Staff was very nonchalant. They never acknowledged me or my family when we walked in the door or told us what we needed to do in order to receive a cut. We waited for 15mins and walked out. We went to Swift Cutz in the mall and the atmosphere was there night and day. Customer service needs to be better here.

I am unsure if this is a completely African American ran business but none of the men in there made me feel weird for wanting a hair cut from them despite being a female. They do a fantastic job on so many different ethic hair types. Will be coming back for my next hair cut.

They are open until 9 .... show up at 805 they say they stop taking clients at 8.... which is fine except they are just playing video games with no one getting hair cuts and they turned away 3 people while I walked up with 55 minutes left before they close. Great hair cuts but Not worth my time.

Barber Jose from Dominican Republic unfortunately doesn’t know how to cut. Ask for a fade left a line. He doesn’t know how to blend at all. He should find a diffeeent career. When I told him I didn’t like cut he got upset and tried to fix it. He also cut my skin all around my edges. Next day I went to Groomsmen barbershop to get it fixed. The whole staff was looking at my hair cut and couldn’t believe that an actual barber did that cut. They thought I was joking and that I had cut the hair myself. Will not go back to barbershop. Obviously owner or management don’t care even though they know what’s going on. Bad business.

Very tight not much room barber cant even turn around with out bumping into you..i have gone 4 times and tried 4 different barbers and hair cut never come out good or clean and on top of that the prices are ridiculous .. I asked for eye brows to get cleaned up and they ruined them each time...wont ever go back

Went in for a design and clean up to a small section of my hair. I was charged $20. I was thinking it was because I am a female🤔🤔🤔🤔. The guy before me had a hair cut to his entire head and was charged $25. WTW! REALLY RIDICULOUS PRICES, charged by the 1st black guy to the right. Will never go back.

I highly did not recommend Chief Bama to cut anybody hair. He is located in that first to the right, short and bald head guy. He purposely messed my son haircut up after a personal issue then did not offer to fix the cut or refund me my money. His services was very unprofessional and personal.

It was a horrible experience.First guy at the left side cut my hair and messed it up. People laughed at me and 2 days later went there to fix it he was off and the other guy charged me again..Never again..

They are really good with kids and the last chair on the end saved my five year old from his self cut fiasco.

It dost not take a long time

Son went in for a cut, he tells barber 2 on the sides and scissor cut the top. So barber takes the clippers to the whole head. Ok could have been a mistake and maybe he didnt hear my son right. Then to make matters worse the back of his neck is all cut up. Will not be going back.

Posted closing time is 5:30 pm on Sunday. Second time I arrived well before closing time and was turned away. Bad business

Stay as far away as possible from this shop. Asked for a shape up and got charged $30.
