Completely wasn’t what I asked for. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted and he did what he wanted. When I complained he did try to fix them. His coworker had to help him paint my nails. I had my nails done a week ago and one has already popped off. Biggest waste of $70. Don’t come here, you’ll get thick, outdated, misshaped nails that pop off.

I found this salon two weeks ago as I had just moved from New York to Florida. I was very happy with the service and was so glad I thought I found my new nail place. However, I went back today, and I’m so upset about my experience at this salon tonight. I had a 7pm appointment to get dip powder on my nails, following up with my last service. During the service I must have been cut about 5 times. One really badly under my thumb nail where I was scared and asked if they definitely clean their tools, because of how much it was bleeding, a chunk of my skin under that nail is missing. The other cuts were on my cuticles on all different nails. Not only do my nails look like poor quality, they’re bulging, uneven, they really look terrible. There are little marks in the powder. I also noticed my nails were only dipped twice correctly and the third time seemed like “the lazy way” because it definitely was not done the same as the first two coats. I know three layers are always done and the third time, no nail polish was applied first, she just double dipped after the second coat basically. The manager was not there when I left, however, I want a refund, no way should I have paid full price and I can’t believe nothing was even discounted, knowing how badly I was cut. I did still tip because the nail person was really nice and I know shes just trying to make a living, but I honestly should not have. I didnt want to get into it then about being unhappy, because I had to get home to my daughter, but it’s a shame because I really did like my nail person, and thought this place was good, however I do feel she was rushing due to closing at 8, I definitely deserved better service. Pictures don’t even show how poor quality they really are. I shouldnt be in pain after getting my nails done. All cuts can not even be seen on the photos but I am VERY unhappy and disappointed. I dont want to mention any names because Im not trying to ruin the girls reputation but I am hoping that the right thing is done here.

I love coming to this location. Every single time, I am always greeted with friendly faces, smiles, and respect. All of the nail techs are nice, quick, and they do a fantastic job. They are not pushy like other places Ive been to to get you to upgrade your service.One of the best nail salons in Boynton!

I have been getting my nails and toes done by son along with my daughter they rush through doing your nails so fast that the quality is not good and doesn’t last all of my daughters nails were completely off the next day and their pedicure and nail area is very dirty I’ve never seen them clean or sanitize no area.

I love, LOVE this place! Ive been going to tipsy nail salon for 4 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. Son works in Doral as well and I live in Miami, but driving up here to get my nails done by him is a NO BRAINER. Son is so professional, artistic, and when youre unsure of how you want your nails, he always gives the best advice for nail design. I used to be a beginner for nail designs, but now feel comfortable with it because Son keeps it classy! Check out my valentines day nails!

I am so happy with the way my nails look! Kelly did a great job! I showed her a photo and she literally made my nails into almost an exact copy! I cannot wait to go back.

I usually don’t do reviews but I had to because Had a great experience with Ashley, she was wonderful patiently did my nail I love it 🥰 After 9 years of going all the way to Palm beach Garden to a place too far from where I stay at, I couldn’t find a best nail salon in Boynton beach. I’m glad I gave this place a chance I finally found a nail salon who does a great job and are professional and clean and not only that they do everything there as well! Can’t wait to do more stuff with them.

Got gel manicure and pedi. Made appts for a friend and I, but they still seemed surprised to see us when we arrived. Pedi was alright, tech kept leaving pedi to take care of other things around salon. Gel manicure came out VERY lumpy/bumpy at first. Had tech redo while I was still there but it still isnt smooth.

I have always had a good experience with Tipsy Salon (on Federal /East Boynton). When I have an appointment, they have always been on time. Ni is really sweet and gives the best massages. My pedicures always look great and she remembers how I like the water temperature. The massage chairs are comfortable and functional. I am pleased with the service I get.

The service is good. Nice people but it’s dirty.

They serve drinks and make sure you relax and have a good time, highly recommended

Update: I visited Tipsy again today and Kay did my nails this time. She took her time and paid extreme attention to detail which is exactly what I was looking for. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Super horrible nail techs. Nails were done completely incorrectly and with dirty utensils and towels. Man who did my nails stopped midway to eat food and kept me waiting in uncomfortable way. This is way over priced at $70 for nex gen with tips to be treated unprofessionally. The fellow customers in the store threated me to leave a good tip if we didn’t they told me to meet them outside. Keep in mind I am a 21 year old female and they were 30 year old women. This establishment is unsafe for ANYONE! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to.

