Everything is wonderful till you tell them you can no longer go and that your canceling, they will give you the run around for months so they can continue to charge your account, then after they charge you 199.99 cancellation fee, they still charge account after that. Whole different staff except the owners all the good people quit, what’s the point of staying? Their own fault shouldn’t have let their best trainers go 🤷🏻‍♂️

Every class is unique and the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I love being a FBBC member and I look forward to getting even stronger over the next several months. Thank you guys!
