Rick assessed the water incident at my condo and explained the drying process that the Dayspring team would follow should I choose to hire them. Then he told me that the incident was minor enough that I most likely could restore on my own with a few simple interventions. I really appreciate the honesty! I dont want a major incident in my future, but if I do have one, I know who I am calling.

Good things to say about Dayspring! Mike, the young man who was first at my place for the toilet flood to set up fans and heaters, was VERY conscientious, cant say enough good about him! Miguel, the team leader for the floor removal, always responded to texts with the info I needed, and was a pleasure to work with, as well as a great neighbor. Maddi, who dealt with furniture, even responded when she was on vacation! Connie, in the office, is always a joy to talk with. Everybody has been professional and a hard worker. In the end, while Id never want to go through this again, my place looks better than before!

My restoration is only half done, as Im waiting on a call from the adjustor to find out when they will be able to start putting my house back together! However, I want to commend Dale Rogers & DeBo Shoulderblade on the outstanding work they have provided on my Condo so far! They are both so pleasant, helpful & informative. Thus far their work is outstanding! I only hope that this project keeps moving smoothly now that its more or less in the hands of others to begin the restoring process. If it was Dale & DeBo who provided that service, I wouldnt have any qualms at all. I would know that it would keep moving ahead at a steady pace & I wouldnt have to live in a house that is literally torn apart.

Terrible. We had a basement flood last spring. This place charged THOUSANDS of dollars to send 9 different staff out to my house 15+ times over a series of 5 weeks just to “evaluate” ... poke their heads around and leave each time without doing a thing.When the basement dried out, they disappeared and sent the bill after (very literally) doing nothing. No mold treatment, no installed sump pump as promised. No cleanup of old insulation. These are the exact things I hired them for. They took the huge amount of money and left us hanging when the time came to fix the problem. When all was said and done, we paid an exorbitant amount to rent some fans for a few days.I would not recommend under any circumstances.

They completed their work in a timely manner while keeping communication lines open thru every step of the way. To help an elderly gentleman facing eviction from his apartment, I contacted several cleaning/restoration companies including Dayspring Restoration. Due to declining health, his apartment was unsanitary, cluttered, and neglected. Upon explaining the situation and timeline, Dayspring was so incredibly respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative. The fabulous crew that was sent out included Maddison, Dee, Nolan, & Mike. The four of them worked hard from 8:30 in the morning till 6 o’clock at night and made this gentleman‘s apartment sparkle! Maddison came in with great organizational ideas, cleaned out the clutter, expired food and duplicate/donatable items. The cleaning crew did an absolutely amazingly thorough deep clean of the kitchen, refrigerator, stove, and bathroom. I was impressed with their skills but especially with their respectable sensitivity. At no point did this 87-year-old gentleman feel ashamed. I get choked up even thinking of how grateful he is to be able to stay in his apartment and feel happier and safer with his living situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We noticed our clothes dryer was taking a lot longer than normal, so we called Dayspring Restoration for their dryer vent cleaning services. Austin was kind, courteous, and efficient in getting the job done. Also, he was very respectful of our home. The dryer has been running great with the added benefit of less risk of a dryer fire.

Andrew, the Mitigation Project Manager, was prompt and professional. He took the time to properly inspect our bathroom as well as the crawlspace. 6 months ago we had a fire in what is going to be our retirement home. The house had many personal items that we did not want to lose. I hired Miguel and his team at Dayspring Restoration to remove the cellulose insulation in the attic space of the house and also to clean the smoke filled duct work of the HVAC system. Great, honest business that operates exactly as a good local business should. I called Dayspring after some minor mold came up on home inspection. They responded promptly and had Andrew out to evaluate within the hour. He thoroughly inspected the crawl space and confirmed the issue that had come up on inspection, and provided the necessary guidance to complete the cleanup myself. This could have gone a completely different way, he could have recommended a technician come out and charge me $500 for 10 minutes of work. He could have, but he didnt, opting instead to provide guidance and email recommendation for my home buyer, and in the end only asked that I call him for future work should i need it, which I wouldnt hesitate to do. Had an ice dam at my mothers rental. Called dayspring initially. They showed up in a very timely manner. Set up a dehumidifier and left it for the weekend. The remodeling that needed to be done was going to cost us less than the deductible on insurance, so we opted to do it ourselves. Dayspring guys showed up on Tuesday and picked up the dehumidifier. No real work was done by dayspring. Total bill at the end was over $1200! $1200 to plastic off one door and let the dehumidifier run for a couple days. Pretty outrageous. I will never use dayspring again. I can only imagine what they would have charged for any real sort of work. Shame on you dayspring.

