Lol, to the bad reviews. I went there for a single purpose, buying a necklace and pendent for my daughter. I entered the store in my work clothes, Im a painter so I was very dirty to say the least. The lady greeted me nicely and ask if I was looking for anything particular. I told her exactly what I wanted and unfortunately they didnt have the item. As she was looking I found some other items I was interested in. I asked if she would give me a good price on the item, she left for a moment and came back with a great price. I bought the item and went on about my day. It was a simple in and out thank you exchange. Remind you I was in work clothes and probably still sweaty. I had a very good experience in the shop and will definitely be back. Not to mention I got my necklace with the pendent at half the cost of other jewelers in town. Very happy customer.....

Me and my fiancee went here to look for simple, modest wedding bands. We were met with friendly faces, but I was told that my plain white gold wedding band would cost $800. I told them this seemed steep, but they said it was because of the price hike in gold due to covid.I went and did some looking around and found several options that were much more affordable from other venders. It was either maliciousness or incompetence on their part - and I really hope it was the latter.Stay away from these goof balls.

I had been looking all over. I was so disappointed by all the prices and BS.My last stop before trying Nashville was the old Jewelry Barn.Wow! They blew me away. They had a piece that was exactly what I wanted. There service was fantastic, and...their prices were far, far better.Overall, I was beyond impressed.

Jewelry Barn has the BEST selection in town. My fiance had a wonderful experience picking out my engagement ring and the price was the lowest in town. They gave him different options in our price range and were helpful in picking out the best option. They were very patient and knowledgeable about ALL the questions he had. My husband and I absolutely love Jewelry Barn! My husband has a ring that belonged to his, the ring is over 70 yrs old and it was in really bad shape needing repairs, Jewelry Barn did an excellent job repairing it, no way we could have had a better job done anywhere else! They did an absolutely beautiful job!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Great selection at reasonable prices; during a sale their prices are unbeatable. Jewelry repair has a standard turnaround rate - about a week.

While on vacation my hand was smashed in a door. My wedding set took the damage. It smashed and twisted the set. I thought they were totaled. I took them in and received an estimate. They called me to let me know they had been able to repair them and was ready. I was astounded by the great job. They looked brand new. No one would ever know something happened to the set. The ring I got there WAS really nice. BUT dont let them size it. My ring came back with a knot in it and it looks like someone took a hammer to it. Ruined my $2000 diamond ring. Only give 2 stars because of the rings original price. Oh and lets not forget the day I took it in to get sized, I wanted to reach across the counter and smack the girl. Instead of putting my ring in a baggy or a box she put it on her finger! My engagement ring on HER finger! Not professional!

Went in looking for an engagement ring. They were very rude and dismissive. This was supposed be to a nice experience and it was anything but. Found some reasonably priced rings I really liked but will not give them my business.

Very rude and not friendly at ALL..!!!..I mean you work in a pawn/jewelry shop making maybe 11 dollars an hour so not sure why these ladies had such bad attitudes..but this store really needs a reality check!!..to many other jewelry stores for them to treat customers badly!!!!!!!
