with so much patience! We had an order mishap and Jesse didnt even hesitate to own up and make it right, but truthfully it was like he instinctively knew what would look better and the mishap turned out to be a better looking option. Had tire on van that appeared to develop bulge during high heat days. Waited about 10 minutes before we received assistance, but they acknowledged us and kept us posted. Employees are very professional, polite, and helpful. Our tire was checked, explained, and we were encouraged to take advantage of their free tire pressure check, which was done promptly. I highly support this facility.

Good experience. Went for an air check and the polite tech said Im definitely due for new tires and recognized that I will also need an alignment because if the way the tires are worn on the inside. Picked out General G-Max As-05 for my MINI. I went bigger ( 215/50) hoping for a softer ride as I have 17in rims. They ordered them and were on the next week. Unfortunately they turned out to be too big unbeknownst to me or the sales associate at the time. No clearance and rubbed over some dips in the road. Called the next day and they ordered the 215/45 size and they were swapped out in a couple of days. Great service and I recommend making an appointment for even a tire rotation.

What is the sense of making an appointment for a specific time when you get to the store and told to wait in line with other customers who did not have an appointment? Why bother setting up appointments if you arent going to honor them? At least Les Schwab and Costco keeps their word. Your service has declined considerably. Although other places are a little higher in price Im thinking that the service would be worth it. Its like ordering a pizza and being told We gave your pizza to those people that were in line ahead of you Now stay in line or well give the one were going to make for you to the guy behind you.How is that good business, well maybe it is if you dont expect repeat customers.

The quality for the money is good and usually there are on time.Today they did not get my tires on in a timely manner even though I dropped them off at 330pm. They had to hurry to get them done when I arrived 20 minutes before close at 600pm.

I always appreciate the work and competitive price I receive at Discount Tires. I recently had them put new tires and rims on my car. The service was friendly and helpful, but remember to call a day or so in advance for an appointment since they seem to always be crazy busy, especially in the afternoons.

Very honest people. They have taken care of my tire needs since I bought my car 7 years. Car dealer said I need new tires, so I took my car back to have tires rotated. I said do I need new tires, they said no maybe next time I have them rotated 76000 miles on my tires. I have had them rotated ever 5000 miles.

I get free air in my tires here but there tire work is expensive they also said they order the tire another employee notice what she was ordering and said that wont work I went to wallmart they ordered it for me where she claim I can not get a tire to match nobody can I came back to tell her walmart ordered in she seemed stunned

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I receive excellent service every time! The staff are always friendly.I have lifetime tire protection and I highly recommend it! I found a nail in my tire and had to get it replaced. A $76 replacement tire ended up costing $15! You never know what sort of things crazy people leave on the road.

Best place to buy tires. I been shopping here since before Oct 1993 when I worked for the late, great, Leon Fox of Fox Motors and 6th Abe Autosales. Leon raced Nascar when younger and if Discount Tires was good enough for him and the cars he sold...I figured they were the best thing going. They have never disappointed me in decades.

Ordered 4 tires and scheduled install online for a 9 am appointment. The entire process took 35 minutes. Yes, I was back on the road by 9:35! AMAZING! THIS IS THE PLACE TO BUY TIRES.

It was time for our 2017 Mitsubishi mirage G4 to get new tires, so I made an appointment for 2:45 in the afternoon on a Saturday, We got there a little early but Jessie got us in fast and he was able to get us tbe very same tires we had bought before. I bought some tires online for an appointment today. When I got there, Jessy checked me in and we discussed a different brand and size of tire. They were a little more expensive but in no way did he pressure me for this up sell. He convinced me with his knowledge as he also owned this model of Jeep. It rides great and they had me in and out in a little over 40 minutes.

Have bought tires here for years. I hit something in the road, called and told them I didnt know if it could be repaired or not. They said I just ordered a replacement it will be here tomorrow if we cant fix it we will replace it. All covered under warranty. Thanks for great service it was beyond repair. Replaced no problem.

These guys are so amazing, by far the best costumer service I have ever received in any industry. I walked in on a Saturday at about 10:00 I waited in line for a minute( just cause they were getting a little busy). When someone helped me, him and all the employees were happy to help and NOT having any attitude or trying to push me into buying something i wasnt comfortable with, asking for my opinion and what I wanted and they took that to heart and tried theyre best to fit what i was looking for. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was happy to be there and WAS NOT dragging theyre feet to be there. They talked to me through every step and gave me honest opinions and NOT feeding me bullsh*t so i can get theyre product and leave. Very confident, happy and just all around good people that work there, plain and simple. I am very happy with the work they did and I will always go here from here on out. Thank You.

