Sent my wedding bands in to get resized. Paid around 300-400 dollars. The ring looks badly. It has a crack that goes down the center. The work is not smooth. It looks bad. It would cost another 400 dollars to get it fixed by a ring company.Dont send them your valuables there.

They were amazing! They told me up front it would take a little while to get me in. They resized my ring, when another prominent jewelry store told me it couldnt be done! They did an absolute wonderful job and cost a third of what they told me the minimum would be. Absolutely recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

I just got engaged recently with a beautiful ring from the 1940s. I noticed my ring would catch on strings from the sweater or my comforter so I figured the prongs needed tightening. I brought it into goldsmith and the staff were very friendly.I told them about my ring and a few other things I had noticed like the band being slightly bent. The kind lady at the front desk pointed out some dents and scratches as well. When she took it to the inspector he said “this ring is not safe to wear!” Come to find out I needed four more prongs because the ring was supposed to have eight. They told me it needed a full refurbish on Tuesday and that it wouldn’t be ready until Monday but it was done by early Friday!When I went to pick it up they had fixed the dents the prongs and gave it a good cleaning! They told me to come back and they’ll check my prongs and clean my ring for free! So I’ll definitely be back! The price was very reasonable.
