I have been working with aerotek for some years now and they have yet to find a job with high skill abilities that pays decent. Im a ironworker, millwright and welder. Skilled labor isnt cheap and cheap labor isnt skilled .. anytime i call aerotek i never get a answer always a automated machine

0 stars!!! Negative stars!!! The biggest frustration with any company I’ve ever had. I got hired onto a company through aerotek and have had to do back flips to do anything that involves them. I’ve had to go through literally a dozen websites to go through the on boarding process, log my hours, check my pay stubs: none of them work or work for long. For every single one of these things I’ve been sent to multiple websites and in the end none will work.In order to log my hours I eventually came to the process of sending my daily hours to my aerotek contact who then sends them to his manager because his manager is the only one who can even get into my account, and then he has to send them to my boss and confirm the hours I have to also give to my boss everyday.This week, likely the last week I will be with aerotek (thank god!) I felt that I was under paid after seeing my bank deposit. But now I can’t get onto the pay stub site. The link in my text message notice that I have a pay stub takes me to a different website than my email notice, and neither will let me through to actually view my pay.Avoid this company at all costs. If you find there’s a job available through them find out where it’s at and just get hired directly.

I lost a great job after 7 years. Aerotek showed no hesitation to find employment in my expertise. They often call and see how you feel your job fits. There is not a staffing company I know of that does that. Anyone with a trade or ability is highly recommended by me to see them. They are diligent and actually seem to care.

I am new to the area, going to school for Business Administration and had no idea how to get into the field. Aerotek has been extremely professional on every level, even going above and beyond my expectations. They assure all my needs are met, including but not limited to employment satisfaction, on time pay, and room for advancement. For me Aerotek has created a different view of a temp service. Any one looking for quality employment or employee Aerotek is at the top of my list.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this very professional recruiting team. Whitney Wyatt and Holden Johnson have been nothing but above par in their ability to execute and deliver. My experience with Aerotek has been great from the start. Holden Johnson has constantly kept great communication with me throughout my entire process of interviewing, paper work and the start my new job. Holden is there day or night. Let me start by saying that this is not your typical staffing agency. This will be the second time that I have relied on Aerotek to help me find a job worth taking. Both times I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and effectiveness. Kimberly, who has just helped me secure a position that Im very excited about, has been great. I was on contract with Aerotek for a call center position. Everyone there is so kind, helpful and informative. They made methods of payment very flexible and reliable, so I didnt have to worry or get confused each week on payday. My specific recruiter went above and beyond in helping me before and during my time at the call center. He answered any questions I had, informed me of dates and general info about the position that I needed to know, helped me with my resume, brought me lunch on one occasion, and called me periodically to see how everything was going. An all around great company to work with, I couldnt recommend a better agency. Aerotek is awesome!

Him and the ladies up front were very professional and kept in touch with me through the entire process, which most places dont do.
