I always come here whenever my car has problems, from break to exhaust to timing belt change! They give me great quotes all the times and the services are awesome! I can always trust them with my car even when I don’t know much about auto. They do a really great and honest job, not like other auto repair stores trying to get money from you!

Found Tony highly recommended on a Facebook group, and he did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable and honest. I was incredibly leery about the diagnosis I was given on my car from Gary Force Honda. They seemed unsure of the issue and just wanted to replace several parts and charge $$$$ for an oil leak that was 10x worse after they looked at it... from leak to gushing oil. Tony gave me a diagnosis and charged for the parts and labor of what actually needed to be replaced. The leak is gone, and I can still afford to live. I would recommend him to anyone.I would also like to address the previous reviews about not answering the phone. They are mechanics not an answering service. I dropped my car off and received a call back the same day. It is hard to get ahold of them but absolutely worth the patience.

I came here on a Thursday after leaving several other places. I asked him about how much it was to replace a control arm. He told me between $80 and $100. He said I could bring my car back on Tuesday and hed take a look at it. On Tuesday, I took the part in and they had it done within 30 mins. He said it was just the bushing that was bad, and only charged me $60 for replacement. I think Ill just come here from now on. Fast and affordable.

Unprofessional. Wont answer phone. Wont give estimate on time to fix your car. To big of a workload not enough staff. Etc. Had my car 3 days. Had to go down there in person to find out what was going on. Car still not repaired on day 4.

I brought my car here over a week ago just to see if my car was drivable or not because of the steering. No one ever answers the phone and i’ve been calling and leaving voicemails for a week and only got one call back days ago. This place is not reliable and i will not be bringing my car here again. Ridiculous.

Floyds Garage is hands down the best auto care bowling green has to offer. The mechanics are the best. The owner is the most helpful mechanic I have ever come across in my life. My truck ran hot on a friday night and I drop it off at Floyds Garage. Floyds is not open on the weekend so my truck stayed there until monday. The owner of Floyds garage Tony called me that Monday morning and asked whats wrong with the truck. I explained the situation to him in with full details. He stated no problem I will try to have it back to you by the end of the day. Might I add he ask where are the keys to the truck. I told him that the keys are here at the house and Im stranded right now. I will get them to you as soon as possible. What he said next blew my mind. He said I know where you stay Im on my way to get the keys. He was at my front door in about 15 or 20 minutes later. I forgot he knew where I lived. The only reason he knows where I stay is because a year ago I forgot my wallet at the shop and he also brought that to me. So when someone tells me all mechanics are rip offs I have to disagree. They kept my car for two weeks twice and never found out why it was over heating. It would sometimes over heat and sometimes not. All they had to do was try it more than once. Not my recommendation.
