My wife and I took her 1-week old car to SAM for a ceramic coating. We cam back a week later to pick the car up but there were several spots on the hood that were darker than the rest of the paint. We were initially told that one spot was due to bird poop. When we pointed out four or five other spots they agreed to re-finish the section but would need to leave it for 5 additional days. We came to pick up the car at the later date and the hood looked much better. We took the vehicle home and I took off the temporary registration in the rear license plate location but when I removed it I found they hadnt finished the paint behind it. This sort of attention to detail is ridiculous when you consider we paid $1600 for this product. Actually it is ridiculous for any dollar amount as this is what you expect to be done when you have a vehicle detailed, all the small areas, door jams, behind the license plates, etc.

They did a great job on my super easy to see every speck of dirt black car.They managed to buff out the white surface scratches left from the previous owner, so that was cool. They also washed my floor mats, which i didnt even ask them to do.Super nice people. They are worth every penny.

The customer service was great, everyone was very friendly and that honestly is what earned them a higher review. Also they did a good job, I don’t think the performance reflected the cost. I still found trash under my seat and they didn’t clean the rear cupholders at all. For what they charge, I would expect a better product.

Sams has been bringing my truck back to showroom condition for many years. Every time iam surprised at how great it looks post visit.Sam makes it so easy for me to have full day without my vehicle....it’s painless and the end result is ALWAYS better than expected. My 10 year old work truck looks and feels like it just came off the showroom floor. Can’t recommend them enough....they need 6 stars!

WOW. SAMs service was more than worth the price. The exterior is amazing and feels like silk. They even cleaned the interior. I am so looking forward to NOT waxing my car every couple months. My brother (who is very fussy) made an appointment for his truck after seeing my car and I will be scheduling my truck also.

I have been meaning to leave this review since this summer. When we brought in our Honda Pilot, I thought for sure there was no way to make the seats look new again. We have three young boys and we had a major spill all over the back seats. We had tried everything at home to get it cleaned up. However, I was so wrong! The care looked brand new. To be honest, it looked better then the day we brought it home. The staff was wonderful and kind on the phone. I would say it was well worth every penny spent! Thank you so much for the amazing results! We love how everything turned out.

I got my carpet vacuumed and shampooed. I thought it was a bit pricey up front but after I got my car back it was totally worth it! Smells nice, looks great, cleanest its ever been. Thanks SAM!

I did not personally use this establishment, however my good friend did and I personally dropped him off to pick up the vehicle. The back of the vehicle was not vacuumed 😳. And at a price tag of $600 for the detailing, I found this appalling!

I loved and appreciate the excellent service that I received from SAM! Honestly, my 2007 Dodge Ram hasnt looked this good since I bought it! I dont know how they did it, wow!
