Awesome customer service, I called and talked to Mike about my van back up camera not showing up on the screen. He talked me through a couple things and encouraged me to swing it by to see if it was a quick fix. I had a new after market radio system installed in my ‘06 Tundra by another local car stereo company in the area Less than a year after install the system suddenly failed. I took it back to the original installer and they said I needed a new radio. That was 3 months ago—they said no replacement was available. Out of frustration I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Despite my not having an appointment, Mike at Good Vibrations dropped everything to trouble shoot the problem, and within 15 minutes determined that the radio just needed a factory reset . I called good vibrations last night and hour before the closed an spoke with Mike, after explaining that my lovely future husband tried to replace our speakers himself and it became an epic fail he asked me to come by so he could take a look to see what he can do for me. I brought my truck in this morning and Mike was sooo helpful and replaced both my door speakers in my truck I was in an out very quickly and price was very reasonable! This has been by far the worst experience I have had with a company in Bozeman.First Visit - Wanted a remote start put in a work truck. Truck has a stand alone fuel management system and they refused to install a remote start.Second visit - My fiancé’s car has remote start but the key fob stopped working. They said they needed to order an new one and it would take a week. Called 2 weeks later and oops they forgot to order it. Waited another 2 weeks, no call from them so I called once a day for 4 days got voicemail every time with no call back.Third visit - I own a landscaping company and wanted to get good screens with backup cameras installed for my crews. Put my deposit down waited 2 weeks. Dropped first of 7 trucks off just to get a call saying they forgot to order my radios and now they can’t get them.This place is a joke, run! No customer service, no follow through, just horrible business. If I could give one star I would.

Great service. Bought a new stereo/head unit. Decided to go ahead and install it myself. Everything went smoothly except I had mistakenly hooked up two wires wrong. The only way I knew this was because when I called on a Saturday while installing it and talked to Mike the fella that sold it to me he walked it throught with me until we figured out how I had messed it up. These guys are the real deal: smart, helpful, knowledgeable, they all seem to like their work, and they arent pushy with sales. Today I needed to buy some lower-end speakers to install myself, because thats where Im at. But if I was looking for a professional to install a really nice audio system in my vehicle, Id go here for sure.They knew I was looking at their cheapest options and planning to install it myself, and two techs over the course of an hour STILL answered tons of questions and tested speakers for me. Ive worked in sales positions like that, and mentally its not always easy to be that helpful when youve got actual work to do. Other customers came and went and there were cars in the back getting worked on, but the techs out front seemed calm and willing to help until I left. Thats pretty rare.When I decide Im ready for an upgrade, theres no question in my mind Ill go here. Called in weeks before got quoted for 250 to hook up a sub and amp i brought in then charged me 430$ when my car was done!?!? Also said it would take a hour or two and had my car from 10 till way past close would not recommend this place to anyone! Didnt even hook up the amp i brought in they were too lazy and used the one on the sub!

Had an incredible experience here! They installed my remote starter with a incredibly quick turn around time, would highly recomend! the staff also really took the time to help me get familar with the product, as well as answered all my questions after the instal to help me get the best use of the starter! (also a plus their product was far superior *range and functionality wise* than what the dealer was offering, and total price came out to be $150 less than the dealership)

I went in to the Bozeman location about a month ago. I bought the harness and a dash kit for my Audi. They charged me 250 in total for 2 things 200 for the harness and 50 for the dash kit. Come to find out the harness cost 70 bucks online and the dash kit is 20. I wasn’t too upset because I know they have to make a profit, however come to find out the harness doesn’t work and now I need a new one. I went in later to buy a better head unit and I had asked about the dash kit they sold me and what exactly I needed to get my head unit mounted into it. The whole staff was clueless on what I needed and what they even sold me. Honestly just a all around horrible experience

He then was very helpful with advice on installing them myself. He even tracked down a set of low profile classic speaker covers from the back of the shop so that my front speakers would fit better. My mom purchased some kicker speakers for Christmas as a gift. I went in about a month later to order another set with it and said I would just pick them both up when the other set was in. After a month the wrong speakers were ordered and so I had to wait another week before the right ones would be in. When I went to pick up the speakers they said I had already picked one set up and that they would only give me the one set. I never had a problem with the old management. I did a lot of business with good vibrations and I suggest you dont.

I came to Good Vibrations because I have had my eye on getting a new deck in my Mustang for YEARS...but never really had the guts to pull the trigger. From the moment I walked into Good Vibrations they treated me like I was buying a new car! I even asked them to install a deck into their test wall for me to check out and they did it for me right there, before I bought anything. It was truly a second-to-none experience, and really what made me decide to do it. They had my car in and out in less than 2 hours with a GREAT radio, and very well done work! Their warranty is lifetime, and the people there are trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable. Its only day one and I am so happy with it! Thanks again guys!