I am giving a 5-star, I dont typically leave reviews but Ive never had a bad experience at discount tires, except for recently with a gentleman named Juan. I have been in customer service most my life and his customer service is less than desirable, I may be a woman but I am a paying customer and I expect to be spoken to as such not being left with the feeling of being uneducated and less than and Im sure my hourly wage is higher. He could have even probably made a larger sale had he tried, I believe Juan could benefit from some customer service training. Other than that thank you discount tires and your staff for all you do.

I have had adequate experiences in the past; however, my most recent experience now has me going elsewhere.I had an appointment at 1:30 and arrived at 1:15 to drop my car off. They were busy and quoted me about an hour to an hour and a half until finished. I waited until 3 oclock and my car had not been touched. Additionally, a car that arrived after mine was pulled in before my car.While waiting, another customer complained about the amount of time they had waited in the past. The customer service representative informed them the wait would be about the same (quoted an hour and a half to two hours) and they asked the customer representative if there were a lot of walk-in customers. Apparently, the last walk-in they had was at 11:15 and the rest were appointments. This tells me they regularly overbook their appointments and purposely put themselves behind.At 3 oclock I had to get my car and get a refund, because I had another place I had to be by 4. When I asked for the refund, there was no question why I was leaving, no apology, etc. That is fine, I will go somewhere else.I understand I am one customer and the impact wont be felt by me taking my business elsewhere. I do suggest others look into the other local tire centers such as Firestone, Les Schwab, Costco, or others before giving you business to a company that cares less about your time. The product and services they provide are not unique and are available elsewhere. Additionally, I will recommend to anyone asking where to take vehicles for tires to avoid the Bremerton Discount Tire.

Went to this store, like I have for many years, to see if they could repair my tire for my Jaguar. My friend dropped the tire off and picked it up for me because I am disabled and couldnt carry the tire. They said it would be an hour and a half, so I parked at Fred Meyer. When he went to pick up the tire, they told him they couldnt fix it. On his way back, the tire was in two pieces in a cart, he was involved in a confrontation with a gentleman. This person claimed to be the store manager named Jesse. In an EXTREMELY RUDE manner he said to my friend,Did you just TAKE that tire from the store over there?He told him he just picked it up from seeing if it could be repaired.Well Im one of the store managers over there, and I see PEOPLE, he obviously meant homeless, take tires from there all the time. So hang on Im going to call and make sure! He gave him the name used for the tire at the store. He then called twenty seconds later said, Ok youre good to go, just had to make sure!I am extremely upset because this embarrassed my friend in the parking lot with people watching. It was in bad taste to assume that my friend STOLE the tire. I have used Discount Tire for over 25 years to outfit my vehicles with custom tires and rims, but because of this charade, I believe I will take my business elsewhere.

These guys are awesome! I have a few cars and of course that means I buy tires once in a while. Not only do they have the best prices but their service is superb!I once bought snow tires and wheels from them online (Black Friday sale) and got a call the next Monday saying that they couldnt get any more of the cheap one I ordered but could substitute another brand (which was the one I wanted in the first place but was more expensive) and met in the middle on price. Still got my sale price and the tires I really wanted.Then when it was time to switch back to regular tires they did it for no charge! Other shops wanted $20 per wheel.A few months later I needed to have some new tires put on my riding lawnmower so I brought the new tires and old wheels here. With a smile they installed the new tires and wouldnt take any money for it.Ill keep buying my tires here!Cant go wrong with these guys.

So pleased! Called at about 445pm, (they closed at 6pm) had a screw in the tire. They were full of appts, he asked if it was a slow leak. It was not. It went down overnight. So He got me in at 515pm. Got my van there by 5pm.Took the keys, I took my daughter and my niece to walk around Fred Meyers, they had said to be back by 6, we were back by ten till. And not only was my van done, but they didnt charge me anything. (we bought our tires there a year and a half ago)They were wonderful. So happy with them, and that they fit me in, so I didnt have to go without my van for the weekend.

Although theyve changed the way they do business because of covid, they still treat you like a person and not a dollar sign. Ive been coming here since 1995 and have never been disappointed, I wont go anywhere else for my tire needs!!

I have always had a good experience here. I brought my Subaru in today and when they went to turn it over it wouldn’t start. Instead of just saying sorry we can’t help you now they went out of their way to help me and get my car started for me. They also still worked on it. Very quick and reliable service! Very customer oriented.

Called ahead of time to schedule an appointment for a quick tire patch. Spoke with Cody who told me there were no available appointments that day but they do accept walk-ins. Dropped my car off to Sam, with a bay full of other vehicles already being serviced and waited no longer than 45 minutes after being told an hour and a half max wait time. Great customer service and turn around time. Thanks guys!
