Not good service... I wasted my money, do not waste yours. The lady did not clean my carpets or clean the bathrooms, or the kitchen. Terrible service. Just awful. Do Not Use. I got ripped off. Update: still no response from the company. Terrible service.

They cleaned our carpets last week and did a great job. I was very impressed by their professionalism and their thoroughness -they even wiped down the base boards! No more musty dog smell in our house. Thank u!!

A very pleasant experience. Professional and courteous. Ive had numerous carpet cleaners in the past that could not cure the pet stains. Wow. They totally eliminated all of the pet stains and unpleasant smells. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ms. Tonya and Leo together did a WONDERFUL job!!! My appointment was pre set two weeks in advance. I communicated with Ms. Tonya with my concern being a time issue having to be to work she made my appt the first morning appt. Two days before the agreed treatment date she confirmed with me. I was given a minor prep list (just removing as much clutter from the floor areas). They arrived at 7:45am!!!! ON TIME! Was in did the job perfectly and cleaning baseboards too! I have two young children and a dog so the before and after is greatly satisfying! I would definitely use Walsh again and recommend to anyone who wants a thorough job done!! Again, thank you for making my home clean and more inviting!!

This was THE most unprofessional experience Ive ever had in dealing with a cleaning service of any kind. When we originally set up the cleaning appointment for two very small bedrooms I was informed that there is a minimum charge of 100 dollars. I was fine with that but made it very clear that I was only fine with that amount. There are many businesses that charge less than that to do 3 rooms of the same size as mine. She very casually said to me, Im sure itll be right about that amount. (I should have noticed that non committal answer to begin with) Two days before the appointment I was asked if my carpets needed pet treatment. When I inquired about the cost of that, my text was ignored. I then asked for verification that there would be an official quote before work was performed as I was now worried about surprise charges. That was also ignored. When I asked about whether they accept checks or credit however, that was answered promptly. I was finally answered that the person I was texting with was driving and unable to answer my previous questions. And then, I was told that their technicians are highly trained and that they dont hire children. WHAT?!? What does that have to do with the cost of the job and whether or not Ill get a quote before the work is performed. I never once said anything to prompt that oddball response. At this point Im pretty much done as Ive never had someone try so hard to lose a customer. Then I was texted that yes they would give me a quote before work is performed. So, I reminded them that I would not want any other treatments if the cost was to go over the 100 dollar minimum. I need to stress that these are tiny bedrooms and all I wanted was a basic cleaning... no bells and whistles. Then two hours later I receive another text saying that I should find someone else because they would definitely go over 100 as thats their minimum. Um, I guess not. Their minimum must actually be over 100 since they seem to be trying everything in their power to go above that. And, flat out refused to service my rooms for that amount. This all without EVEN SEEING the rooms to be done. Ridiculous!
