I had a great experience with Tomalty dental care. Everyone there were so friendly and had a big smile in their face. I didn’t even have an appointment because of an unexpected guest name (toothache) that came without any warning and the waiting time was great. My crown broke twice. Dr. Jordan wasted no time to replace it at no cost. The staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Jordan is a very competent Dentist. It wasn’t his fault it broke. It was due to a tooth that was missing before it, hence causing to much pressure on the crown. He replaced it anyway without placing blame. They are very honest. I would recommend them to anyone .

My first time visit to Dr. Tomalty office to take advantage a special promotion. The staff is friendly and made me feel welcoming. The appointment was on time and the hygienist was efficient and thorough. She discovered a cavity and Dr. Tomalty was kind enough to work on it right away knowing I will be returning home up north the following week. She also started a deep cleaning on a quarter of my teeth and made an appointment for the next day to another quarter. I paid for the services but was wondering two quarters of my teeth would not be cleaned until I return in the fall.

Today was our initial visit to this practice. I worked in a dental office for 23 years and in my opinion, your staff, especially the front desk is what gives you an impression. Our experience today was exceptional...the entire practice was friendly and professional. Dr. Jordan explained what needed to be done for the next visit. This fits us wonderfully.

I’m always treated with professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness at the Tomalty Dental Care of Central Boynton Beach office. After over a year of COVID, job loss and office not being able to handle patients, I was able to get in. 2 1/2 hours later, Joy ( the best dental hygienist) took great care with me, stayed longer than expected and did everything to make me comfortable while doing what needed to be done. I sooo recommend them.

I left work with excruciating teeth and jaw pain Thursday night. On Friday, they got me right in to see Dr. Jordan Tomalty. I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes and felt like they really cared about how I was feeling. When you’re not feeling your best and people treat you with priority and empathy, it speaks volumes. The front desk was extremely helpful and kind (even on the phone!) Thank you Tomalty.

I am typically apprehensive about dental offices, most of them feel like they are a cash grab and don’t really give you much info about why you need treatment. They typically will just try to get you to agree with the plan and go along with it.Not at Tomalty!!! They took their time to explain what was needed and WHY it was important, they educated me and did not talk down to me. The hygienist Stephanie made sure I understood everything in such a way that I felt empowered to make the right decisions for my health!The front desk staff are super friendly and they always remember my name!I have been seen by each of the Tomaltys they are very knowledgeable and reiterated why I needed everything in the treatment plan in a way that made me very comfortable. Dr. Sean Tomalty is the BEST of the best. I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but after much encouragement- I went to see him after hearing great things about him. Such a wonderful location and welcoming staff! I had an appointment for a dental cleaning and was seen in less than 15 mins of my appointment time. Stephanie, the hygienist, was extremely thorough and informative on how to properly maintain dental hygiene! The dentist completed his exam, quick and straight to the point, no shortcomings of propaganda. Definitely recommend this dental office. :)

I have been going to Tomalty Dental Care for a while and I have been happy with them. When I walk in everyone is always nice and I normally dont have to wait too long for my appointment. For those times that I do have to wait, I like the fact that they have a mini fridge stocked with waters. I like the dental staff, they all seem knowledgeable and my teeth always look better after a cleaning. One of my reasons for choosing Tomalty for my dental needs is the fact that they have office hours every other Saturday with my work schedule this comes in very handy. My whole family goes to Tomalty for their dental needs and we have all been very happy with them.

I have been coming to Tomalty dental for over 4 years now since I moved from Georgia. My Uncle used to own a practice and I must say this has been the closest thing to that. Front desk staff is always welcoming at check in. Dr.Sean I always personable, straight forward and accommodating with my needs. Kim at the front desk was very helpful and sweet and took extra steps for me to schedule a procedure done at their delray location. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates Quality prompt service and an efficient staff.

