Been at this gym almost 3 years and really enjoy it. I was pretty hesitant to join a CrossFit gym but decided to give it a try and definitely don’t regret it. The atmosphere is great, the staff/owners promote a non-competitive, atmosphere while pushing you to succeed and the other gym members are very friendly. They don’t focus just on building muscle or losing weight, they help you set goals and attain them whether it has to do with flexibility, strength, endurance, or just regular attendance at the gym. The price is worth it, and they have multiple price levels for people who can only attend 3 days per week or less.The class times can be limiting but they have lots of options in the early and later parts of the day when most people are off work. They also have different classes so you can tailor your workouts to your goals. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone curious about CrossFit or looking to get back in shape, or if you’re getting bored of your old workouts like I was. Reach out and set up a time to visit.

Amazing gym!! Very friendly owners. We were there for the Masters Comp and these guys were very organized! If youre ever in the area make sure you stop in!