Andrew from Dayspring Restoration has amazing customer service. My washer pipes were leaking and it got the floors of my trailer super wet. I called Dayspring Restoration and Andrew came over and tested the area and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem. Then he came back and tested it for water damage again and the problem was fixed because we did what he suggested. He was very helpful and courteous. He did all of this free of charge!!!. Our experience was not the worst but far from best. We had water damage at our home a few weeks ago which is why we called dayspring thru a recommendation. The initial response was good, the guys showed up promptly and extracted the water and explained everything well, which is the only reason Im giving it 2 stars. Then when it came to the repair end of things I couldnt be more disappointed, because the lead on the repair end of things (an older gentlemen) showed up consistently not in a uniform very casual and smelled like hard alcohol to start off. Then when it came to the work, he was on his phone every half hour or so, do I get charged those phone hours it seems so. The work he did was so so which I expected considering the condition of his van which also smelled like a bar, it was very muddy on the outside like it hadnt been washed in months. The inside was even worse, I glanced in the back and it was a disaster, tools everywhere some days there was wet moldy drywall in the back with everything while having the doors open most of the time. Which Im no mold expert but it seems that it should have been in a bag or not even brought to another job because couldnt that infect my home? Aside from all that he seemed like a really nice guy but when I went to the other room I could hear him talking poorly about the condition of my house and pets. That was really upsetting and just kinda two faced. Thats my experience with dayspring, I think its a good company with good people working there just a bad egg or two and some issues that need to be addressed.

Last summer in mid-July, we experienced a flood of water, and subsequent mold, in our home after more than 220,000 gallons of water poured through it. My wife and I had been up in the Flathead for nearly a month. It is quite possible that the supply tube that failed happened shortly after we had left our home.A neighbor who was mowing our lawn discovered water coming through the siding of the house. She contacted our daughter and son-in-law who quickly came and discovered the internal disaster. A contractor friend of mine was contacted and he came to review the disaster, and immediately contacted Dayspring Restoration of Helena that evening about 9 oclock. Within a half hour, a Dayspring representative was there to begin what became a six month relationship with this fine organization. Several Dayspring disaster team men worked closely with us as we dealt with this loss of all our wood flooring and carpeted areas, furniture, family treasures, hundreds of books, clothing and virtually everything inside the home for the exception of the kitchen area. Throughout the entire time of working with the disaster team, we so appreciated their can do spirit. Nothing was beyond their complete cooperation!Following the initial shock of the disaster, the next question was: Who do we contact to begin the rebuilding/restoration of our home? Rick Weston, Project Manager of Dayspring Restoration of Helena had been to view the disaster a couple of times. We learned that Dayspring not only dealt with the clean-up of disasters, but they also could rebuild and restore our house to like new condition.Because of how pleased I was with the fine service we had with the Company, I signed on with Dayspring Restoration of Helena for the rebuild process. Working with Project Manager Rick Weston and with Duane Cordiner, Restoration Superintendent, the several month restoration of our home was a very pleasant experience, I met with Restoration Superintendent Cordiner every two weeks in his office from late September until early January making certain that the restoration was on track for a a move-in in early January, 2017. Cordiners work and attention to and with the City of Helena, environmental engineers, structural engineers, numerous sub-contractors, Northwestern Energy and more was excellent from my standpoint.Given a repeat of the disaster that hit our home in June/July of 2016, Id once again call upon Dayspring Restoration of Helena. The team of Weston, Cordiner, and their entire staff served us exceedingly well and we are delighted to be settled in our restored home. They truly earned a 5 STAR rating from Herbert and LaDean Walberg.