I go to a friendly, well-trained young guy who is terrific. His name is Vincent. His wife Ashley also great. Free parking and easy to find. Not like a nail factory. Highly recommend!

This nail place is the most tragically horrible pathetic thing I’ve ever been to in my life. My nail artist was disgustingly rude and it made me feel like I was invalid as a person. He did not take into consideration my feelings for one second at all and when his other customers were brutally assaulting me with their words he did not stop them. I feel as though this nail place to be shut down due to infestation of roaches disgusting other bugs and etc. Please never come here in your life it reeks of skunk gas and toxic fumes

My friend got her nails done and showed an inspiration picture to her tech. the final nails looked NOTHING like the inspo photo and when my friend brought it up she was yelled at by the nail tech and other customers in the store. a fellow customer threatened to beat me up and the staff did nothing to calm the situation. completely disrespectful and unprofessional. i would take your money to any other nail salon in boyton. the nails are bumpy and look like starbursts candy.

I had an appointment at 4 and when I tried to call multiple times and say that I am running late no one picked up the phone. Once I got there I knew I would have to wait, but during my time there I had to follow a staff member around to get basic information. When I got there and signed in a staff member just told me to was my hands and pick a color. It was my first time there and I told her that, but she literally watch me walk around the store until she finally told me where I could wait. Customer service is key when running a business and this staff lacked it. Once me and my party waited, one of members got service while we had to wait, which is fine. However after that I had to push to figure out who was going to do our service. I truly felt like they felt like we were interfering with the another couple’s service because the two staff members were too caught up in their conversation with them. When they told me that same staff member would perform my service.The people who actually performed the service didn’t do such a bad job but when my grandmother asked to cut a nail shorter they said no so repeated it again and they gave in a did it. Not to mention they had no area to dry your toes. I observed how they treated other customers and my party and I was not treated the same.

I brought my daughter and myself here for my daughters birthday. They did such a lousy job. The gentleman doing my nails didnt understand what i wanted. He did the wrong color. He cut my finger. He didnt even cut and file my nails even. I wanted dark blue he gave me seafoam. I was charged an astronomical amount and didnt even get tips or anything just straight up pedi mani. I will never return to this place and or recommend any of my clients there. Highly disappointed.

This used to be my favorite place, not sure why it’s so awful now. All the pedicure stations were dirty. even if you book appointments they make you wait 30-45 minutes every time. My nail broke the next day just chipped off (NEXGEN) and they made me come back twice for a repair and I’m still here waiting for them to take care of the bad job they did. Never going back. Waste of money.

First time here and I had a very nice experience, I had a manicure and a haircut. Dong was very professional and all my friends were asking the name of your salon!

Ive contacted them for 2 days now, trying to request an appointment and I was asked what time and after I responded I never heard back. No one has gotten in touch with me.I guess they don’t care about customer service or gaining a new client.Things happen for a reason I guess.So I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Hair dresser Sabrina is awesome! She took her time on hair care and correction on me. My hair was a hot mess. (Brassy, blocthed and dead) She did an AMAZING job!!! And to add to this review, Tipsy Salon is the place to be for the full hook up. Have a glass or 2 of wine while you get your hair, nails (By Annie) or toes done. And top it all off with a massage!

Unprofessional, my moms nails 💅 both hands, and toes were awful, plus both were gel yet they were patchy not drying. When I returned they act like they couldnt see it in total I paid $240 for mine and hers plus the tips that she asks for when am standing here on Mothers day with my mom not happy with her nails. And the kicker is they were empty and still messed up her nails. I Will never go back

I visited Tipsy for the first time since the pandemic and it has really gone downhill. The place is very dirty, the nail polish bottles were in disarray on the shelves, and the floor was covered in old nail clippings and tin foil. The station where I got my manicure was also laden with old nails and clippings and there was dust, I’m assuming from filing down nails, covering the entire space. It’s a shame out filthy it was and I will not be going back.

Be aware of this place!!! They will up charge you and then yell at you! I was told by 2 different people a kids mani/pedi was 20 dollars. When I went to check out, I was upcharged and the worker who told me originally said “he didn’t remember.” I was then YELLED at by the employee saying to read the menu. So unprofessional and do not LIE to a customer and then upcharge them by almost 20 dollars!!! I use to go here all the time but I will never go again. They will rip you off so beware!!!!!

