You arrive on time, you have to wait 10 -15 mins. You arrive 10-15 minutes late, youre told you cant been seen. However, Ive only seen this happen to people of color. Those of the lighter skin complexion, our Caucasian folks, have no problems being seen if theyre late. Have no problems being put ahead of appointments if they need a nail or toe fixed or a color change. Ive witnessed this several times and thought I was just being extra. Wwll they have proven Im not. Ive been waiting 20 mins now to be seen. I was on time and told I had to wait because the white lady was late to her appointment.I also watched a male and fale employee refused to service black customers but jumped to service the white 1s.

Had an appointment for a pedicure at 3pm with Cindy I was 5 minutes late and was told she took her 3:30 appointment and couldn’t take me, keep in mind I have been going here for a while now and anytime I was 5 minutes late they call to make sure you coming but today they didn’t do that and didn’t even offer to accommodate me in any kind of way. This was very unprofessional and I will never go here again.

My fiance and I went to this place to see a woman named Ruby on recommendation from a friend. She did a fantastic job doing her French tips, the price was more than double what Ive paid in the same area of town. We laid $70 for French tips, now if it lasts a full month then Ill go back and pay that again happily. However, if it lasts less than that its totally not worth paying double. Ill update this review in a month to reflect the quality vs price.Update: This place is great and the nails my fiance got lasted as long as prescribed. Ruby is the only one weve used and she is fantastic. Will reccomend, and will be back.

I went to the Venetian and was always so disappointed. Once I found this place I have not left! They do such a great job and have lots of on trend options!

This salon is very clean compared to others i’ve been to. They use a brand new pedicure set for customers & even out the filters on the pedi tub. I am very picky, and each time i bring in a photo with what i want, they make sure to do it. Very friendly atmosphere with a welcoming staff. They have a broad range of colors to offer- from gel, to dip, many accessories for designs as well. Love getting my nails done here . :)

I went into the salon to change my appointment. I long time cutomer of this salon. When I arrived for my new appointment i was told that i did not have an appointment. I drove from. N Palm Beach just for this appointment. I will not be returning to this salon. If you do go to this salon go to Helen she is amazing!

During this covid epidemic this place is nonhygenic. They dont sanitize the pedicure grader or use new pumice scrubs on every client. They just grab their nail clippers and nail utensils from there work station drawers not from a securely cleaned sanitized package. The nail techs are okay. For sanitation reasons especially durning covid this place would get a zero if I could. Some businesses just dont comply with sanitation guidelines and there is no one to enforce it. Its absolutely unacceptable.

Tom is a wonderful nail tech...professional and very proficient with details. He does an excellent French Manicure-Nexgen! He goes out of his way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Great personality!

Doesn’t make much sense to make an appointment yet get told you have to wait 30-45 min. This nail salon is good but so are others in town. I’m a working mom when I make an appointment it’s for a reason. This has happened twice with same salon.. I’ll take my $100 every two weeks some where else!

Been to here for 8 months and NEVER disappointed! The place itself is decent. Nothing fancy. Has massage chairs, disposable foot tub liners. Whats more, I definitely recommend this place. I was greeted as I walked in and everyone was very kind and friendly :)

I honestly can not figure out why this place get bad reviews, anyway most of them are from one year ago or 2 years ago so I am guessing they are from the old owner/management.New Management now, everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. The place looks amazing, Always clean...the Customer Service is amazing as well, most of the time I can get an appointment quickly. My Nails always look good, and they also offer you a free drink (wine, soda, Tea, or Coffee) when you get the cocktail pedicure or any deluxe pedicures. 👍It’s my favorite nail salon in the area.* Don’t forget to mention Leo, Judy, Tiffany, Helen, Tom and also the new nail tech who sits next to Tom ( I don’t remember his name ) they all re excellent 👏🏻.. I am always happy when I leave the place. Keep up the good work !

Service by Ruby was horrible. I was told the price of the set I wanted then after my nails were done I was told tips are already calculated into the service. Which ended up being an extra $8 charge. My nails were rushed on & came out looking very sloppy. I wasn’t given the style I wanted & when I told her I didn’t like it she told me “everybody” gets the style she gave me. I had to tell her I’m “Not everybody, I like things to be different” & she became very rude.

