Friendly staff and easy to navigate. Ive been going to this clinic since before it was LifeStance. My only problem now, is with the TeleHealth appointments, sometimes it gets difficult to hear or talk to your providers. We worked through it though. Would definitely recommend if you need a therapist or just someone to talk to.

I love life stance already! From the customer service representatives to the Nurse Practitioner my son saw today for anxiety. They are all phenomenal and helpful! Thank you!!

Dr Milam was fantastic. She is not my psychiatrist but I needed to talk to one and mine was not in the office. She was thorough, caring and personable. If you are in need of a psychiatrist I would definitely recommend her.

One of the few medical treatment centers that I actually dont hate dealing with. The staff and providers have great communication between them selves and the patients. My personal provider has been top notch and makes me feel welcomed and heard as a patient.

The office staff are all friendly, patient and help you out to ensure you have your phone or PC connected for the office visit thru zoom. I feel very comfortable with my doctor and therapist.

- Took a patient for testing/evaluation, the guy (Randen Martin) who was supposed to test is not fit for the job whatsoever, avoid him at all costs especially if you are a female.- Even writing this we are concerned as he seemed to be one of those stalkers who has our information and can harm us.- He was creepy, rude and totally unprofessional he was so bad that she couldn’t spend a minute in the room with him and ran out- so far we had a great experience with the psychiatrist and therapist and when everything seemed to be working perfect this guy has to ruin it all, cannot believe they hired someone as bad as him- when she expressed her concerns which are very true and valid as I saw it too, they tried to blame it on her condition. Since it’s totally easy to blame on someone with a mental condition, this was not expected especially of someone who are supposed to be not judging- we were planning for this test since 2 months and prepared well like taking day off etc and everything is a waste and loss because they hired someone who isn’t fit for this job.- I wish there were cameras to see what happened and what was the reason she had to run away- tried to complain but looks like they are blaming her so they could still charge me- need to complain to the board on this tester as I am sure he will do it other patients as well- having a license doesn’t give you a right to be a creep and be disrespectful or rude especially with patients who have some kind of mental disability or is the mental condition itself the reason for taking advantage or mistreatment?- Health care Providers like Larry Nassar (ex Michigan S University Sports Physician) need to identified and reported as soon you can- the office staff was nice though especially the lead, I don’t think they have much power and had to call the therapists

My time with Ms. Kelly was a refreshing change! I felt very comfortable enough to open up and speak my truth with her💟

Really terrible experience overall when considering I am reaching out for mental health assistance. It feels like no compassion or understanding what I am dealing with. Shared some super personal secrets that was very difficult but was met with indifference and judgment. Absolutely regret making the appointment wouldn’t recommend this provider to anyone.

I was a little disappointed with my first therapy session. The psychologist didn’t introduce herself nor did she really seem engaged in the conversation. Maybe it’s just me expecting more in the first session. I scheduled another session just in case she was having a bad day.

The initial appointment was 18 mins long. The counselor told my son to “try doing things he likes” and to “...maybe buy himself a new video game to cheer himself up.” I don’t know how she earned her accreditation, but belittling a patient’s feelings and experiences is not okay. I don’t know how I can entrust my sons mental health to these folks.

Jennifer really listened to my problems and helped me come up with solutions both medicinally and holistically. I look forward to following up with her in the future

The provider was very rude and didnt help me she said I was seeing another doctor so she couldnt help me very rude and unprofessional only cares about herself I never wantto see her again and I recommend nobody to see her ever again

Exceptionally knowledgeable and professional

I’ve been seeing Jennifer Lipkins at Lifestance since last year for therapy for all of my many acronyms, and I have to say I absolutely love her! She’s easy to talk to and I feel no judgment from her, which is super important to me. I can be myself and feel good about who I am when sharing with Jennifer. She was able to recognize certain things about me almost instantly (namely that I very likely have dyslexia) and was able to get me a referral for diagnosis. Everything is done virtually now, WHICH I LOVE! I hope this option NEVER GOES AWAY because ACTUALLY GOING TO A DOCTORS OFFICE is almost DEBILITATING for me and I’m betting many others who suffer from anxiety and have social phobias too. It’s so much easier just waking up and rolling out of bed, grabbing my phone and coffee and connecting virtually. I am able to do this easily and with zero anxiety now (tho the usual starting jitters was still there). This has been a lifesaver for me! Elisha Trowers is my Rx NP and she’s been great as well. Any time I express my medication isn’t working she addresses and adjusts. I feel no judgement from her either, and our appointments are quick and to the point. If I need either of them I just call the offices (Brandon and Celebration) and all of the office staff have been great as well. Everyone is super friendly at both offices so I feel no anxiety if I have to call, which makes all the difference when you’re someone like me. Thank you to everyone at Lifestance, you guys rock! ^_^
