Mike was awesome! He made sure to make me feel like a priority, along with all the stress I caused by bringing him a 14 year old ram 1500 from Michigan that had plenty of rust and fixed the whole front end. When I went in for a 2.5 inch suspension kit, he managed to get it all done in one day. Very impressed, very satisfied. Ill forever recommend wheels and accessories to anyone in need of truck work.

My experience here was great. Mike and Andrew were awesome, I saved some $$$, and my truck looks great. I was going to buy online at custom offsets, but Wheels and Accessories was actually less money and I got waaaaay better tires. Mike talked me out of getting the cheap azz online tires, and he was 100% right. Theyre garbage. I highly recommended this store.

Over all bad service man, wanted to get some Flow masters and rims and tires for my truck. I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO COME BACK IN ONE WEEK. I set up an appointment for next Wednesday and was asked to call Carlos before arrival gave me his business card. As the days go by I keep calling and he never answers my call. i Even call the store and no one ever answers. Finally I get a text the same Wednesday saying SAME DAY OF MY APPT. Saying if I want to re schedule because weather is bad when it was only raining for 20 minutes. Wasted my time took the day off for this I dont recommend this place for anything. Taking my business somewhere else

I wanted 4 new wheels and tires for my Chevy Silverado. After some phone calls the salesman made, we finally found some rims I liked that would fit the truck. I had Coopers on my last truck that I really liked and was going to go with those again. Everything was ordered, came in and installed. I loved the way the truck looked, but after two days driving it, I hated they way it drove. I called MI Wheels and explained my situation. Carlos was great! Told me find what I wanted and let him know. We text back and forth about different ones, I finally decided on some Nittos. I had them switched out and have never been happier!! Outstanding! Carlos and the team went the extra mile today to get my lifted truck back on the road. My vehicle has been at another shop for 4 days and Carlos quickly identified an affordable solution after speaking with their mechanics and had replacement parts within 1 hour for pickup. If I had not visited MI wheels I would still be searching for replacement parts and stuck driving my wifes small car.

Dropped my rim off for dent and crack said would be 3 to 5 days. I said great, I even prepaid. I called 8 days later said would call me back. No call. Called three days later. Said would follow up no call back again. Called 4 days later no call back. This went on for 1/8 to 2/16/20. They told me to call the guy they sent to. I call him he had it ready next day. The work was phenomenal.

Don’t know what the competition does and I do not care I found people that flat out know trucks and willingness to take time to explain what to expect and how to set your truck up for what you want to do and how you might want it to look and ride. I had no clue. But they sure did, and took the time to help me instead of make me feel like I was stupid. WOW happy truck and driver.

Had my truck lifted and was supposed to be a 2 day job. Took 5 days. Then when driving off I heard a bunch of banging. They forgot to torque the CV joint. Found same dangling around. Another day wasted so they can fix the issue they caused. Had to do all the trimming myself, including the metal. The TPS doesn’t match the tires on my front end. Had a TPS blowout on my back tire. Probably from installation. Spent a small fortune on a simple lift. Still have issues with one my tires leaking air. Backyard mechanics at best!!!

Called and made an appointment a week in advance and when I arrived I was told they did not have the parts. No one seemed to know what was going on. Disappointed that I wasted my time driving up here on a Friday and shifting my schedule around for nothing.

Left my vehicle in front of shop at 5:00am messaged mike to make him aware it was there he notified me first thing in the morning it was not a problem. I was the first vehicle pulled in first vehicle pulled out. Mike personally followed along with my lift and the process. As well as telling me he personally drove it and “ it drives great.” I got a small lift and a strut and shock upgrade. I am mechanically capable of doing it myself but there pricing was very reasonable compared to if I did it all myself. I’ll definitely be taking my vehicle back if I need anything. They did extremely right by me. And the salesman did work with me on price. I would recommend taking your truck here I support family owned and operated businesses like these.

I took my 2018 F150 to get a leveling kit, rims, and tires done. Ill start with the good. The guys are nice and answered my text messages quickly. What I didnt like is it took me three times to visit them and the job still isnt done right. First time I took it to them they did the leveling kit and put on the tires and rims. The problem was they didnt know they had to cut some metal and plastic out to prevent rubbing issues. Or they knew and chose to ignore it. No problem they said bring it back and they would fix it. Brought it back next Saturday which they estimated it would be an hour to fix. Waited four hours and then got told sorry our guy who cuts metal isnt here bring it back Monday. Are you serious I just waited four hours for that! Not happy. Then come back Monday and the hour job they told me again took three hours. I get in the truck and turn the wheel to find out its still rubbing on the plastic. Their response was dont turn the wheel all the way or do it and let the tires rub down the plastic. I cant take anything back here nor will I tell friends to go here. Taking the truck to get it done right some where else. I never called due to the back tires rubbing. The back tires never rubbed. any new f150 needs the bar and plastic cut that is a common theme in the new f150s. Not only did you not cut the bar correctly you never cut the plastic off. Please dont blame it on the simple leveling kit any shop can do it properly.

Called about mounting and balancing 4 new tires I ordered online and they wanted $45 a piece for the tires. Wow! I called around to a bunch of shops and the most I was quoted was $80, this place charges an arm and a leg just for a simple mount and balance. No thanks.