You can do so much better going somewhere else. I moved away from the area and had to find a new dentist. I had my first visit this week and the difference between the two was very clear. The process and care was so much better. Two years ago I had a crown with Dr Tomalty and afterwards had gum problems by the crown. The new dentist knew why and knew how to fix it. He had placed the crown so close to the bone it was irritating my gum. Also the color didnt match my other teeth which was so easy to do.On my last visit there I was done with my cleaning and was told I could leave. The front desk saw that the doctor hadnt seen me so they sent me back to the room. The doctor came in and had a nice conversation. When I went back to the front desk my bill had increased by $50. Shame on them for doing this.

My front, center cap broke in half. I am new to the area. Tomalty Dental of Boynton Fountains were able to see me right away and made a temporary for me on the spot that fit beautifully. The follow up and permanent cap matches perfectly. I was so impressed with the staff I scheduled a cleaning. The hygienist found a problem that I had been aware of due to a bad taste and odor in one area that has been there for some time and not found by any previous cleanings Id had. Im happy to say, I now have a good dentist!

From the moment you go into the office, which kept so clean and beautiful, Lee and Janelle offer a smile and greeting and take care of you right away. Then you are escorted to the room where they will take care of you and the staff that you encounter on the way, all smile and greet you and make you feel as if youve been going there forever and theyre glad to see you back! It was my first time! The oral hygienist (whom I did not have to see) spoke with me and took my x-rays and was so nice and efficient. Then comes Dr. Jordan Tomalty. With a soft touch and excellent bedside manner, made the removal of my old crown pretty painless (I still hate needles, lol), and did not rush the process at all. I recommend this facility 100%! Like Schwarzenegger, Ill be back! That and they still have work to do. Dr. Tomalty discovered an abscess that my old dentist had simply brushed off and I have some bone loss. Looking to get a root canal and get back on the road to healthy gums and teeth. Thanks Dr. Jordan Tomalty and staff for the wonderful treatment!

This place is the worst! They tell you that a procedure costs one thing and then refuse to honor that price when you get there!!I received a phone call from Tomalty Dental to let me know that I was due for a check up and to see if Id like to schedule an appointment. I asked how much it would cost out of pocket since I no longer have dental insurance and was told that it would be $85. That sounded good to me so I went ahead and scheduled. After my cleaning was done I went to the counter to pay and was informed that it would be $175. When I explained that I was told that it would be $85 the woman argued that the $85 is for the cleaning only and does not include the X-rays, which she claimed were required by law before any cleaning could be done. I found that hard to believe but regardless, if the X-rays are required by law then why the hell was I told that the check-up would be $85 and that doesnt include the X-rays. I refused to pay almost $100 more that what I was told it would cost. The woman then got up and went to the back to speak with the dentist and came back saying that she could take off $40. At that point I absolutely could not believe that she thought this was up for negotiation! I told her to either charge my card the $85 I was told it would be or I will just leave. She finally agreed to charge the $85 but got nasty with me and said that she was going to have to deactivate me as a customer. As if I would even have considered going back there anyway? Due to their dishonesty and unprofessionalism Tomalty dental lost myself and my husband as clients and I will be sure to let everyone I know about my terrible experience.

I normally hate the dentist, with a passion, but Tomalty Dental Care honestly turned that around. They made me feel calm and more importantly, confident about my teeth! Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists and the dentist were beyond nice. 10/10 experience and would go back in a heartbeat for sure!

I was terrified to go to the dentist and after reading online reviews, I called Tomalty Dental Care. From the moment they answered the phone I felt at ease. When I arrived at the office everyone was so nice. Nicole was amazing, very gentle and calming and Dr. Sean Tomalty is wonderful. He knew I was worried and anxious so he went out of his way to make me comfortable. He explained what he was seeing and doing every step of the way. They were extremely thorough with my initial exam, making sure no tooth was left unturned and then went over their findings with me in detail. I ended up having some cavities fixed and Im very pleased with the results. After a lifetime of bad dental experiences I am so relieved to have found Tomalty Dental, Nicole and Dr. Sean. I wont be going anywhere else.

Likely the worst dentist period. You have more luck putting a jack hammer in your mouth and turning it on. I am now having to go back and fix a issue they started a year later. That they have no knowledge of. I wish Google had negative stars.

