There is no quicker oil change place in Brandon! They are always so efficient and do not try to sell you up charges like a lot of other places. They will check your air vents and show you them but it seems like that’s only every other oil change I’ve had there (which I’m okay with because who needs to be reminded that they haven’t changed their air filter since the early 2000’s, am I right? 😅). Anyway, definitely plan to continue coming here for my synthetic oil changes!

Not very happy with service. I asked for them to make sure each tire had 40 psi, that wasnt done. They said I needed an air filter and tried to sell me a $10.00 filter for $40.00 and a cabin filter for $45.00, auto parts store you can get both for about $20.00. They did a very poor job vacuuming and just threw the rear mat in on top of other stuff and they didnt clean the cup holders. Windows are still dirty on the inside. The 10 minute oil change took over 40 minutes and the car wash was almost as long. I wasted 1 hour + here during my lunch hour, only to go home later to clean it over again.

Great customer service. Normally there is a decent wait, but they have an indoor ac area to sit. I always do the additional car wash. Its cheap and pretty decent. Grab their coupon out of the local clipper.

If I can give 0 stars I willOld. I took my car there for an oil change, I have a new engine and new radiator cap and my car was not having issues. Then after picking my car up it overheated and stopped working. Im taking it to a mechanic so they can pick. Point the issue and if need be get a lawyer. My care had 0 issues and now after going there it isnt working. My wife and I were supposed to be going on our honeymoon and that was put to a halt and we are running late. I will make sure everyone I know knows not to go there ever.

Synthetic blend at a regular price!!! I went to get my oil yesterday and I cannot express how well this went. I am so glad that I was able to find this hidden gem. (location of it is hard to see when driving by) I actually came to this location 2 years ago when I moved to Brandon and had an awesome experience too. I just couldnt remember how to get back here. Never the less, my car uses synthetic blend and the price was still the same as a regular oil change. Great value and the amount I waited inside my vehicle was like 10-15 minutes. Other places in the area charge $62.99 for Synthetic blend. Thank you for everything and everyone was very nice and courteous.

Been going to them since I bought my car a year ago. Fast service. Car sat in driveway for 2 days after they changed oil and I have oil spot on driveway that was never there before. Not to mention i just found out they stripped my oil drain plug and never said anything about stripping it out. They double up the gasket to make a quick fix.Update. I had to have car towed to the tarpon springs location and they fixed my oil pan drain plug.

Got the platinum car wash they half cleaned my car front was okay the back was not vacuumed nor were the mats wiped. I will take it and call that my fault for not checking there work when getting my car. SMHH

Worst oil change experience ever. They put the filter on so tight the next place I went for an oil change couldnt get the filter off. Had to go back to have filter changed at AOE, After they supposedly loosened the filter I went to a different repair shop for an oil change and they couldnt get the filter off either. STAY CLEAR OF Americas Oil Express, they are not professionals.

Fast service, they check and top off your fluids, and you can stay in the car. Gave four stars because they filled the air in my tires higher than they should have been, which can be dangerous.

*** CUSTOMERS BEWARE*** I brought in a 2004 Chevy Malibu Maxx V6 in to this location for a simple oil change. By the time they were done with the car it leaks oil so bad that it is draining on the exhaust. This has created a FIRE HAZARD. The car is undriveable and the managers only answer is to take it somewhere else to have it fixed. It never leaked a drop of oil before this experience. When asked for the owner/corporate number he made one up. If you value your vehicle then TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. The call was recorded and I will continue to go after these crooks

I came here after take five oil change destroyed my Mercedes by putting the O-ring on the wrong part of the filter. So I got a Honda accord and drove it in and the engine light was on and it’s been on since I bought it, I was thinking the transmission fluid was low. Sure enough it was and he filled it and the engine light went away and It drives a lot better. The guy with the blond hair is very nice and listened to my concerns. I’ll be coming here for every oil change

The only place I recommend for an oil change. The staff is professional, and I have taken other cars for other family members who never are disappointed. I have had of issues in the past that could have been horror stories, but their customer service responses to these issues have ensured me that they are the only place I continue recommending for oil changes.

Friendly Staff fast service

1st time here today for a 10 minute oil change.About 2 cars in front of me when I pulled into the service lane.I was met at the truck by the ticket writer and went inside to the customer lounge after giving him some truck info.Simple waiting area with pump thermos of coffee and some auto related items for sale..About 20 minutes later my truck rolled up for the oil change. It was serviced within about 10 minutes once it rolled up.. There is an extra charge if your vehicle takes more than 5quarts of oil, which mine does by 1/2 a quart ($4 extra).Overall, very friendly staff and so far looks like a good job.. Ill check in my driveway if there are any oil spots from any uncleaned areas on my truck where draining oil can collect..I will probably go back again, especially if I have another $10 coupon..UPDATE - I said I would check my driveway...*** I checked my driveway and there were a couple of oil spots. My driveway is usually clean of any fluid spots under my truck since my truck doesnt normally leak any fluids on its own., until I got back from the oil change. I had also driven for about half an hour and about 10 miles after leaving Americas Oil Express before I parked the truck in my driveway.Looked underneath and there was oil on the bottom area of the new filter ( so oil was probably still draining when they put the new filter on), then oil was on top of the cross beam that houses the oil pan and that ran down in front where the oil pan plug is, and then collected underneath into the open spaces inside the cross beam, and thats where it leaked onto my driveway..This is the 3rd place trying an oil change service since moving to Brandon, and like the previous (2nd) place I tried there was oil that was left to sit on the underparts of my truck.Where I went before I moved here, the mechanics would clean up any oil that had spilled on underparts of the truck when they were draining the oil. (Some Brakleen and a rag does wonders.I)I will probably go back here anyway because apart from that uncleaned oil, they did do a good job overall.. Ill just ask them to clean up better next time or ask for a free undercarriage wash.

