Run row with Tom is the best way to start your Saturday! Intense and challenging workout each week....you can feel yourself get stronger with each workout!Class is different every time. This class is also offered on Wednesday if Saturday is too early for you!
This place is great! Love working out here. Intense work outs with great trainers! Wether its an Express class designed to fit into any schedule, a Run/Row class combining the intense rowing segment with a run through Brandford, or a straight rowing class with lots of water rowing mixed in with weighted training and basic workouts. I love Tom and Lisa and the mission they are on. Highly recommend carving time out for Pull Rowing at least once a week.
This is me: out of shape with a back injury and a healing broken foot -- and not self-disciplined enough for a gym membership. I hate treadmills, I tried yoga and spin classes and zumba, but would wind up re-injuring myself. PULL is just right -- excellent core, strength, cardio, and the coaching staff is great about making sure we are warmed up and cooled down so there are NO injuries. This has been a true game-changer for my health and fitness!
The class and instructor were great! Would highly recommend to others.
