These guys are amazing!!!! We have used them for our properties many times and they have exceeded our expectations each time, regardless the issue we are dealing with. We will continue to use them for our rental and personal properties knowing it will always be taken care of in a timely manner with excellent quality!

Getting a hold of corporations through 1-800 numbers is easier than getting a hold of these fools. Had a leak from my top condo into the bottom unit, neighbor, unfortunately, called these guys to take care of it, and while they were at it it seemed at the time to be most feasible to fix the water damage that occurred since they already started the downstairs.They dont have a real person answer the phone, or a privacy menu to connect to someone who works there. There were times I, or the homeowner would try to get in contact with them, leave a message... nothing. Even when we wanted to pay them and stated that in the voicemail... NOTHING, no response in 7 weeks. One would think that $$ would motivate them to get in contact with their clients but I guess not. 🙄 Did not really do much for restoring my place, cut a crooked ass hole in the ceiling in the garage and then left dehumidifiers and a heater in the bathroom and garage and thats about it, and would check on that. The gentleman that came to check on it was nice. I work for a company that relies 1000% on answering the phone, following back up with clients in a timely manner otherwise I wouldnt have a job. If you want to be in business hire someone to answer your phone or forward it to your damn cell phone.Would not recommend at all. Had someone else finish and they were awesome.

We use them regularly for our apartment complex. They get in and get the work done right.I would recommend them to anyone we will continue to use them for all our problems.
