The lady who did my nails was very professional and meticulous. She did a pink purple ombre acrylic nail set and they came out beautifully. So happy with the results!

I had an pedicure appointment at 4:30, they called me back at 5:10, NOT HAPPY!!! the workers were rude, didn’t speak when we walked in, and also the place was filthy, looks like they have never cleaned the windows, dust everywhere. my sister got in 20 minutes late, her nails look horrible. we are not happy, and will NOT be coming back!

The technician cut me on my feet and hands. Both times it was because she wasnt looking at what she was doing at alllllll while filing. She legitimately cut me with the nail file. Twice. The pedicure was painful, I asked twice for her to be more gentle or to just skip what she was doing and I was ignored. I shouldve got up and walked out but I have only had 2 pedicures in my life so I was not so sure at the time.

I went with my daughter to get a pedicure. It lasted 20 minutes. If you are looking for just a quick polish this is it, but for $50 I don’t think it’s worth it. They staff is very kind. I think taking more time with your customers is very important.

$27 pedicure 1 min massage!! 15 min total pedicure! When complained of being rushed lady got nasty! Should be named express pedicures! Do not waste your money!!

I love this place and every time they always surprise me. I couldnt ever be happier with my nails every time I go . I love the people in there they are always friendly and kind and I love the fact they always talk to u while they do your nails . It just makes the experience so much better . And extremely cheap

They’re good, don’t get me wrong. However, the man I had was very rough and a few days later my toe started to look red and inflamed. Here it is, a week later and it is now infected with pus coming out. I have gone to soho for almost a year now and never had any problems. I switched to KY nails one time because it was closer to home and had good reviews and this happens. I won’t be back

Honestly let me start off by saying I would give them half a star. I came in today with a very simple request oval acrylic nails. I told the nail tech as soon as I sat down the exact length and shape I wanted, they nod and start doing what they do best. Then he starts cutting my acrylic nails with no regard as to what I had previously mentioned filed by shaping them in a “sqioval” shape.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLWent and got my nails done two days ago. Got a full set and they looked bad. There was paint missing on the sides of my nails, the nail tech messed up one of my nails cause he ended up sticking his nail in the wet paint and the paintstarted to come off after taking a shower. They look sloppy and one nail is longer than the others. Paint job is just horrible. I probably won’t be coming back.

Absolutely terrible serviceThe techs are unprofessional and lack trainingIt took 3 techs to do a simple design. All I had done was a full set and paint. Nothing difficult and yet it took three technicians to do my nails. They still had the audacity to charge me after such an experience.Ladies please save your time, gas and money and go else where!!Youll be very unsatisfied with the results

Watch how they up sell and not tell you. A $23.00 gel refill went to $40.00 and when wanting for him to explain the upcharge, got very angry that I question his price. Full set of gel is $35.00 But yet I got charge $40.00 for a refill, does that make sense . Never again. I was a repeat client that was driving to do business with. My daughter that lives in Bowling Green will also no longer refer your business nor do business with yall again. You thought I wasnt local and trying to make an extra buck off the Ecsplise, nope I was an local.

Best Hell Hole in Town I left in tears... worst experience ever!! He kept changing the prices and told me 15 dollars more for something he has posted for 40 bucks and got mad or upset when I questioned on prices. ... maybe I was asking cause I was confussed... they didnt care passed me off to someone else& I was given a half ass nail job that because 2 off there appointments where not on time and happened to walk in 5 min after I sat down.... one of the ladies happen to sit next to me and after a while she started talking n said yeah I get them like this for only 40 bucks.... the guy quickly understood that English when he saw the reaction on my face. & had the balls to say I told u! Then asked me to go wash my hands where all they had where dirty brushes no soap n that sink they use was dirty full of mold. DONT GO HERE!! The pictures where taken 1 hour after I left. Trash Trash Trash. Not only did I invest my hour of time my hard earned money to get half ass work n be rushed out... my husband couldnt believe it when he picked me up. He said I brought u here to enjoy yourself n relax not so u could be torn down n brought to tears with our own money!!

I liked how friendly the customer service was, and my nails looked good. The only problem I had was when I went to wash my hands they had 1 single towel for everybody to use to dry their hands on.
