Sad thing is I know these guys do a good job. Make sure you’re new guys know how to tighten a bolt… It was barely hanging on by a thread.

I had the best customer service experience ever here. Jess helped me with my rental car when I was in distress. Oil leaking everywhere and he found the issue and fixed it, got me out of there in 10 minutes. I live in Nashville and only wish Jess and his business would move there. He saw I was a single parent with my two daughters and took action and saved me. Kindness like Jess is hard to find these days. As well as customer service like this. I’m eternally grateful to him. Thank you Jess. I’ll be paying it forward.

2nd time there, these people are WONDERFUL. Very informative, made sure I understood everything, showed me models and even WASHED MY WINDOWS! I cant say enough good things. Awesome: super fast. Very good service! Its been there a long time: same owner, same faces! They clean your windows, add fluids if need be. They can also run diagnostics.I have an appointment on July 15th, and they are taking my car for a drive, while running diagnostics and hopefully find out why its not running quite right.

The service was amazing considering that they were down 3 employees and had my oil changed in less than 30 minutes. They also let me know that I needed to flush and change my transmission fluid while topping off all fluids. Thanks to turbo I will be a return client

Ive been going to Speedy Lube for over 20 years. Ive never had a bad experience and their little auto shop on the side has bailed me out a number of times.

Jess Dingman rescued our daughter and our 2 granddaughters (10 & 6) when their rental car began dumping all the oil in their Bozeman, MT motel parking lot. We are on a 7-state vacation out West together. Without Jess’s help, advice, and expertise, she could have been stranded somewhere in the backroads of Montana. What a great and kind “Good Samaritan” he is! Thank you, Jess! We will always remember you and your kindness!

They did great work on checking my fluids, when I went in for an oil change when they noticed my transmission fluid also needed be changed. So in the same appointments they changed both for a pretty affordable price.They also did an excellent job of fixing my Brake Pads and rotors, quickly and again, affordably.

They did the oil change and everything wonderfully but after I drove up the mountain and parked my car the thermometer went skyrocketing my car was overheating big time. Took it to another place the next day and the radiator was one half gallon short of coolant the place checked for leaks there were none so the only thing I can think of is they didnt tighten the radiator cap down so the water came out, almost destroyed my engine so Im a bit annoyed.

It is so awesome to be able to take your vehicle to a place where they explain what is wrong, share all the options and then let you decide how to proceed. We love that there is not pressure to do more than what we desire. Highly recommend you experience their care!

Favorite place to get an oil change! Its really fast, and everyone is very kind. They are great about telling you what you need to do and why (ahem check oil way more regularly), without putting you down which often happens at other places, especially to women.

This is the only place I go for oil changes in Bozeman. They have a military discount, which legitimately means everything to me and I don’t do much consistent business with places that do not do this. Their service, speed, and prices are always great. Best in town!

Got a bit busy right as I pulled up (6-7 deep) but I think I was out of there in less than an hour. Good value. Great service as the technician advised me I had a stripped bolt that should be replaced from a previous oil change elsewhere. Ill go back for sure. Even took Covid seriously and had all techs in masks when approaching the vehicles.

Under normal circumstances, this is my favorite oil change in town. Always friendly, knowledgeable, price friendly, and they even vacuum your carpets. Because of the pandemic, they have shifted to a drive through style of oil change in which you stay in your vehicle. Ive been able to see how much they care for your car by sitting in here and Im impressed. They even took a razor blade to the tree sap on my windows while they cleaned them! Really nice service all around!

$44 oil change, but these guys were professional and personable. Very happy with the service. Included was a air in my tires and they washed my windows. They did the usual look around to see if they could find anything else to replace, but I just did oil this go round. Will visit again for the next one.

One of the few places I trust to not up sell me on services or filters. They are fast, have adjusted well with covid precautions, and are always friendly and professional. After my first visit Ive never gone anywhere else.

Speedy lube was not very speedy. Saw a few just standing around, watching the clock. Did not ask what brand of oil I wanted. Would not go back again. At least one employee at the location was trying to at least keep busy

My pickup started making strange noises, so I took it in and asked them to check everything. They helped me understand what was wrong with my truck, gave me advice on how to keep it in tip top shape, and fixed everything that was wrong quickly, as well as inexpensively compared to others. TIm not from Bozeman, I was there with my girlfriend because she takes online classes from the university and she had to meet with her professor, but we needed an oil change and I googled oil change and this is the first place that popped up and all the reviews were nothing but good things, so i thought i would come here. It was a busy day but they still got me in there, they were quick, everybody was nice and polite there. I will definitely be back, although I do not get to Bozeman much.

They were super fast and the cheapest I found in town for a Volvo. At least $20-$30 cheaper than anywhere else I tried. There was a person ahead of me and I was still in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Travis was a great guy. I had several minor-ish repairs done there and theyve always been awesome, straightforward, and fair. The line for oil changes can get a bit long, but thats to be expected when theyre the best around.