I ordered a set of tail light housings for my truck. I went in, picked them out and paid in advance. The told me that the lights would be in, in 2-3 days. I called to make sure they had arrived as mentioned, but when I did, no one knew what I was talking about. They bounced me around from person to person, finally saying that someone would call me back. Needless to say, no one ever called. 5 phone calls later, still no answer. I read all the negative reviews and I feel lucky. I can call my credit card company and do a charge back to my card. If they cant do a small job, I would NEVER take a chance on them doing a bug one. NEVER AGAIN

Mounted my 24x14’s onto 37” Toyos no problem! Hard to find a shop that can handle this size wheel setup but it was not a problem for them in and out. Highly recommended

This is a poorly run business. I had two appointments that I made and when I showed up for the first one at 9am the shop was closed. Waited until 9:45 before someone showed up and put a sign on the door that they would be opening at 10. Waited till 10:15 for them to tell me that due to an emergency they werent sure when theyd open. Waited longer and at 11 am they told me what I needed couldnt be done that day, that I can make another appointment. I understand things happen so I made another appointment and strictly told the gentlemen Harry or Henry I live about 40 minutes away and dont want to drive there and be told the work cannot be done. Are you sure it can be done if I drive there? He said yes, took my name and number. I show up today at 9am (they opened at 9:10)and my name is no where to be found on the list. Harry claims he doesnt remember and that he might have told me to call another associate to schedule. Why would I call another associate directly and not the shop? Why take my name and number if I was supposed to reschedule with someone else? It was BS. The guy at the counter said he could reschedule me. No thanks. When looking to spend $2000 plus on wheels, tires and leveling kit I want to know that if I have any future problems that I can go back to the shop with no problem. Ill have to find another shop that can take care of me. These people just seem uninterested in working to be honest. If you are looking for any type of semi-extensive work and not the simple tire rotation or mount and balance go elsewhere. Youll probably be given the run around here. I really wanted to like this shop because they had the wheels and tires I liked and wanted to get it all done in one stop.

They sold me tires and a leveling kit for my 3015 Silverado 2500HD. After getting it back from them and hitting my first bump I realized something was wrong.I take it back they and was informed that it needs upper control arms for lifted trucks something that they should have known before giving it back to me. Clearly either a scam or ignorance. Either way unacceptable...

Hey these guys are amazing! I sent my wife to buy tries for her jeep and being that i was out of the country and needed them badly i left it up to her to take care of it when normally im the one who handles these things but after looking on line and getting several prices she spoke to a knowledgeable salesperson there at MI Wheels and Accessories and gave us a great deal on Nitto Grapplers, she set an appointment dropped off the jeep and received a call when they were done . When I came home and looked at the jeep i never would have thought that just upgrading the tires would change the entire look of the jeep ! I ordered/installed tires and rims from the team at MI. These guys werent interested in pushing packages at me- like two other shops, just to get me to buy something I didnt need. The tires and rims sell themselves!Theyre the kind of cats that have confidence from knowledge in the business, and a solid work ethic. There was a delay from one of the dealers and MI was on the phone with me in the office to get it fixed. They werent concerned with their own relationship with the dealer they were looking out for My Truck.....Who Does That These Days (looks out for the customer)?!!!!If you want it done right and not get a bunch of excuses- this is where you go.

I bought wheels and tires from here & they look great!! They took great care of me and gave me a better deal than other bussiness in town!

I took my car here to have tires that I purchased online mounted and balanced. However, I noticed an awful shake in my car that wasnt there prior to having my new tires put on. I took it to another tire shop and come to find out they had never balanced my tires. So needless to say, they ripped me off $30.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Where to start...My headlights, grill and bumper where installed with zip ties! When I asked the installer why he wasnt bolting it on, he replied cause they dont have any of the hardware to do the job correctly and he proceeded to tell me he was an audio guy and didnt even know what he was doing... Had to go back everyday for 3 weeks for them to get my suspension on the truck driveable, its still not right. Train horns look like they were wired by a 3 yr old, I had to mount and tuck the wires myself cause they were hanging on the turbo. He had my truck over 6 weeks and didnt touch it. The front end conversion that was done never got done and I had to take it to another body shop to get the lines straight. Asked for Harley headlights and got cheap ebay ones. They do not fit right and point directly at the ground. To this day you cannot see at night at all. I brought the truck back up to have headlights adjusted so I could see, they used zip ties to hold them in place because they cut out the oem bracket that holds the headlights in during the initial install without my permission. Then they installed HID headlight bulbs in the truck and wanted me to pay for those, which I never ordered. This place completely ruined my 7.3 Diesel. Theres a reason wheels and acc is the cheapest place in town. You get what you pay for. If you like your vehicle, take it somewhere else. Hard to believe its still in buisness. Take your truck or soundwaves for quality audio work or Ideal or xtreme for 4x4.6/6/18: ReplyWrong. The person who I had problems with was not an installer. The problems were with management. I was dealing with the (current) owner of the shop. Called up there and his personal cell so many times without replies, I had to go up there daily for weeks until finally I just took my truck elsewhere.