I loved this salon.But, I needed a nail fixed as it chipped.I spend $ 65 a month there plus tips.I had $3 out to tip the girl who fixed it, but the manager wanted to charge me $3 .I will never go back!!Poor customer service!!

I love it here the environment is amazing and everyone is so sweet and generous and the hospitality is great. My nails are so cute and I love it. It was my sisters birthday and they played Happy Birthday for her and sang for her as well!! This is definitely the place to be !

**DO NOT GO HERE**I went in on Friday morning just after opening (no line or crowd) excited to get my eyebrows waxed. I pleasantly asked for the service and was pointed in the direction of the back. Before laying down I attempted to advise the lady about how my shape varies on each side (Ive been the victim of the this many times). She waived me off and motions for me to lay down which caught me off guard but I dismissed and and did as told. Once done I noticed one side is a lot thicker than the other. To which I nicely bring to her attention. She says in a frustrated voice, U not say you want thin. Now Im really baffled. As I attempt to explain the issue she yells at me lay down. At this point Im offended and irritated. I let her finish then walk to the desk for payment. Was told there is a $10 minimum for credit and was suggested a tip. I normally tip ALL services but advised the gentleman she was rude. She heard this, snatched my card and waived her hns as to say she didnt need my money. At this point there are other patrons there witnessing and noticeably uncomfortable. I was livid. Never did I raise my voice or act inappropriately.There are at least 8 locations within 3 miles of this shop that offer the same service. Go there. Not here!!

Why go to another nail salon when you can go to a nice friendly place. The satisfaction comes when paying a fair price for perfect work and a pleasant atmosphere that makes the overall experience perfect.

After having a bad experience from another nail salon, I walked in here without an appointment to asked if anyone s available to fix my messy nails, the receptionist girl was so helpful, she also has amazing personality, she gave me Judy, and my nails came out perfect, love my nails and the environment, The salon is very clean, very busy and everyone there s very friendly, good customer services, high quality works with reasonable prices. I have been going to this salon for a few months now and I love it! This is the only place in town I have found that knows how to do gel manicure the way it should be done where it lasts! I cannot say enough about this place. I love it!

Quiet and relaxing even with a dozen customers. Annie and Jimmy were extremely thorough and pleasant. Prices were very reasonable. We will be back, this would be a wonderful monthly treat!

Sloppy work - uneven nails, nail polish all over my fingers and toes, no lotion out on my feet and I felt very rushed. Never had me wash my hands before painting my nails. There are lots of nail salons in the area, don’t waste your time here.

I go here all the time to get my nails done I would’ve given 5 stars but I did have a horrible experience with the guy named Richie he is so bad, hurts your fingers, and makes your nails look like balloons I don’t know why they have them there. But the best nail techs I have had is Helen, Tom, and Dina. Try either one of them and you won’t be disappointed

GOT NAIL INFECTION, DON’T GO HERE.Rude, unprofessional, dirty place. Saw my nail swell up, and turn red, went to my Dr. she confirmed it, and prescribe antibiotics, and a nail cream. Brought my bill, and Dr. note to luminous and told Tiffany to reimburse me my medical bill which was $160 plus the meds, she said no we will not, and to contact their lawyer who’s info she failed to provide.

Never ever! If I ask for one person they disrespectfully give me someone. Very disorganized and unprofessional. They scheduled me at 10:00 a.m with someone else and tried to stick me with someone and gave the other individual my appointment! I miss when Jimmy was here but hes gone and so am I! Smh

Today I took my friend for her birthday to get a manicure and pedicure. I paid for the NexGen manicure, the nail technician painted my whole finger (not just my nail) with the clear nail polish and the powder got all over my fingers. In order to get the powder off of my finger, the nail technician filed my skin and used a sharp tool so intensely that he gave me a long deep cut. When I began bleeding he told me it was my fault because I didn’t tell him he was hurting me. He left paint all over my finger and cuticle and the paint was not even on my nail.In addition, my friends pedicure lasted not even 10 minutes long (she paid for the full pedicure). Her manicure is uneven and it seems that it is unfinished.I am not one to complain but I feel this horrible experience is worth sharing with others so they do not make the same mistake to go to this salon.