This place is terrible I got my nails done Saturday, February 13, 2021 and my nails started lifting I came in on Tuesday for them to fix it and all the lady did was add glue under my nail and then my nail started lifting again now I have a fourth nail that is lifted and when I come the girl in the salon which already has closed their time says 8 o’clock and it’s 722 all she can say is oh to email them because she doesn’t believe that they give refund on top of that I paid $75 for my nails for them not even to last a week and are you gonna tell me to email you that’s just bad business and I would never require somebody to come and do their nails I should’ve with my gut instinct and follow the review and not even bother wasting my time and spending my money in this place like this is just terrible like for somebody to come in to take the time to do they need to spend the money that they work for to pamper themselves for something not to last a week and then you’re gonna tell somebody that they might not get a refund into emailed them like come on how do you say your business to be booming by no one is there an old people that only comes in and get their nails done here and not the young people because she don’t laugh especially if you’re getting acrylic this is my last time my first time in my last time doing my nails At this place it was so close to my house so I thought this would’ve been a daily place for me to go and get my nails done every two weeks but as far as their customer satisfaction customer service it’s a zero for me

Poor customer service. Staff not friendly. The man that did my pedicure rushed through it. No massage given, barely scrubbed. He seemed irritated that I didn’t upgrade after he asked me three times. Customer service is key in the experience and he clearly didn’t get that.

My daughter got completely took advantage of when she went there. they gave her the wrong colors, they were on their phone the whole time, and in the MIDDLE of doing her nails, the nail lady started clipping her own toenails, which is very unsanitary. i am not pleased and i do not recommend going here. venetian nails are right across the street from tipsy and are so much better.

Don’t go to Ken, I think he was trying to learn how to do a pedicure with me. The saddest thing is that I paid $105 for 2 pedicures (before tip) and look at the result. The front desk person only offered for Ken to fix it, but WHY would I go through that again. Left old polish on my toes, didn’t file my nails, and many other things I rather not even remember......

I’ve been going here for months now and my nails always turn out amazing! It’s so easy to book appointments, right after you book you get a confirmation text and I love that. The staff is so nice and the place is so clean! Its nice to know that every 2 weeks I get to go get my nails done at a place I truly enjoy.

I have been their customer since I moved to Boynton Beach. I went there last week with my friend for manicure and pedicure. Very Disappointed! Not only they did not take credit card payments, stating that their credit card was broken, but they charged every customer additional $5 cleaning fees. What does that that mean???? Did they not clean the place prior to the pandemic? I understand that they lost a lot of business while being closed, but they are not the only ones. I asked for regular manicure and I advised against it as I was told that the manicure would only last less than one week. I opted for gel manicure but I was not too happy about the quality. Four days later, the polish started to peel. I called the Tipsy Salon on Saturday but I was told to come in on Sunday as they were busy. Could not get there sooner as I am essential personnel and very busy in the recent days. Today I went there and spoke to the young male behind the counter. Very rudely he asked me about for the name of the person. I pointed out to him that it should be in my records as I didn’t remember his name and most of the personnel was new there.Then he proceeded to ask me what color # I used. He rudely replied that he needed color#. When I asked for the supervisor he initially told me that he was the one. I told him that I need all my nails examined and correct all nails as most of them started to peel. He said he could do that but he needs to charge me. When I insisted that they redo the manicure at no charge, and he fessed up that he was not a supervisor and he couldn’t do that. He gave me supervisor’s email and told me to wait. He never came back to talk to me, for almost 30 min he totally ignored me. Meanwhile, I emailed the supervisor, but I am yet to get the response. I approached another person and explained to her my situation. She listen but did nothing to help me. She told me that it’s almost a week and the gel manicure lasts 1-2 weeks. I told her that my lasted less than 5 days. She was not interested. I usually don’t complain, but this is outrageous. I work in customer service and such a behavior would never be tolerated!!!! That been said, I will no longer go there, neither will my friends.

