The staff is incredible and always available when you need them. They made my move to Icon very easy and guided me through their whole process. They care about you and what your needs are. They are very accepting of pets and welcomed my dog with open arms. The amenities speak for themselves and the complex is nicer than any around town. I highly suggest looking into moving to Icon and talking with the staff. Justin, Nicole, and Jessica are in the leasing office and will take great care of you. 10/10 would recommend living at Icon Apartments at Ferguson Farms.

I love icon apartments. I have never had a bad time there. One time my sister invited me over to hang out with her and her boyfriend and him and I ended up ignoring her and playing with the sports simulator. We had a blast.

What an incredible place filled with incredible people! Not only are these apartments well taken care of with the top of the line amenities but also the community and the staff is unlike any other. I met this amazing lady named Nicole who did not hesitate to answer any question that came up with the utmost enthusiasm and respect! I was given a fun and educational tour that made me fall in love with this place even more. Settled underneath the breathtaking backdrop of the Bridger Mountains, with Icon Apartments, you wont be guaranteed just a house but a truly special home. Thanks to all the amazing people at Icon for making my visit so wonderful! Best place to stay in Bozeman by far! If you dont move here you are an idiot.

This is the best apartment I’ve lived in hands down. I love the kitchen and the huge amount of storage space in the cupboards. Having a built in garage is also so convenient and allows for additional storage. The interiors are high grade and feel a good mix of classy and cozy. Not to mention all the perks of the clubhouse and the soon to be opened pool/hot tub. Walls are well built and minimize noise from neighbors quite well. When I’ve needed to work with the staff, they’ve always gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful every time.

My boyfriend and I just moved in here about 2 weeks ago and everyone who works for this company goes above and beyond what they are required to do! We have felt so welcomed and are already in love with our apartment! You can tell there was a lot of thought and effort put into each aspect of these apartments and the community center. It feels like home with a bunch of perks ;) (game room, gym, library, and soon pool and hot tub!!!) Highly recommend looking into moving here if you like to be surrounded by kindness (whether it’s the leasing staff, maintenance, or your neighbors). Seriously LOVE it here and so happy we chose this to be our home!

Came across this apartment building and can’t believe how beautiful it is! It has such a luxurious look with amazing amenities. Loved that they have Peloton bikes as one of the amenities!

These apartments are very nice with plenty of storage and space. The staff have always been friendly and very communicative, making the application process easy to understand and informed. There are lots of dogs in the community and the dog park is a big plus. The gym facilities are great to get a workout in too.

I recently moved to Bozeman all the way from Texas, and I can honestly say moving into Icon helped me feel at home and welcome right away! From our very first phone call, Illeana was incredibly kind and happily answered the laundry-list of questions my boyfriend and I had about the complex. The staff was incredibly helpful on giving us insight onto which unit would be best for our needs and lifestyle with sincere honesty! The staff was also prompt about emailing us updates on construction, move-in dates and all other pertinent information as soon as they found out.After living here for a little over a month, this is easily the nicest apartment complex in Bozeman! All the neighbors are incredibly friendly, the appliances are top of the line, and the grounds are gorgeous! The extra amenities in the complex are to die for: a pizza oven, sports simulator, spin/yoga room, gorgeous pool, dog park, etc. Additionally, the neighborhood is filled with such kind people and you can find a huge park behind the complex (less than 5 minute walk) with a stream running through it, a pond and jungle gyms for kids to play on. I 100% recommend Icon to anyone who is looking for a friendly, safe and reliable apartment!

The most obscenely complicated wifi login I have ever had. Absurd. You should not have to search for a bloody MAC address turn off some special setting and on and on JUST TO LET GUESTS ON YOUR WIFI. Beyond annoying, shouldn’t be so difficult, would be a great thing to get sorted Icon.

Finding a one bedroom apartment during Covid-19 was stressful, especially searching for a place to live while being out of state. Icon at Ferguson farm made finding an apartment super easy and enjoyable. The staff was super accommodating to doing a virtual tour and making sure everything was online and easy to sign right up to my move in date. The management team is super friendly and bubbly and make it easy to communicate when something needs fixing or maintenance!

This apartment complex is an absolute delight. The amenities are fantastic, and the space inside the apartment is more than enough. Im incredibly excited to be living here.

Now that we have lived here for about a month and have settled in, I can confidently say that Icon at Ferguson Farm is a great place to live. Aside from the obvious conveniences of apartment living (not having to mow, etc) Icon specifically has awesome amenities. I have already used the club house as a quiet place to get some work done, my daughter and husband enjoy the games and the views from the deck are amazing. The construction quality of the apartments themselves seems to be done well. We share walls and have an upstairs neighbor- while it isn’t completely silent, whatever faint noise does come through- it doesn’t wake up my kiddo (a big deal for any parent) and is unbothersome to my husband and I. And, last but not least, the staff is SO friendly and helpful.

After looking at many living options in Bozeman I found the Icon Apartments at Ferguson Farm and fell in love. From the clubhouse to the garages to the lighting on the mirrors, no detail has been overlooked at the facilities. I am incredibly happy to have found my home at such an amazing apartment complex.

Very nice apartments but unfortunately very bad customer service and for some reason everyone seems to complain for the loud noise at 5 p.m. I can hear everyone else making lots of noise all the time and Im not complaining...people need to understand that if they dont want to hear loud noises than they need to buy/rent a house.

Be warned that such a surplus of reviews art not legitimate.The front-desk art pleasant. I shant have much to say about them for they are responsive and helpful. The overseers art what thou wouldst expect from a corporate complex. Pray thee you shant interact with them!The construction quality is poor. Clearly these were constructed in a hastily fashion for they simple crumble! Whilst a simple walkthrough may seem satisfactory, you shant not discover the flaws until the ink is dry on your contract. Prepare your heart and mind for this inevitability.If thee expect privacy, this complex has it in spades. The street ist quiet and unencumbered by automobile and chariot traffic.I must note that, however, this complex ist crawling with citizens from outside our glorious Montana state. As a native, it is more than I can bear to see the californians, washingtonians, oregonians, and texans establishing camp here. One might thing there is a bus line from Las Angeles to here! These citizens are polite and keep to themselves, but mine heart longs for a day before the boom of Bozeman.Overall this apartment complex ist likely the best you may find within the boundaries of our fair Bozeman. It is corporate and you should expect them to levy taxes and fees for everything. Beautiful apartments with an amazing location in Bozeman. Located close to numerous restaurants, fitness centers, parks, and other outdoor living. Above all, the work that their staff like Nicole G has put in has made the exhausting process of finding somewhere to call home a breeze.

From the moment my girlfriend and I showed interest into moving in! The Property Manger and leasing agent have been super attentive to our needs and the property has a lot of amazing amenities.

I so hope to live here at some point. Nicole gave me an online tour today, Nicole is awesome!!! My heart is calling me to move to Montana and rent an apartment here.