Want to give these guys a better review but just cant... spoke with a salesman on the phone to put a new stereo (box only) in my 05 dodge. Told me $303 for the total, all was good. Got my truck back and they never hooked up the controls to the steering column. Now Im stuck waiting another hour paying another $110. Salesperson claims I specified I didnt want it hooked back up. Take your vehicle to Sound Pros in Four Corners. Knowledgeable staff and were about $100 cheaper. Theres a reason theyre booked solid! Staff at Good Vibrations (AT LEAST STAFF AT THE COUNTER) dont listen to clients or have any idea what theyre talking about or selling. Again, save some money and go to sound pros.

These guys are extremely helpful and awesome. I’ve been dealing with frustrating issues with my car stereo for YEARS, and they diagnosed what was wrong with my car and fixed me up without hesitation. Really stellar customer service!I went in to simply buy a new media center/stereo and minutes later the guy was in my truck checking my wires, fuses and voltages trying to see what was wrong with my current system. He really went above and beyond to help me out and really did me a solid without charging me for time. That’s the type of excellent service that really stands out to me and they gave now gained my loyalty as a customer.I felt like the knowledge these guys have on car media systems is totally underrated. Got a remote car starter for my wifes car. They were very helpful through the entire process from me calling in and comparing prices to scheduling and then to guiding us on how to use it and the lifetime warranty for the parts and labor. Im most impressed that we can get it installed in another car if we ever decide to sell!

I have previously spent several $1000s of dollars on my last car stereo build at this business on parts and installation. Granted this was a couple years ago. But I now have a different car, and want to update the head unit. I’ve called several times, and even gone in with the promise of return phone calls and follow ups to try and get something set up. They refuse to get back to me. Maybe there is new ownership? Idk. regardless I won’t waste anymore of my time with these folks and suggest others look elsewhere.

I installed my stereo myself so I cant speak to how good they are at actual installations, but I wouldnt have been able to install everything in my deck without their help. I dropped by with a few questions (some of which were pretty stupid) and the guys gladly helped explain what I was doing wrong and even gave me some spare equipment so I could finish the job properly (even helping me with parts that I didnt buy there). I would gladly recommend this place to anyone with car stereo needs.

Needed a part. Guy working the desk had no idea what I was talking about even though I had a printed page from website. Went to ask the installer in back. Was gone for a while. I went to doorway to see what was going on. Installer yelled at me - You cant come back here! I didnt, I was in the doorway. By the way, no install was happening at the time. So, to sum up, clueless and comically cranky. Took a farther trip to Four Corners to Sound Pros. Knew just what I needed, had the part and were super helpful. Night and day difference! Which you see in the Google ratings/reviews.

Great help for a total noob, wonderful selection/showroom. Prices are quite a bit higher though than just a few blocks down. Unsure if the work done would make up for that but I went elsewhere.

I ordered 4 speakers to replace all my factory speakers. They only ordered two and said I only requested two. They then said they ordered two more and told me to come back in a week. I came back and they never actually ordered them then charged me more than they said they would the week before for speakers that werent even a fit for my truck. I planned on getting a lot more work done here but they lost my business. Very bad experience.

Needed to repair or replace car radio, cd player not working. Staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Got a quote and then called car dealership to compare. No comparison, the deal was with Good Vibrations! In less than an hour I had a new radio, cost was less than what I was quoted which was under $200.00. Better stereo than I orginally had too!!!

They installed a deck, a set of subs, and an amp for me and I wouldnt go through them again. They did a pretty mediocre job, the usb function wasnt hooked up on the deck, none of my door trim was put back right after wiring, they took and hour and a half longer than they said they would, and when I went to pay they charged me $100 more than I was quoted. I would go to Bos Tint and Sound over Good Vibrations any day.

I had a remote starter installed. They told me it would take 3 hours. I showed up after 3.5 hours and it was still not done so I waited until it was done in the waiting room. 2 hours later it was finished. I had a appointment to get to so I hurried out the door tried the remote start, it seemed to work fine but my lock and unlock bottoms no longer worked. I will be calling them tomorrow to talk to a manager. I will update my rating if they help out like they should. It cost $200 for install not including cost of the remote.

Hopefully company will come thru and get my car right now. My car has had drained battery for the last month, back n forth trying to find problem after I took it back to good vibration first. Now maybe Im talking to right person I pray to have a car with a great new stereo that car also runs too. I shouldnt feel bad or regret wanting to put an upgrade stereo in car. Please fix my car now that it has been proven to be the stereo at fault that car isnt working by killing battery. I will keep all posted tky
