Its always nice to experience good old fashioned customer service. Dave was friendly and professional. He was upfront and honest about what was required to accomplish the cleaning task. He quoted a fair price and stood by it. I experienced Jensens doing something a little more than was expected. I also observed other customers that had received the same unexpected extra treatment. Unbelievable. Ive never really understood the ins and outs of detailing a car - for one, cant I just do it myself? No, would be the answer to that. I wish I had the photos from the process to share here, too. Dave pulled off the seat covers, removed all the seats from the vehicle, pulled the carpet out and cleaned it all in his badass shop space. He literally stripped the truck down to bare metal. Im a fishing guide and my truck is a 2002 Tacoma and I very easily got the money I spent on the detail, and more, after I sold it. Unreal how clean the inside of the cab is (and it was a mess before). He also made the engine compartment look like it was brand new off the lot, and then, because the guy just seems to care, he buffed the outside of my truck without me even asking at no charge. Its a colorado truck with a bunch of UV damage thats now in much better shape.This isnt some 10 quarter, 20 minute car wash. Youll pay for it but I checked around and his rates are actually really great. Also, Dave, the owner, will be the guy working on your car which beats the hell out of some college kid whos just thinking about happy hour at the Crystal.Highly highly recommend Jensens. Ill be back for sure.

Unbelievable service!! I had a truck stored up in Alaska for 7 months had it shipped home only to find mold had taken over the cab. I dropped the truck off with Dave and Lynn. Amazing job! Every square inch of my car looked like it did the day it rolled off the assembly line - even under the hood. The inside of my Tahoe was covered in hair from my Malamute (shes a hair factory). By the time Jensens was finished, there wasnt a single hair to be found, though they had to completely remove the front seats to make that happen. It even smelled fresh and new, and the outside simply gleamed.Theyre fast, meticulous, and worth every penny. Cant imagine taking it anywhere else.

I had some unfortunate vandalism happen to my car. I needed to get it in quickly and someplace that would do a good job. Dave worked directly with me, inspecting the cars damage and discussing all potential options with me. He squeezed me in between other appointments and was able to get my car into better shape then it was even before the incident. He kept me in the loop the entire time, asking before he made any major decisions and I never had to guess what something was going to cost me. Dave and his crew turned around a Ram 2500 that had spent 4 years on a ranch, and with a 90-lb German shepherd riding shotgun, from a hairy, muddy, mess, into good-as-new. And they did it all over a weekend... Top notch.

Jensens worked magic on my big SUV (Land Rover) on a short time line and with amazing results! Given the fact that my car is black and it has piano black exterior trim pieces (a nightmare to keep scratch free) Jensens had their work cut out for them, but in the end they really made it look brand new again! Great customer service, clean and orderly shop, and they gave me a straight forward quote that didnt change when I picked up my vehicle. Straight shooters at this business, you cant go wrong.

Did a great job of cleaning our boat inside and out! There was a lot of build up on the exterior and Dave worked diligently to get it removed and kept communication with me through the difficult task.

Took my truck in to have Dave bring it back to life before I put it up for sale. I honestly am having second thoughts about selling it now, it is like new. I am an Uber driver and last night I had someone get sick in my car. I was particularly worried about the carpets, the fabric on the car seats, and the little holes in the door speaker. And of course, the odor. When I dropped the car off at Jensen’s this morning, I could hardly stand the smell even with the windows down. By this afternoon I had a car interior that looked and smelled like new. Mr. Jensen absolutely is the expert, and he kindly explained exactly what he did and how he got the vomit out of the car, and was very nice and easy to talk to. What he ended up charging me was VERY fair for all the work he put into my vehicle. It looks great, it smells great. When my next riders compliment me on how clean my car is, I’ll be sure to tell them that it’s because I took it to Jensen’s Executive Detail Services (but I might omit the reason why).

While visiting Yellowstone NP, my Ford F-350 pickup became covered in silica from the erupting Steamboat Geyser. It wouldnt come off no matter what I tried. This is a great shop for auto detailing, I called them to make an appointment they said bring the rig down well get it done in the next few days. Not only did they take the car right away but it was done in time to take the girlfriend out that night. They are very detailed ya I know, but they take a fine tooth comb to the whole car. The car looked great!!!! One word of advice, take as much out of your car first makes it way faster.

Jensens Executive Detail did a wonderful job on our suburban, it looked like a different vehicle and parts stood out on the outside that I hadnt even noticed before. He took the inside apart and cleaned every nook and cranny. We have 4 kids and after picking our car up there was not a crumb to be found even in the hard to reach places. We run an OTR trucking company and have needed to get a couple of truck interiors detailed for new drivers. Truck drivers tend to be slobs and its not a pretty job to have to clean up after them. My German Shepherd (German Shedder) goes everywhere with me and my car was desperate for a good cleaning. Jensens did an excellent job of detailing the interior of my 4-door pickup. The cost was $375, which included removing the front seats to clean the seat covers and delivery of the cleaned truck back to my house.

I thought it sounded kind of expensive when I made the appointment but I really wanted my car cleaned and am so glad I went to David. I didnt realize he was doing the engine compartment on top of everything else. He cleaned every little crack and crevice. He got all the dog hair and dirt out of the carpet and upholstery. I think it might be nicer than when I bought it.