I had a gift certificate from my recent birthday. Have always had a good experience but not this time. Paid extra for pedicure. Pedicurist removed Gold toe ring hadnt been off in years but didnt put it back on and didnt realize until two hrs. later. Too late then as they were closed. Stressed all night. Horrible polish job. Clumpy and over the cuticle. Went back next day found ring back against wall on floor behind the chair. Floor mopped that morning but shoved back. 🙏. Another operator tried to clean up nails but then looked like they grew out and needed another pedicure. Went back one week later to complain as daily I had to look at this and another operator removed all polish shaking her head in disgust at all the poor workmanship in the original pedicure. Looked great after that. But they CHARGED me another $10.00. I guess I was paying for their unqualified employee. I tipped the Girl of course as it was not her fault. All in all bad experience. Three trips and still had to pay for their unqualified operators. Wont be back and neither will person who frequents it regularly and bought me the certificate.😥

Great Staff! Great Prices! Has an overhang for vehicle/boats/RVs. Climate control units as well. Highly recommended! Maria was wonderful!!

I have got my nails done here twice with Gel polish. First time they chipped within 3 days and thought ok maybe it’s not their fault. Second time, I had a clear coat on my nails, the man doing them said it was no big deal and left it on!!! The next day my nails had a weird bumpy texture, and then the day after that they all chipped!!! I got them done on a Thursday and my baby shower was on that Sunday! Not to mention while I was sitting there the young lady at the desk wanted to leave so bad she asked me to pay while I was getting my nails painted. So I had to manage to drug through my purse. Then came back asking me to “just scribble something on the receipt” so she could leave. Horrible customer service! Then when I called to explain to them I needed my nails redone, she said a manager would have to approve and considering they didn’t know what I had done in the last two days it was unlikely that I wouldn’t be charge.

I got a Tipsys gift certificate for Christmas, so I made an appointment to get a pedicure this morning. The shop is located at One Boynton, a beautiful apartment community that includes retail shops. I parked in the free parking garage, which is a very short walk to the salon. The manager greeted me cheerfully and asked me to check in via a computer screen on the desk. Henry did my pedicure. He was pleasant, efficient, and good at his job. The salon atmosphere is client friendly and comfortable. The manager asked me if I wanted coffee. Although I got a basic $25 manicure, it included a foot & leg massage with both a scrub and lotion. Then my feet & legs were wrapped in hot towels. The pedicure is perfect. The entire process took about an hour. One note to customers. Tips cannot be subtracted from a gift card. They must be in cash. I would highly recommend the salon.

I had a good experience here with excellent services, reasonable price and professional staff. Specially, I absolutely love this place, its made me really really relax to much and I love my nails (so amazing, colourful) which Ashley did to me. She was friendly, funny and so nice. I love Tipsy Salon Spa too much and I will return again.

I love Tipsy. This was my first visit since Covid and it was so nice seeing that many of the people that were there Pre-Covid are still there. It is such a treat. I brought my boyfriend there for his first pedicure and he LOVED it! Ashley is the best and she added to our experience. The staff always makes me feel so welcome and pampered. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I have loved this place in the past. Started out weird today when I was told to to pick my color for my gel manicure. Kelly stood RIGHT NEXT TO ME as I picked. Offering colors that werent even gel. I felt pressured to pick a color so I went with a bright pink. Then Kelly started to cut my nails, which is fine because they were super long! Im fine with the length, but when she was doing my cuticles she cut me 3 times. Not to mention, her instruments looked dirty. Not at all sanitary!! I will not be going back again. The quality has gone so far down!!! DO NOT GO TO KELLY!!!

Bee is the best! My polish is always perfect. I typically get Dip, it’s always thin and even. I usually get a pedicure and manicure at the same time and I’m in and out in about an hour which I love. Highly recommended

I only gave this one star because it wouldnt allow me to give it negative stars. I have been patronizing this salon for about a year now only because Scott, the manager, was doing my nails, because nobody else there knows what they are doing. The last time that I went there I wasnt told until I got there that Scott was sick (He actually doesnt work there anymore) and they put me with Anita, one of the owners, who tried to find fault in Scotts work and pried off 2 of my nails that didnt need replacing and then proceeded to rip me off my charging me $25.00 for an acrylic fill and to put powder on them, not replacement nails, when they charge $30 for a brand new set. When I told her that I will have to find a new place to get my nails done, she just shrugged her shoulders. From the looks at a lot of other reviews she really needs all of the business she can get. Treat your customers poorly and they go away.

