This was my first time going to Nail Studio and it did not disappoint. I had shape and size of my nails done by Ryan who was super sweet! I then got my nail design and done by Nicki! She was super thorough and made sure to take her time. Pictures don’t do my nails justice!! They’re awesome :)

This past Saturday I got a nexgen manicure (powder dip) and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was ok but only two days later my ring finger chipped. I would have called back Monday but this business is closed on Mondays, so I called Tuesday. I was told to come in and they will let me know if it if I need to pay to have my nail fixed. I explained that I’m coming from far as the nail studio is not close to my home and I wasn’t going to come all that way to pay for something that was poorly done to begin with. The nexgen manicure is supposed to last up to three weeks- not two days. It’s hard to tell but the top seal didn’t dry properly and it looks like I have smudges and imprints on my nails as well. I was willing to overlook that and just go have the one nail fixed but after the very rude conversation over the phone in which I was hung up on, I will never give the Nail Studio my business again. Overall disappointing with the service and customer service. I would not recommend.

I had called to ask a question about a particular service, its cost and to make an appointment. Man answers the phone and tells me to come in so I can see for myself. I just wanted to know which one included hand massage or if both. After reading the good reviews, I ended up driving there a few days later to make an appointment. As i walked in, there was one man who sat to the right and was with a customer. Nobody else approached or asked if i needed anything. I politely asked him for a price list. He gave me a business card with the prices listed there (teeny tiny). He then said to call to make an appointment. I left, came home and tried calling again and told him i wanted to make an appointment but wanted to know the difference between his manicures. He replied: You need to come in and see and hung up on me. Clearly they are not interested in any more new clients, and theyre lack of professionalism has earned them one less client. Dont waste your time.

Strange how over night this place blocked people that posted negatively and flagged their reviews to google to be taken down. Thats some expensive search engine marketing and you needed it. Certainly Ill be shorter than my last detailed review of my negative experience by just saying just this.1st Look at the 1 stars reviews and see how drastically different they are from the other magical 1000 reviews that just appeared in the past week. This place is beyond sneaky they added a $10 tip onto my credit after I tipped cash,2nd They flag and block all people who post real reviews.3rd Nikki took my phone posted a 5 star review for my after asking she could take a photo of my nails. What a joke,Google please look into this place they are breaking the guidelines of the community and people deserve to see REAL reviews.

So I came here based on the good reviews. I called and asked if they did walk ins. The man said yes but give them at least 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I walk in. He asked “what I wanted”, I told him I talked about getting a service done and waited the 20 minutes he asked. He proceeded by saying “we don’t do walk ins” (after telling me on the phone they do) and continued by saying the wait would now be an hour. Very poor professionalism. If you don’t decided to go hear make an appointment because they lie about doing walk-ins and be prepared to be agreed rudely. Smh

It’s so sad that nail techs lose clients because of poor customer service received when you call a business. I couldn’t make it to my nail apt and I called to let them know, the man who answered the phone was so rude and wouldn’t let me reschedule. Requested for my nails to be a little bit thicker because they break easy however my requests were not done and within the first week I broke 4 nails in half on the nail bed. I just got really irritating that you pay ridiculous amounts of money to have your nails done and they dont even last because someone doesnt know what theyre doing. If you love wasting money I would suggest here.

Honestly, I never get my nails done. However, after visiting Nail studio I will absolutely insure that getting a pedicure is a part of my normal routine. I felt so pampered - the staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and I’m pleased with the outcome of both my manicure and pedicure. Highly recommend this location!! ESPECIALLY if you are looking for a relaxing experience. I was able to drink a glass of wine as my legs were thoroughly massaged with hot rocks. What more could one ask for?!?

Beware ! They may have good reviews for nails but dont get your eyelashes done by Nikki. She did an awful job in applying false eyelashes. She did not explain the process well and used tons of glue that you could visibly notice. You will also lose all your eyelashes when you attempt to remove the disaster she created. I was not happy as soon as I was able to visibly see my eyelashes in my home (the nail studio is dimly lit & I called as soon as I got home to complain and return to get it fixed and they were suddenly too busy) After 3 attempts of getting my money back or having them fix the issues, I was told that their policy is when a customer leaves, they must be happy I will never go back, they are money driven and dont care about customer satisfaction !!

Seriously the most disappointing pedicure. I went in with the intent to get a French dip mani and a relaxing pedi. Well the pedi was no more than 15 minutes with NO MASSAGE and they charged me $38 for it. I was already disappointed, and then they put me in a chair with a lady who doesn’t even DO French Dip. The spa is beautiful but the service isn’t. I won’t be returning.

I am very satisfied with the service, the staff is friendly and timely oriented. I love the environment in the salon, I did manicure with Tina and she made her best to please my wish. Amanda was great with my pedicure and the massage was amazing. Nikki did my eyebrows and I am fascinated with her job, I will definitely be back.

Nail studio is the best! Nikki and all the staff do a wonderful job. They are Very friendly and treat their customers very well. The service is wonderful. My wife’s nails always look beautiful. I just came and got a pedicure for the first time and it was the best ever! I will definitely be coming back. They offer multiple services. They are open seven days a week which is great since most salons are closed at least one day. They’re always several people working so you always can get in even if you walk in. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone. I also like that when I ask them to change something they are very friendly and open to doing it and do not get mad. I have always gotten great service and my nails and toes always look beautiful. If you are looking for a nail salon this is definitely the place to come!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!I would not give any stars for this business! How would you feel if you were getting a pedicure done and the tech tries to talk you out of a color you want because it’s too hard to do. She had an old bottle and nobody would give her a new bottle because they all rent space. Then the main guy in front denies he is the owner, meanwhile he is and says the owners not here. I asked to call the owner and he told me he is calling the police! He did not want to live up to a problem and handled it unprofessionally! COWARD! I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! Find a place where the owner is truthful and doesn’t call the police on you for just wanting a pedicure!!

This was my first time here and per the reviews, I made an appointment with Nicky! She was great! Some of my real nails were cracked and broken and instead of forcing me to put tips on she took the time and fixed them by using the clear nexgen powder. They came out great and I will definitely be back again to see her!!!

Nicki usually takes care of me with my nails and eyebrows and always does an amazing job. Shes very nice, and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the job she does. She also gets me in and out of the studio in a very timely manner, so i can get back to time with my son.

My wife made an appt but had to cancel the day of. The person on the phone was very rude and hung up on her. She then wrote a negative review. What happened afterwards could have been a coincidence but I highly doubt, she received about 10-15 calls back to back. When she picked up the person was cursing at her so she hung up.

She had me at hello, greeting us with a great smile and listening to our disappointment from the other place. She took care of my daughters nails and fixed mine.
