I was recommended to Dr. Minch by my previous, much cherished dentist who sadly retired without my consent :-). He promised me that Dr. Minch would take good care of me. I just went for my routine oral exam/cleaning and I am so glad I did. Julie, the hygienist, is the best!! I am a big chicken, very scared of anything dental. The dentist is not my best friend nor do I look forward to this visit. As I explained this to Julie, she was so understanding, patient, gentle and kind with me. My experience was so pleasant that I booked my next cleaning appointment for six months instead of yearly. She did an excellent job!! Then I met Dr. Minch, who was very nice and gentle with me and my dentist fears. His office staff are wonderful & professional. I had a later appointment, but I ask to be put on a waiting list for a sooner appointment. They surprised me by calling me back with a much sooner appointment than I expected.Who does that?!!I highly recommend Dr. Minch and his staff!! A rare Gem to find these days!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Minch since 2015.. he gave me the smile I have always dreamed of having. He is kind, intelligent and very thorough. He takes the time to listen and talk through everything. I’m very nervous about going to the dentist. I hate having to go but do it anyway. Not here! Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Great skills ! The hygienist was super great too. Never “slipped” was very skilled. I have been to see them about 5 times already. Not even nervous anymore. I came from a friend who suggested them after interviewing and drilling multiple places lol. Yes overkill but boy what a find ! Highly recommend.

Dr. Minch and his staff are great....very professional yet a very kind office. The hygienists are gentle yet thorough. Dr. Minch has a very gentle touch and is knowledgeable and effective regarding treatment options. Ive had Invisalign with Dr. Minch - the treatment was very quick and did the outcome was positive. Dr. Minch prefers the least invasive treatment plan (ie. filling vs. crown) in questionable circumstances which I find reassuring. I definitely recommend Dr. Minch and his staff.

First visit and was very satisfied. They got me in the day after I called as I was having a problem with a tooth.The office was clean and everyone was very pleasant.Doctor Minch explained what the problem was and with my permission resolved it.I will be returning for a cleaning and a follow-up on the rest of my teeth.

His staff is extremely competent, friendly, and efficient, but the feeling I walked away with was just how impressive Dr. Minch was himself. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Marc Minch for five years and our daughter since Dr. Minch opened his practice. We live on the opposite Coast of Florida and its a three hour ride coming and gong back. He and his staff are the BEST of the BEST! I first arrived with emergency vertigo, no pain, no idea of the cause and had visited my local dentist various times with full X-rays. My family doctor also did tests and could find no problem . I was at my wits end and remembered our daughter told me about Dr. Minch.years before with unique detail. I called and he kindly took me during Christmas and New Year when most do not take patients. He did X-rays and a complete check up.and found and solutioned the problem. It was the first time in 6 months I could stand up and walk without the virtigo that had gotten worse with time. My husband is not a lets go to the dentist person, however after watching he also became a fan and allowed Dr. Minch to do wonders with his beautiful smile. He has the staff at the top of his small list of exceptional people . We can not praise them enough. Some things money can not buy and finding them qualifies as a blessing.

This is the best dental office Ive been to. They never overbook so there Ive never had to wait longer than 3-5 minutes to be called in/seen. Dr. May is very professional and makes you feel beyond comfortable; I had to get a crown for an implant and she was present throughout the entire process, checking in on me and answering any questions or concerns that I had. I would 1000% recommend her and Dr. Minch/his staff to anyone looking for dental work, whether as simple as a check up or cleaning to a crown.

This was my first visit to Dr. Minch’s office. I was more then happy with their CoVid19 precautions and cleanliness. My teeth had not been cleaned in 10 months because of the virus and needed cleaning badly. The hygienist did a superb and gentle job. I also received a through exam and an detailed explanation of what work was needed soon as well as what could wait. Going back next week to have a loose tooth removed. Because the tooth is far in back Dr. Minch did not feel it was worth replacing. He made no attempt to “upsell” a replacement, something that impressed me. After a really bad experience with another area dentist, it was a breath of fresh air to find this office.

I have a secret of a fear of dentists due to several previous bad experiences. Needless to say I was very scared to get a crown done for the first time by Dr Minch. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my first experience at Dr Minch’s office. I had lost part of my tooth and needed to be seen ASAP. Due to insurance issues, I needed to find a new dentist. My daughter suggested I try her dentist who she just raved about. From my first call to having the procedure done, I was given amazing care. They checked my insurance, in record time, and found out I was covered with Dr Minch. The very friendly staff member then offered me an appointment the next day! Upon arriving at the office, I was impressed to see Covid-19 protocol in place. I was greeted with smiling faces and after barely finishing the information sheet, was brought back to the exam room. Dr Minch and his assistant, Nancy, were wonderful, putting me at ease, answering any questions I had and explaining everything he was doing. The result, I would need a crown. I thought I would have to live with a broken tooth for at least a week or so until I could get an appointment, but Dr Minch said that if I didn’t mind waiting until he saw 1 more patient, he would do the procedure today. WOW! How wonderful was that, I didn’t have to be uncomfortable for days. The office explained everything in detail as to what my expenses would be so there were no surprises, which I greatly appreciated. Dr Minch was so gentle, I barely felt anything, and had absolutely no pain. I would definitely recommend him, and I already have to several friends. Friendly staff, nice, clean office with garden views, and a very knowledgeable and proficient dentist, what more could one want?
