I came to this shop after another barbershop messed up my haircut . Barber named Sy was able to fix my fade the way I wanted . He took his time & actually gave the cut I was looking for . I appreciate the customer service & level of professionalism .conviently located in the mall, clean shop, good vibes & you can play NBA 2k while you wait !

I just moved to florida for a job that requires me to work 9am to 8pm mon-sat. I’ve been trying to get a hair cut for two weeks and no one has taken me because it was either too late or too early. Finally today(Sunday) I found swift cuts on google and I showed up around 5. The barbers were all busy and they were closing soon at 6. I thought I was going to have to wait another whole week just to get a haircut. Luckily Mike Quick is an absolute stud and decided to stay a little longer to help me out and cut my hair. Let me tell you Mike is a stud at customer service and a stud at cutting hair, the fade is clean and I’m feeling great! My son has been going to DJ since his 1st birthday and the teams patience is the reason why we come back every time.The hours are the best and it is always easy to get an appointment. I was directed to the top right and the barber was terrible he didn’t clean the clippers so now I have bumps on my neck I specifically said my hair line was pushed back from the last barber shop and my line u was pushed back again and I also told him to take a little bit off the top (A LITTLE BIT) and I leave out with a skin fade like I’m a toddler last time I’m going there there’s no hate it’s just that I believe that there could be more quality with the cuts absolutely unacceptable

The person who attended me does not know how to do his job, he did everything in the same way as the others were asked if he looked at how they took their time with each client, the good thing that the hair grows back the bad thing, I will not return or recommend it
