I walked in wanting a fill on my gel acrylics. right as I walked in they all just gave me dirty looks. I felt uncomfortable. All I needed was to get a color with an accent nail marble effected. They did not know how to do that. I asked a couple more designs and they said they couldn’t do any of that either. My nails don’t look as good as I was expecting and their customer service is so bad. They were yelling at an elderly lady sitting behind me because she didn’t get the correct color. Would not go there again. They left the bottoms messy and dried my fingers out.

I have never experienced anything like this before. I have my nails done and within 1h it already broken. I went back for them to fix it. This girl have me seated for almost one hour just seating there talking to the other employees. When I asked her when I am going to have some one help me she had the nerves to tell me no one is available when they just seating there talking. I spend a total of $100 in my manicure, pedicure, and Eyebrows I will never go there anymore.The customer service there is horrible. If you are a person of color please don’t do there .

If I didn’t have mark a star I wouldn’t. Nail tech could have done a better job than what was done, but she rushed through my service, Told me if I wasn’t happy to go back at a later time or another day. My first time at this salon and I’m very disappointed. Eyebrows however turned out perfect. I will NEVER go back

This nail salon does not offer an ATM to leave gratuity to the employees . We are almost in a cashless society. Inconvenience to the customer. LUCY is the best nail tech in Boynton Beach, Florida.Wonder how many times she misses out on a tip????? Nail techs should have venmo or zelle on their phones so we can give tips.

I have been a loyal customer for 8 years. Every tech has worked on me. I tip quite wellYesterday i had nexgen. I was charged an extra $10 after the fact for putting 7 new tips which is part of the service. I lost a finger in the 70s and im Miami they actually would charge me for 9 fingers but i never asked for that here. The owner offered a $5 credit this morning sorry that $10 charge cost their business $100 a month and notwithstanding the above the same tech said biz is so slow girls dont want to work Mondays. Their loss Ive already received discount coupons from a half doz nail salons. Go to business school!

I have gone to them in the past and thought to give them another chance. All I wanted was a brow wax which takes maybe 10 minutes max. They would not work me in even after they just made an appointment for the woman before me. Some of the employees do wonderful work but the customer service is awful. Never again will I go there nor recommend them.

This Nail Salon is the best in the area! I travel from Jupiter to come here. Lee and Tina are incredible and knows how to greet and treat their clients like true family.Angela does my nails and Nancy does my pedicure incredible!! They take their time and are very fun! Especially Angela!

I used to go there all the time and they were wonderful! Tina knew me and what I liked and always was able to fit me in...then I moved to Michigan. All I can say is I miss having the best nail salon in the state. Polish colors, design artists, friendly staff who took the time to get to know you and you them. Miss them ridiculously.

I called 3x before anyone answered to make an appointment. I confirmed the address but nobody mentioned a bay number. There is no building sign so I drove around the parking lot 3x trying to find it before calling and being told the bay number hidden behind columns in the corner. There are window signs, but because the bay is recessed behind lots of architecture, its a tough location to see your first visit.Everyone working there seemed to be in a bad mood.My technician hurt me several times while working with cuticle cutters. :(Id ordered the paraffin pedicure with 2 scrubs (received 1 scrub) and was surprised when the paraffin provided barely covered part of the soles of my feet. Paraffin pedis elsewhere covered my toes/tops of feet to ankles, which is where I experience skin dryness.No clear top coat was applied.Convenient location to me 3x/week but Id suggest you try elsewhere.

This place has very professional staff. The studio is sparkling clean too.They do a wonderful job. My nails are beautiful!

Chelsea at desk is very personable and helpful. Salon is very clean and nail techs are timely with the appointment parameters. Armani does a great job on Mani-pedi. Would recommend.

They close at 7pm on Saturday... Dont expect to be helped at 6pm. They need to up-date their times. I would not recommend this place.

I would only go to this one person, but then she was really rude and the owner is always rude as if you’re not a customer or you’re wasting their time. The place isn’t the cleanest and it’s average looking. It’s super loud too. But I mostly stopped going because lee was so rude all the time. They keep upping their prices too but their services aren’t worth it at all.

I honestly wish my phone let me post pictures of my BLEEDING FINGERS! This is ridiculous. I’ve only ever been in this much pain one time when I got my nails done, and I got an infection from that time. If I get an infection, they’ll hear from me. I’m so upset and sincerely just wanted to cry, because I just wanted to relax and get my nails done for an upcoming trip that I have, and was very excited. Instead, I spent almost the entire time on the edge of my seat and saying ouch, because of the multiple times Mei Lian cut, burned, a neglected me and my “ouches.” Never coming back here again.
