Very interesting experience. I had gone in with my mom for her visit. The technicians were very friendly and greeted us with love. I decided to sit on the chair and wait. The technician had done a wonderful job at keeping my mom company with small talks and we were on our way. Efficient and clean place in a lively environment.

Had my 2nd service here and it is one of the best nail places in the area. Extremely clean, friendly and fair prices!

I love this Nail Shop and would come here regularly when I lived in Boynton Beach. They are always professional, and do a great job. Did I mention they were fast too which is important to me. I actually traveled here because I did Not like the last result of my last visit to the nail shop I had been going to for almost 3 years. Prices are on Par so no surprises. Most important, they are extremely clean and sterilize their equipment.

Very quick pedicure and my toes look great. If youre looking for the extensive spa experience, Id recommend you didnt come here. It was clean, and well vented. My nail artist did an excellent job. I was doing laundry next door and had just enough time while clothes washed one cycle to get a quick pedicure. Perfect.

First time about a week ago as a walk in. No waiting. Had gel manicure.Four of the nails had dull finish and one could see the difference. Asked the girl, what happened, she replied, I dont know. Never has this ever happened at any other salon. She went over the nail with a clear coating, seemed to look good. Not so, the dullness came back next day. Not going back.

Best prices and consistently friendly people. This is a great location and the nails always last more than 2 weeks. So happy I was able to find this placeUPDATE: went back for a fill on nails installed by an older guy at this salon. Both the older men are great. A young guy did the full and tried to charge me $8 extra for length. Like are you kidding me. It’s a fill for nails I paid $20 for. I didn’t pay for a length charge in the beginning so why would you ask me to pay for it now? The prices aren’t consistent. It was literally robbery. I’ll never ever go back and I loved this place.

Just moved to the area and came across this place which is one of few that are open on Sunday near me. I was hesitant because as we all know finding a new nail salon is just as scary as finding a new hairdressers. There was a lot of people inside and I was almost hesitant to enter because lets face it nobody likes waiting for tons of people to get their nails done. I was surprisingly taken to the pedicure chair immediately! I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately the pedicure was awful, the lady barely did anything to my feet. When she painted my toe nails she missed both sides of every single nail I tried to tell her she missed it and she couldnt understand a word I was saying. It was extremely frustrating sitting there trying to explain to her that she needs to pint my entire nail. Finally she figured out what I was saying, she didnt clean up my cuticles at all. I basically spent $22 to soak my feet in warm water (barely any blue bath salts) and get my toe nails 1/4 painted. Will NOT return.

Very competent staff. Very reasonable prices. English is mostly understood but English speaking was somewhat difficult to understand.

Yen Nails is a family owned business that treats their customers great! They have the best prices in town and always do a great job! Ask for Don if you can but I am sure all of the technicians are just a good! I will keep going back!!!

Charlie is horrible at dip powder nails each time I showed him something that I wasn’t happy with he commented I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I complained to the owner Yen she said next time I give you a discount but refused to write that on my receipt. Had the nerves to tell me to come back tomorrow to soak off at a discount price after paying $30.00. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.

I have been a regular here for many years. always great service, always on time, and anytime I have special request, they accomodate me. Every 2 weeks, I am at Yens, and they are very friendly. I have referred several friends to Yens and will continue to do so!!

Will NEVER SWITCH FOR CONVENIENCE. I was a potential new customer, since I get my hair done next door. I was preparing for my moms homegoing service and since this shop was next door, I was like it will be convenient. This was Friday, 9/22. I requested for what I always get (the best nail shop: Color Nails in Greenacres.) french mani-pedi, gel and to have my mothers name written on nail. They didnt know about gel on toes -- should have walked then. The technician got frustrated over the writing of name request. He skipped steps for the gel and I brought to his attention, he said it was a new gel they use, that does not require the different coats. Later that evening my first nail cracked -- I didnt have time to go in, they continued to crack, 6 nails had chipped. Due to the nature my week, I could not return to the salon until 9/30. When I did I asked if they remembered me, they did, when I showed them chipped nails that didnt last a day and the owner was VERY NASTY, refused to fix properly or give a refund. I asked if they would simply remove the polish, and re-do she said no just fix. When she did it was clearly showing a difference. I asked her to just remove and that was refused. Finally the technician who did the crappy job, felt guilty and removed the polish. THEY USE CHEAP PRODUCTS, AND DONT TAKE ALL THE STEPS, THE WORKMANSHIP is less than acceptable. They know once you go you will never return so they do crappy work realizing they are saving money, because THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT, AS A CUSTOMER YOU GET IGNORED.

Terrible pedicure service. Technician was rushing and rough with her sharp tools. The spa chairs are ancient and barely functioning. The water for my pedicure was lukewarm from beginning to end, despite me asking for hot water. Will never come here again.

The work was ok but the owners were gross, like slave owns. The place smells of smoke like a bar. I have a choice so I will go else wear.
