I was disappointed with the response I received from a bid I put in on a house. I was a well qualified buyer, and came in with a beginning bid on a home that has sat on the market for much longer than most houses are sitting in the current market. I was told that the offer was insulting and not even worth a counter. The agent said any serious buyer would have come in with a higher bid, so he was not going to waste the time?? I was a serious buyer, and able financially able to go WAY over the price of the listing. It was a starting point for negotiating, but due to no counter, the sale was lost. Assist to Sell was NOT acting in the best interest of their client, or they would have countered to start the process. I have been in real estate for 20 years, and expect my agents to do their best to sell my home quickly, but this company seems to be looking for the easy way out, and losing sales in the process. Poor business model, from a top agent, hmm.

Where do I begin other than to say I wished we sold our home more often as Aaron was a pleasure to have in our corner! Of course saving money was our initial intent but little did we know it would be so much more than that as the services he provided were stellar......from his communicating skills, his expertise in the real estate arena, his analysis of the market and the offers we received on our home helped us make wise decisions. With his recommendations, our home sale was without any surprises. Between Aaron and Stacey (who helped tremendously with the administrative side), they were best weve ever worked with. It seemed unique that he goes so much less on his pay to do the same job, but realistically he does the same job as everyone else, just for less! He is a professional and between him and his team, they have you covered. No reason to not use him, and lots of reasons to use him.