They did a great job on my nails only complaint is he cut 2 of my fingers from rushing.

If you ever go...ask to have Tom as your technician. He is the only one I allow to do my nails. Hes a joy and does a great job. I always get nexgen. Which he soaks in acetone to remove the nexgen powder. Hes the best at it!! REMEMBER CHOOSE TOM.

Very bad service, I made an appointment so that I would not have to wait, since I had a party to go to, and the owner Kathy assured me I would not wait if I made appointment. I Had to wait 45 minutes to be serviced. Kathy was rushing and she cut my nail beds and hurt my fingers as she brutally tried to finish in a hurry so that she can get more customers in. My Nextgens are not even, they are bumpy, and curved. I told her about it and she told me should would fix it next time because she did not have time to fix her mess up at that moment. So I had to go to my party with busted nails. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, she has now extended her shop for massages and facials, BE AWARE if this shops bad service!!!!!!!!!!!

I use to get my nails done by this awesome lady in there but ever since shes been gone I been getting bad services and yesterday was the last try for me the owner is so rude, shes terrible I would never go back there again for 27 dollars nexgen Ill go elsewhere and pay more money where people are pleasant and take good care of their clients. .

ASK FOR TOMMY! He is an excellent nail technician. He always takes his time and pays attention to the smallest detail. I wont let anyone else touch my nails. They always last at least 3 weeks, no chipping or breaking. I get the Nexgen service and Gel pedicures. Make an appointment if you can... Hes worth it!

I normally tip generously I had service by Richie today my nails are uneven . And hes was in a rush .even though the place wasnt busy. Pedicure was straight trash didnt scrub my feet it was the sloppiest job ever and he removed a hang nail by forceand now its hurting me really bad not worth . First time there and I will never return advise you stay away .

Horrible. Literally. My acrylic nails was about to break off and the guy just stuck glue on it. Then for my polish he literally was being stingy about applying the polish, and it was my own polish. The guys name is Richie. He was in a rush. Then I had a Polish change on my toes and he missed spots and put polish on my skin. He didnt even wipe it off until I made him aware of it and he came back to reapply more polish and still did wipe out the excess. Horrible horrible experience. First time ever there and last time. Best nail salon by far is in WPB. Inside Walmart. Cobe Nails.

HORRIBLE! They have horrible customer service there, they have many new and INEXPERIENCED workers who mess up your toes and nails. They cut your fingers, they do not shape your nails very well, they rush and make them too thin where they are already chipping 3 days later. They make you pay for the bad service when they messed up your gel nails heavily, the nails end up mis-shaped and un-even and later they do not want to fix it. I know people only learn from their own experiences, but trust me when I say their service is very bad, and the amount of underpaid inexperienced people that they have there is more than those working there whom know what they are doing. Try going to the nail place right next to them.

The first time I went a lady did my nails.It was my first time doing nexgen and she did a great job they lasted a while.The second time I went to get them taken off and I was put with a guy named Jimmy.I should of been hesitant from the jump because the lady at the desk said it oddly.Jimmy was rude and unfriendly and coughed the entire time stopping yo eat cough drops.When the lady did my nexgen the first time she dipped it in the powder a lot ...jimmy did about 4 dips...My bails were not filed properly were lumpy and Crooked.I tried to point this out and he blew me Off.Needless to say 2 of my nails broke about a week later.33$ for nexgen with tips to have then not last is unnaceptable.I will not be returning ever again

Horrible experience, very unprofessional. The receptionist asked me to pay for the services before they were done. They close at 5pm on Sundays and turned customers aways at 4:10 pm. The receptionist was in a rush to go home by 5pm, so she walked around and asked all the customers to cash out their tickets, while some customers nails were still wet in the process of drying.Never come here!!!!!!!

The absolute WORST gel manicure I have ever had. Did not remove all of the old polish, put no cuticle cream on at all, put the gel on SO thick that it is bubbling and peeling (Its been 2 hours). Also used pure oil (instead of cream) to moisturize my hands and arms after she was done and didnt bother to wipe the oil off my nails after. No no no!!!!
