I’ve tried several different salons/barbershops in Brandon/Flowood... I moved here just under a year ago and couldn’t find anyone that could give even a decent cut! Jeff, here, did a great job and I’ll be going back. It’s a great Barber shop with no frills

Worst customer serviceI scheduled an appointment with Jeff at 12:30,and when I arrived, Jeff was nowhere to be found. I was told that he had his girlfriends friends funeral to attend, which was why he was missing. He planned to return at 3- BUT HE DID NOT SCHEDULE A CUT FOR ME THEN. He had someone else lined up. Also, he didnt ask anyone to cover my appointment. So I now have no one to cut my hair and a very bad taste in my mouth about this California Concepts location.

Jeff Alford is the man to see at California concepts.... been cutting my hair since I was 2.... Im 30 now. .... Best stylist out there by far!

Jeff worked me in and did a great job. I will return.

If you look like them and talk like them you will be ok. Just don’t go in tattooed or looking different expecting to get helped
