I love the jewelry they have, but I may not ever shop here again due to how rude they are! The lady I dealt with when I tried to pick up my ring after it was sized was very rude and talk to me as if I was a child! That’s not how you get buissness. You’re better off walking down the mall to Ashcroft and Oak!

Bought a ring here and it lost a stone 7 different times. Took it back each time for them to replace the stones. The last time I took it back I was told that my girlfriend shouldnt wear it so much and maybe the stones wont fall out. What is the point in buying a ring if youre not gonna wear it??? Place is a joke and Ill never go back.
