Very rude person towards a friend of mine. When I referraled him to call them.

I have 2 dogs and 4 cats and George did an excellent job of cleaning up my carpets and it was definitely a good price. I will definitely be using this company again. Very satisfied!

Very personable. George is very responsive. Kept me informed of when he was on the way. Used enzyme treatment in my whole house to get rid of puppy smell after we had to get rid of the dog. Fast and affordable. Would highly recommend.

George was great! This was the second time he has cleaned for us. He cleaned our area rugs and furniture like new. He even took the time to give me some suggestions for cleaning the throw pillows. It was great dealing with an owner as opposed to an employee of a big chain company.

This place was easy to deal with, professional, and did a great job at a great price! Called on a Monday afternoon, came out the very next morning and cleaned a full staircase and two bedrooms that were badly stained with pet urine. The carpets look great and they cleaned and deodorized for almost half the price of what Stanley Steemer usually charges us. Definitely using again!

Showed up on time and got right to work. Was in and out in about an hour. George was friendly and knowledgeable and proactive about telling me what we needed to know. Our carpets were in rough shape from our puppy and young daughter and I honestly didnt think it was fixable but they look so so much better. My fiance and I recently moved to Tampa and we desperately needed upholstery cleaning for a sofa we inherited from my fiances parents. We called this company and he gave us a rough estimate of how much it would cost and we were able to set up an appointment the next day! (This was very helpful because this couchs odor was BAD!!)Not only was the guy very professional, informative, and courteous during the job but, he also helped my fiance move our sectional sofa sleeper from our garage into our living room..which was no easy task! I am very appreciative of his efforts and professionalism!! JOB well done..couch smell gone! Thanks!

Horrible and RUDE service. Almost felt as though the owner was racist but that is another discussion. I called and he told me to text my information (which I did, location, time, name, all that jazz). Never heard from him for two days. An hour before my appointment for the carpet cleaning, I called to make sure he was still coming. He said he was. by 1:15pm he came to the apartment complex, called me to tell me he cannot help me at all because he does not have the equipment! First you never contacted me back after I tried to work with you and then you make me wait two days for you and you arent even going to help? I could have gotten another company service in the mean time! He was rude and hung up with no apology! Absolutely unprofessional! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY SERVICE AT ALL!!! I shouldnt even give a one star, but he drove to the complex so ill give him that credit.

Didnt show up for a scheduled appointment. I called an hour after they were supposed to be here and they said they would call me back in ten minutes. Never called back, so I called back another hour later and they told me they never put me on the schedule even though they confirmed the appointment two days before. Terrible service, do not use this company.
