Called 3 days in a row and left detailed messages about what I required to fix my washing machine. On the 4th day, finally got a lady who answered the phone. I told her that I had left three consecutive messages over three days with no response. She didnt apologize, but simply asked what I needed so I told her I needed a drain hose replaced on my washing machine. She took the booking for the appointment for 4 days later. I asked her if she wanted the model number so the technician could bring the correct part with him. She said that the technician would have to come to diagnose the problem first. I explained that the problem was quite obviously the drainage hose that was cracked, broken and leaking and that I would like the technician to show up with the appropriate replacement hose. She told me thats not how they do things. I asked her to cancel the appointment. Horrible response time and indifferent customer service. I would NOT recommend this company.
Pleasant and efficient scheduling, service tech actually arrived early and texted and called prior to his arrival. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Called to schedule at 9 am, problem was fixed at 1pm, same day. Excellent service!!
The company gave a 4 hour window. I stayed home but the repair person did not show up. They did not have the courtesy to call and let me know.
DO NOT OFFER SPECIALS ON YOUR WEBSITE IF YOUR TECHNICIANS WONT HONOR THEM! I was looking for a 2nd opinion on an oven i felt probably needed replacing. Within 15 minutes it was confirmed and that was the end of the service call. I was then told it was $89 for the call. I mentioned the ad on your site clearly stating $65 regular $89. I had also mentioned it to the dispatcher, but i was told by the repairman that its usually $149 so I guess I was lucky..... The repairman was nice enough and he did fix a handle on my freezer ( took about 3 minutes), but if youre going to offer a special on your website you really should honor it and make your staff aware of it. I paid the bill cause I just couldnt be bothered to argue. Im embarassed for you, thats not how you run a company. I would not recommend using your company.

Called for a broken dryer belt on Anna Maria Tuesday morning. They said that they could do the repair on Thursday (2 days later) between noon and 5:00pm. The women said that the tech would call when on the way. I called to confirm on Thursday morning. Was told all ok. I called again at 4:35 pm and was told the tech would call soon. At 4:55 the tech called and said unfortunately because he was so busy he could not do the job until sometime after 6:00pm. After waiting around the house for 5 hours and having plans that evening we asked if perhaps he could come back first thing in the morning. He said it doesnt work that way but possibly between 10:00am and 1:00pm. I said forget it. I havent had that bad of service from a contractor in a long time. Very disappointed with this company and wont be calling them again.
Repairman was awesome. Had my washer repaired in no time. Highly recommend.

I had the person from this company in my home on Thursday, 10/18, afternoon to repair my Whirlpool front-load washer. The repairmen stated that it required a motor control board. I did not authorize the $450.00 repair so the repairmen supposedly reconnected the unit back to the way he found it. In fact, he stressed the point that he has to leave the unit the way he found it for safety reasons! To my amazement he didnt reconnect the motor control board and left it disassembled in the washer base (plugs out and not attached to the washer - just laying there). He also left the plastic holders off the rear and half of the screws out of the back cover. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The unit was worse off then when he arrived. DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE REPAIR PERSON !! No wonder so many apologies on the internet.
Says theyre over booked and didnt think he could fix the problem as described over the phone. 2 hours waiting I wont get back but the good news is I figured out the problem myself and saved myself some money. Another guy showed up 2 hours later and I told him I fixed it myself.
I have known these guys for years and they always show up and fix it the same day. Another company took over a month!

These guys were very helpful with my fridge. They got to my house really quickly so that my none of my food went bad, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly.
Horrible company. Don’t waste your time. Had an appointment from 4 - 8 with a no show or call. Made another appointment (no apology) for the following week from 4 - 8 only to get a call 5 minutes to 8 saying he would be here at 8:15 but was pushing reschedule to the next day. His excuse was they are very busy - with this awful service and lack of customer service they will not stay busy.
We realized at 5:45PM that the refrigerator was not cooling. I called and a nice lady answered the phone and took all of the information. In 45 minutes technician Todd came, quickly analized the problem. He had the part on his truck and replaced the part all in an hour. He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgable. Thank God that this company has people that are willing to work evenings otherwise I would have lost all of my food. All of the other companies on line were all closed. Thank you Todd!!!!
Very difficult company and employees/service techs. Quoted $440 for a part our manager found through Maytag for $119.
Todd Larson (the guy that gave himself a 5 star review below) came to our door and wanted to charge us $387 for a main circuit board plus labor and taxes and $40 for just a tube to by-pass the water reservoir that had sprung a leak. We found the board on Amazon for $107, including shipping - and the box is marked GE Genuine Replacement Part - WR55X10942. When we said we knew how much it cost, he said well he pays $225 for it - so why would he say he would charge us $387? We dont mind paying a small markup for having the Board in stock, but price gouging is what was happening because it was a Friday afternoon and he thought we had limited options. He didnt charge us for a service call - we think because he knew he was ripping us off and we would have thrown him out. We stored food with relatives, received the Amazon part the next day, and it took 10 minutes to do it ourselves. Stay far away. Ill be writing this all over the internet and reporting to the Attorney Generals office.
Refrigerator broke for 2nd time with a different problem. They came out and fixed it for free.