Paid $30 for a cleaning and I got into my car and as Im driving I noticed my windows were cleaned. Smudges and stuff everywhere. They were supposed to vacuum my car and I had paper towel pieces all over my back seat . Why pay someone to clean your car when I can spend less to just buy the stuff and do it myself when I have the time . I had been going here on and off for a bit but this will be my last time.

Fantastic customer service from all staff I encountered and I was there maybe 15 minutes!***Bonus, I had a piece of plastic hanging from the bottom of my car that scraped every time I hit a bump. It was seriously aggravating. On my way home, I noticed that the noise was gone! They had patched it back up without even charging me for it. Im truly thankful for their service. 😊

I paid 30$ for them to clean half of my car. And this is the second time it’s happened. The front looks nice and clean. Vacuumed real good. And then when you look in the back seat, it’s like they never even touched it. I should have only paid 15$ if they were only going to clean half my car. I thought the first time was a fluke, but now I know they don’t care. They just want to push cars in and out as fast as they can.

Its a tad pricey (I believe its $32.95 for a standard oil change) esp when they dont give you a tire rotation like most places do, but they really adhere to their 10 minute promise and get you back on the road! I was willing to pay extra just for the convenience. They will also suggest other stuff to you like if you want to change out your dirty air filter and they top off your fluids. A+ customer service!

I really enjoy coming this location to get my car washed. Miguel is always so friendly and attentive. The staff is just all around great, they always make sure that my car looks perfect. I also like being able to pick out my air freshener at the end.

I have been customer of American Oil Express for car washes for years but Brandon has by far been the best location I have been to! The staff was very friendly and the manager Miguel was able to answer all of my questions about my service and my products. Got an oil change here two weeks ago they didnt even do it right. I had a good condition car nothing wrong with and after getting an oil change from this location its been a nightmare from hell. Oil leaking out of my car didnt put the filter in right didnt screw the bolt back in right and now i got a blown engine and no transportation to and from work. I will never use this place again

They do offer a coupon online that they will honor at check out. I do not like the fact that you have to get out of your vehicle, I am use to staying in my car while they change the oil. I had my service dog so this made my experience more stressful. I also was not able to back out of the line by the time I realized it was not pullin station. They were all polite, no problems with the service they provided. 1 less star due to needing to get out of my car and not being able to leave once I found out. This location is also located on a very busy road so traffic is horrible. Very satisfied with the overall work.

Took my car here the other day and was very pleased with my service. Most car washes try to get cars in and out with out actually giving a detailed service. I was pleasantly surprised with how good of a job they did! This is now my go to car wash!

This is by far the best oil change service I have ever seen. The place is small and to the point. The service is fast yet very thorough with your car and courtesy inspection. They come out and tell you about the condition of all your fluids and cars overall maintenance condition.The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about what oil is supposed to be used in the different vehicles. The car wash service is very convenient and pretty damn good considering the cheap prices! I have never been a fan of these types of places but man, this place rocks!!

Here is how it works: you drive up and you tell the attendant what car wash you wanna buy. He gives you a receipt, you get out of your car and get inside the building to pay. You wait inside the building (or out front) until they tell you your car is done.Meanwhile your car gets vacuumed (if you paid for it) and then washed. At the end there are two or three guys who wipe your car down/dry, but they routinely miss dirty spots. Its as if they are blind and I have to point out the dirty spots to them. Every. Single. Time. Oh, and they have a tip jar. I guess the dirty spots removal costs extra? Didnt see that advertised. Four out of five stars.

After trying dozens of places, I finally found Americas Oil express. They sometimes find extra things that need to be done, dont miss problems, but dont give me unnecessary problems to pad the bill either. I trust them when they show me the dirty part and tell me what needs maintenance. They help me keep my car running great, and I dont feel like they are soaking me for money. They are fast, honest, and expert at what they do. Ive never been disappointed, and always treated as a valued customer.

I went for an insurance inspection for my car. The cashier named Hailey was very rude. She has zero customer service skills! Was thinking about coming back for other services but knowing that Hailey will be there with her bad attitude i think i will take my money some place else. She needs Jesus in her life🙏

They’re fast, efficient and friendly. My $30 oil change turned into a $90 oil change because I didn’t think ever in 20 years of selling auto parts that someone would charge me $60 for two tiny filters that come boxed together (but are priced separately.) Lesson learned.

Don’t trust this place!! they told me the first time I went if I wanted to change my windshield wipers so I said yes, next time I went they asked me the same so I told them; you changed it last time, they looked for my receipt so they didn’t charge them so I was ok change them now and I’m sure this time they charged me for it but guess what they didn’t change them because the windshield wipers don’t work!!!!!!!!

This is my place of choice when it comes to getting an oil change. There are coupons to be found online with a quick search. Also, I love getting the car wash as well. Both, services together are very quick and they do a great job.
