On a spree of self-care, I decided to try a new wax place. It’s well decorated and clean. However, the customer service and punctuality needs improvement.Upon arrival I was barely welcomed and had to ask what to do for my appointment.A lady provided me some forms and a useless pen. Finally told it would be a few more minutes. During my 35 minute wait! Yes I said it a 35 minute wait I inquired about a sugar wax versus regular. The receptionist Informed me I would have to return later in the day, because my person does not do sugar.Note: The Policy states you can’t be no more than 10mins late. However they can just take you queen ready?!? After waiting for 35 minutes I was called back.The technician (Nikki) was kind and sweet. However, not skilled in my opinion. She’s reapplying layers and layers of wax to my gentle area. She turns on a fan and the wax is so hard is won’t come off. I’m in pain and just ask her to stop. I wanted to cry.The V-steam was the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was given a cape/ hoodie to wear. The room was nicely decorated. Highlight of the visit, I was provided a chilled complimentary refreshment.I would not recommend the waxing services however the v-steam is nice on the discounted day.

I had a Brazilian wax done for the first time. My sister and I decided to do it together and it was such a great experience. Tabatha did an awesome job, she very patient and informative. It wasn’t painful as I thought it would. Clean place and friendly staff. I’m going to be a regular customer. Awesome experience!

I only go to Taniah, she makes the process go very quickly and makes me feel so relaxed. I recommend her to everyone, she’s honestly the best person I’ve ever been to for anything that I need waxed. I went to her for my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I go to her every time I need a touch up now. She makes sure that I’m educated on how to take care of myself after, I didn’t know if I needed a regular or a sugaring wax and she made sure to recommend what was best for me and my skin type. I recommend anyone to go to Taniah! I live an hour away but the results are so worth it !

I recently switched from a popular big chain wax place to Divine. I used Shirley a few times and she was GREAT. Unfortunately, the treatment I received from the receptionist when I made my last appointment has caused me to not want to return and told people I have referred my experience. They have an online booking system and apparently if you choose the Wednesday Special, you have to wait until another Wednesday if you want to change the appointment and cant change to another day and pay the difference. The receptionist told me Shirley was booked for the Wednesday I wanted and when I asked if I would have to wait two weeks now because the system would not allow her to change to a day not Wednesday she replied pretty much. I then asked if she could just cancel that appointment and I re-book for the correct day she told me yeah you could do that but you wont get back your $30 for the first one. At this point I am irritated because this shouldnt be so hard- suppose I had an emergency? The I replied, I know its not your fault, but youre willing to lose a customer because now I know my money wont be refunded nor can my appointment be changed and and she interrupts well, its not my fault you booked the wrong day. I then ask to speak to a manager whos with a client so I am promised a call back. The receptionist calls me back- the manager never came on the phone, and the receptionist says we have refunded your money, next time be careful to pick the right day because we cant keep giving refunds. Customer service is the face of a business and they have just lost 4 clients over my experience; my friends and I will be going elsewhere. So disappointing because I really liked Shirley.

Torri was amazing. She was gentle. She made my first time an awesome experience. When I return I will only see her. She gave me great pointers and treated me like we were old friends. Thank you Torri. She a a true Gem. This place is lucky to have her there.

My wife had an appointment set for 5:30. She arrived at 5:45 and they told her they thought she wasnt coming and they ran out of wax...my wife sat for a min and watched them walk out before the 6oclock close time. Im going to tell every person that told me about this place to never go again and we will do our business with a company that has employees that are willing to work.

I love coming here to get my waxes done. I got my first Brazilian wax done here earlier this year by Shirley. She was very knowledgeable, professional and understanding of the pain! Lol. She assured me that it does get better as you continually come and she was right. So far Ive have 4 more waxes done. The atmosphere is very quiet, relaxing and clean which I love. And the prices are very affordable. I love the weekly deals they have here! Lastly, I make all of my appointments on the MindBody app, and just locate this business. Its very simple and all of the options and prices are listed there. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice waxing salon to come here!

Amazing experience from start to finish, receptionist offered me water and was super kind, amber waxed me well & took out my ingrown hairs and was also very kind. Irlene was the absolute best!! i went in for a brazillian sugar, but she talked me into a regular hard wax to start (i was skeptical because hard wax never gets all the hair), and i must say she got ALL the hair!! she was so informing and talked me through the entire process, and her overall spirit was really warm and positive. the place itself is great and CLEAN. they definitely have a new, loyal customer!!

This is the BEST wax job i ever had- way better than any place in Buckhead and a lot more affordable. The owner is from Brazil and her Brazilian wax was virtually painless. I dont have any bumps or signs of having a recent wax. Im amazed its right here in Snellville!

Pros: First time at this Spa. Darlene was very nice and gentle. Kevin is very upbeat and professional when answering the phone and upon reception. My service included waxing all over. This is a new establishment so its very nice, clean and inviting.Full body waxing $140. Partial $65Cons: I had 2 techs working on me. Its cold in the rooms and they dont provide sheets for covering. They use floor fans during waxing so I was very cold. Also my room opened to the lobby so when the door opened I was concerned anybody walking by could see me. Soft music plays bit the room is super bright...not a relaxing environment as some other spas.Biggest issue- I called for pricing and was given what I mentioned above. I explained exactly what I needed and Kevin told me my request would still fall under the partial wax. I asked again for him to confirm the price of $65. Upon arrival he said to add brows would be additional $10. I agreed. After my service, he tells me the price is $90 because I added facial waxing. This was to be included in pricing according to our phone conversation. During the service Shirley didnt say anything so that was still my expectation.He didnt budge on pricing and didnt apologize for any misunderstanding or for Shirley not letting me know that there will be additional charges.I dont if he is hungry for business or wasnt listening well to my needs but I dont like to be swindled and for that reason I am not returning.If management should reach out to me I will update this post.

My Brazilian wax was very thorough and they even applied lavender and aloe after. Kevin was very informative and even recommended other businesses in the area. When i wanted to buy their product, they offered more affordable products that i can purchase at the pharmacy. I did a V-steam for the first time and it was such a relaxing experience. This place is wack I book my appointment same day I’m not from the Atlanta area so I got real lost I was 10mins late and when I got to the place the specialist told me that she cannot give me full service. Then she said this is due to me arriving 10mins late. Now I really wish that they said something about their late policies prior to my booking but they did not. Poor customer service I would say. Please try and do better

I wish I could rate the service but I wouldnt know because mine didn’t happen!!!! I called in advance to schedule an appointment and got a confirmation text. I show up at the salon the door is locked and then the young lady at the counter tells me the girl I had an appointment with no longer works there and they won’t have anyone in until the next half hour to do the wax. Here’s the thing NO ONE TOLD ME!!!! It would be one thing if I was called and asked to setup a different appointment time. I would’ve been annoyed because I scheduled the time that worked best for me based on what was available but that didn’t happen. I am so disappointed. Time was of the essence today and I just wasted 40 minutes of my life because no one told me my appointment was cancelled.

It was my first time getting a wax and it was an awesome experience I think Im hooked. I need to go next time and try the hydra facial as well.