Theres plenty of color options and its pretty quiet, even with the relaxing music. Ive gotten so many compliments already. All in all: I definitely recommend making an appointment because it does get busy quick!

The staff at Tipsy is always very friendly and welcoming! I always leave here happy with my manicure and pedicure and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else! The atmosphere is always very nice and clean and I like to bring my family here as well when they come down to visit!!

Got my first and last manicure here with my wife as part of our 4th anniversary celebration. Never have I had so many hang nails in my life, my fingers look like I have something wrong with them. The skin around my nail bed is peeling and painful, a little research suggests the nail tech was too aggressive in their trimming. It is painful and embarrassing.Couple that with one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.Ordering wine is a labor with only one person serving, who is hidden away upfront. The shop is dingy and looks dirty. The chairs are worn and look beaten.The prices were ridiculous, albeit I have nothing else to compare it to, I just find the service to cost not worth the money.No one seemed interested in being there let alone actually working. It was a poor experience overall and it sullied my my anniversary.

I really really tried to give this place more than a couple tries because I live so close. Unfortunately every single time I come the price is different and today when I got my nails done the guy who did my nails the previous time before tried to charge me a different price today. He claimed that this was the last time and they didn’t charge me correctly before and made me feel like I did something wrong. All I did was ask why the price was different than the two weeks prior. The organization is terrible when it comes to trying to find out what you’re actually getting charged for. The last five times I have been there the price has been different every single time.. it’s ridiculous.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I sent my mom here because I had been here a few years ago they seemed decent. Within 8 hours my moms nexgen nail broke off.. so she went back, not only could they not match the color (so she had two different colors of pink now) but they tried to charge her for it.. 2 days after that 2 more nails broke off.. 1 day later 2 more. Ill NEVER embarrass myself and recommend this place again. It takes A LOT for me to write a negative review.. so take this as a warning

The girl who did my nails was nice but spoke no English. The place is dirty. A lady was having her facial hair waxed next to me. That should be in a private room!! No one offered me anything to drink and they are supposed to be known for serving drinks. The manicure station was dirty with the last clients empty coffee mug next to me. The girl at the front desk sat there playing with her hair but there was SO much she could of been doing as the salon needs a lot of cleaning and attention. My nails are fine but I’ll never go back

My whole entire finger got infected turn green and black and became swollen . I called and said what had happen and couldn’t even get my money back all they gave me was a gift card ! I don’t want to go back !!! And now ever time i call they dodge my calls! The lady didn’t even know how to do my nails the other Nt had to explain how to do it . She gave me the wrong shape color and length . There was a customer who was getting the exact nails done as me and she had them done correctly with all these little extra things that her nail lady put together for her but I left upset with and infected finger !!!Mood - angry

Yesterday, i walked in and only waited 5 minutes (HAPPY). My technician had a great color choice and did an amazing job on my nails. This place is clean, beautiful and the customer service is better than any salon Ive been to. Thanks for the fabulous experience :)

My mom and I had mani/pedi done. A few days later the gel polish on one of her hands started peeling off. The other hand was fine and my manicure was fine. We went back and explained. They redid her polish. No arguments or questioning - just took care of it. That is the way to do business!!!

Worse customer service ever, 2 twelve year oldGirls at the front desk who literally know nothing. First had my appointment under the wrong name and We almost left. Made an appointment for a haircut & blow dry special that’s on THEIR website, front desk girls pulled it up, saw it and still said they would not honor it. No manager, no real answer. Just left without haircuts and blow drys

I’m not sure you can even call what I got a pedicure. There was nothing in the soaking water. He did change the polish on my toes, but no scrub or lotion or cuticle work. It was so weird. I’ll never go back. Is this place a front for something? There is no way they are a legit salon.

Ashley was great, nice clean nail salon very friendly. Was disturbed by the final price. Brochure states Dip-it w/manicure is $40 but I was charged $50 I questioned it and the answer was that I received a full manicure. WRONG answer. I hate bait and switch.

Annie did everything for me. Shes amazing and I am SUPER picky about how my nails are done. She listened to all my stupid absurd requests with a smile. Love this place.

Aromatherapy pedicure was amazing (thanks Lee for the Fab massage) and top it off with a mimosa really make this a pleasant experience. Will continue to come back to this little happy spot.