Very nice and friendly. Got us in very fast even having 4 others in front of us. They did vacuum and wipe down the interior, which was very nice. But they did leave a few spots of oil on the center console and the back seat, I understand that it happens being that they are an oil change place. Still I would go back.

I personally have used speedy lube since I got my drivers license at 15 years old. 15 years later they still have some of the same staff. Always friendly and speedy service. As an added bonus they have donut holes that my daughter loves and warm coffee! My current vehicle leaks oil and they top it off twice between changes for free 😁 I will continue to use speedy lube as long as Im Im Bozeman!

Always great service here. They are almost always busy which shows how great they are. I wouldn’t wait an hour for an oil change anywhere else. First and only place I go to get my oil changed. Plus they check fluid levels and belts and hoses. Will replace air filters and headlights. Reasonable price.

Ive used speedy lube twice. They are quick, and I felt they did a good job. A plus is you can head across the street to Santa Fe Reds for some beer and chips and salsa while you wait on your car.

Never again. Was great once upon a time.Went for an oil change this winter while the weather was nasty, because I didnt want to crawl around in the snow and mud. Big mistake.First, I asked for synthetic oil, and got conventional. Oh well. No harm done.Went to change my oil today, 4 months later, and the drain plug had been rounded off just enough that I stripped it the rest of the way when I went to remove it. Well poo. I guess Ill have to take it out with a pipe wrench. The thing was put in so tight that Im going to have to put new faces on with a grinder to remove it.Not crawling around in the snow wasted 45 minutes of my time today, and probably an hour tomorrow.

Very professional business! They dont try to sell you anything that you do NOT need for both genders! They are a 1000 times better than Rip off Lube. Rip off Lube either has left over parts or does not put all the parts back on your vehicle! The lines were a little long so that can mean one or two things. They are slow or a good business. I WILL SAY FOR MY FIRST TIME GOING THEY ARE A OUTSTANDING BUSINESS. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS! GREAT JOB SPEEDY LUBE. I would recommend this place to everyone! They are always busy but friendly! I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. They suggest what I may want to replace in the future but don’t push things on me or do unsolicited work.

They truly did an awesome job, and at an affordable price. For 100 dollars, I got my fog lamps replaced, an oil change with synthetic oil, and an air filter replaced. Also, they replaced my plate light (a difficult task in my car) and did a little detail work. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. When I leave Speedy Lube, I feel like they actually serviced my car and made sure that everything from the fluid levels to the tires are working and in good condition. Having serviced my car at other shops that preach a speedy and/or discounted oil change, Id often leave feeling unsure that my car was better off than when I took it in. Speedy Lube is a little more expensive (slightly), but I trust them to take care of my car. On top of that, they are friendly, professional and they have donuts in the waiting room! Seriously, go there. You wont be disappointed.

Ive been going for 15 years, I let a few things slide. They cracked my case from cross threading the plug, they did replace it. They never tightened the oil plug one time, I fixed it after finding a puddle of oil under the car. On the day of an oil change I had a very low tire, I figured they would get it, they say they check the pressure, nope upon checking out they said all tires had 36 psi went out still flat. Lastly, I went in for an oil change & they came out with the transmission fluid tray showing me some dirty fluid, not mine it was changed a week earlier by my mechanic, & continued to tell me it would be $250.00 to change it. F-you guys, my four vehicles will ever be in again.

TLDR: Friendly staff, quick service.Full story: Drove in, quick fill a form, give keys, had quick lunch, returned and a report with 16 fluids and oil changed was awaiting. Paid $40, they warned me the oil level was a quarter low - I should watch it next time.

Normally they do a good job, but last oil change they put 16 qts in my motor that only calls for 10. Could have been a very bad mistake if I hadnt caught it. Credit to them though, they got me right in and fixed it, but not confidence inspiring.

Great local business, but progressively getting more and more expensive. We were charged almost $80 for a synthetic oil change on our last visit. Thats pretty expensive, even for Bozeman. Waiting area recently got re-painted, and got new chairs. With only 2 service bays, you can wait 1 hour or longer if there are a couple cars ahead of you.

Took an hour and fifteen minutes for an oil change, and then they tried to overcharge me for additional service. I had that additional service done in Belgrade the next day for $50 less (and in 20 minutes).

I finished a final assignment for a class before rushing over so my friend could pick up her car. We arrived right at 5:30 and she came out crying a minute later because the guy working the front desk cussed her out for being so late. I went in, apologized for our tardiness, and requested that he treat people nicer in the future. He denied verbally attacking her and then went on about how hard it was to get the system running again.I guess treating human beings with respect is harder than turning on a computer.

Rip off. I saw online it was $20 for an oil change, and asked for just that (along with $7 for high mileage). The guy said hed let me know if they saw anything else. They then proceeded to add antifreeze and wiper fluid without asking. When I got the bill it was $52.45 and the oil change itself was $40. Not $20 that it said online. Dont go here. If you do, make it abundantly clear you dont want them to touch anything besides the oil.