Terrible experience!!!!!! I would never step foot in this place again. What should have been a simple visit turned into a very expensive painful experience

Almost six years ago, I broke the bone above my front tooth up inside my gum whilst changing a diaper (a kick to the face from one of my children…the memory of which child has always been fuzzy). This led to a surgery where the front tooth was removed, the bone was fixed and stuffed with cadaver bone, and I was off to heal for months. Then I was given an implant, but before I could get the crown, I was traumatized. The implant was laying on a nerve and when they tried to unscrew the screw, I shot through the roof, a pain that I’ve never felt and hope to never feel again. My oral surgeon deemed my implant a rejection and then did things to my tooth while I was on gas and numb that he said he wouldn’t do and completely traumatized me - I was hysterical crying the entire time - it was awful and I swore I’d live with the plastic invisalign-like fake tooth piece and would never get the crown. I would NEVER let them unscrew the screw again. Never.Fast forward 6 years and I’ve still been living with the ridiculous plastic piece instead of a front tooth. I get a horrible toothache and end up having to have a different tooth pulled. I was in so much pain and didn’t even have a dentist. My traumatized state kept me AWAY from the dentists for years. But now I was in trouble. So I called Tomalty Dental in a panic, needing help ASAP. It was almost the weekend and I was panicked in intense pain. I was Dr. Sean and he got me in with one of his colleagues almost immediately and the tooth was pulled that same day. Dr. Sean insist I come back and talk about the front tooth. I said “ok” but was not in any rush.Then I wake up one morning - and it’s gone. My plastic piece is missing. We are still unsure if it’s lost somewhere in the bedroom (it’s been tossed so many times) or if I swallowed it. So the decision was made for me - time to go to Dr. Sean and panic over the front tooth.Dr. Sean is an incredible dentist. I felt safe with Dr. Sean. He treated me with kindness and care. He listened to my fears and took my anxiety seriously. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and feeling no pain. He made me a new temporary tooth and then - today - after 6 years of wearing foreign objects in my mouth, I actually HAVE a front tooth. Thank you so much Dr. Sean!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIMES. We were charged the full amount upfront for a procedure even though our insurance confirmed they would be reimbursed. Tomalty was reimbursed 4 months ago and still have not issued a refund to us. We have called over and over and each time are treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Our only option is to dispute our credit card charge. I would never use them again nor recommend them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The dentist appears very nice and personable. The office staff especially Angela, her client manner is deplorable and she performs if I had to grade her, it would be below an F, if there is such a grade. As a result I went to another dentist. The approach of the second dentist was that the teeth needed all filings and no crowns were recommended. Tomalty Dental Care recommended crowns on some and fillings on others. Now in retrospect I am glad that my initial experience was so unpleasant that it forced me to go to another dentist before they started work. The manner and approach of the second dental office was far superior to that of Tomalty Dental Care.The dentist approach tends to be drastic and Angela needs to stop running the practice, with these two improvements, Tomalty Dental Care would provide far better services and have more patients.

When I relocated to Boynton Beach from Toronto in August 2009, I discovered Tomality Dental Care. Dr. Lorne Tomality is a McGill graduate and he made me feel right at home immediately.. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating. The professional staff are gentle, knowledgeable and thorough. After 4 years as a patient of Tomality Dental Care, I am happy to say that my experience at the dentist is very comfortable and stress free.

I am new in Florida. I was very spoiled with my previous dentist who was a well known doctor and teaher. My neighbor recommended Dr. Tomolthy. My experience with his team was great. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Timothy is a young skilled dentist who took the time to examine my teeth and talk thoroughly about all my concerns as I had inplants. I will certainly keep on going to this office.

Lauren made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dental offices are not my favorite place to visit. Everyone in this office makes me feel more at ease.Went to see Dr Jordan today to finish up some implant work. Hope my apprehension wasnt too apparent, but the anticipation was worse than the realization.So glad I found this dentist when we moved to Boynton Beach.Added 10/5/2021:I wish I could add another star to the ratings. Everytime I show up, the staff seems to be more pleasant than the last visit.Lauren is a gem, explaining every procedure she does or suggests doing.
