I just walked in to Tireman -Bowling Green with no appointment and a troublesome tire also knowing I needed 4 new tires. All the young men that helped me were incredibly polite, well spoken, and explained to me in detail all my options. I had many to choose from! I believe I was in and out of there in what seems like a jiffy! Thank you so much to Miles and all the other guys who i didn’t catch their names!!! You all are awesome! 😊

These men are great. Theyre kind and go above and beyond for no reason. They fixed a leak in 2 of my tires and greased my window for no charge when I was only getting a quote. So appreciated.

Even though they were shortstaffed and I didnt have an appointment, they got my vehicle in and swapped out a tire and had me out the door in 75minutes. Super friendly, clean. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Tournament at Tireman is always nice and they keep me informed of what my car needs. Now, I don’t always choose Tireman for every repair because sometimes I can find a more competitive price elsewhere, but that’s the case with any shop. I’ve never had a bad experience.

I knew Saturdays are busy, so I made an appointment, assuming I wouldnt have to wait as long. Ended up having to wait three hours to get new tires. When asked what the hold up was, they said it was because they were busy. Other than that, staff was very friendly.

They were very quick in getting my car back to me and fixing all of my problems. They made sure to keep me in the loop and we’re overall very helpful throughout the entire process!! I would 100% recommended coming to this Tireman due to the great service they have provided.

My second time getting a tire/wheel repaired here (different tire each time). They make it super convenient to drop it off and then pick it up later when its done. Fairly priced as well.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The team there were very helpful and friendly. The process was fairly fast, and the waiting area was very clean. I would recommend them for oil changes, and will go back when I need another.

They do an awesome job at taking care of my car, but I had an appointment at10:30am and my car wasnt worked on until an hour later. Whats the point of having an appointment time when someone can walk in and get theirs done during your set time. I also had a coupon and it wasnt applied to my total

Got a coupon in the mail for an oil change and rotation, appointment lasted an hour, in and out for a solid price and with a punch card towards a free oil change! My wallet was happy.

I requested new tires, an alignment, and a new fuel filter for my diesel vehicle. First, the employee told me it doesnt need the filter replaced unless somethings wrong. I told him it needs replaced periodically because its diesel. He said, I dont think it does, but let me look at the manufacture recommendations. Sure enough, it says to replace them at a certain number of miles. He said the work would be done that day.When I came to pick it up, they had forgot the filter, and also had to order it. I made another appointment to get that done. Came in a couple days later, they replaced the fuel filter in around 20 mins. I go to my car which is parked outside, running, with windows down and key in it. They left it unattended with the key in it. I also notice a weird stain on the bumper where they spilled something all over the car. It is stained and wont wash off.I went 2 minutes up the road, ran into the store, came out and tried to start it, wouldnt start. Look under the hood, the filter is leaking fuel in 2 places and the copper washer hadnt been replaced. Tireman pays for the tow, tells me it wont be fixed until the next day. So I have to get a ride home.I wait all morning for an update on my car and get nothing. Because I was at work, I couldnt call until 1pm. The man tells me he is not sure if its done and the guy who worked on it was on brake, he would call me back in half an hour. 2 hours go by as Im still working, no call. I call again. A different guy answers, and puts me on hold because he doesnt know for sure if its done or not. He comes back on and says its done, the problem was the technician replaced the filter but didnt put the copper washer on, which keeps it from leaking.I have to get another ride to go to pick up my car, they do not apologize for the screw up. I get in my car and they had left it unlocked and parked part way in the entrance to the lot.I will honestly never go to a tireman again after that fiasco.

When I made my appointment for and alignment the person I talked to on the phone was able to set me up with an 8 am appointment, but the technician that did alignments didn’t start until 8:30. The I purchased tires and it was an extra 45 minutes because they had to locate tires because there was no organization of their inventory. So all I’m all I was there for 3 1/2 hours for an alignment and four new tires purchased.

From the initial call for an appt. The staff was friendly and professional.The actual service itself was also this way.may b a little water or coffee available in waiting room would be great. But was comfortable and comparable pricing. Also had a coupon to save a little money.

Tireman always does a great job! Have been taking my vehicles to the Bowling Green, Ohio location for years.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. With a scheduled appointment it still took over an hour. When I got my car back there was damage to 2 of my wheel rims that was not there when I dropped it off. The manager was polite but assured me they did not do the damage. I am now working with the regional customer service manager who assured me they could not have done the damage. They offered to replace the wheels at cost. I’m not paying $360 for damage incurred while my vehicle was in your shop. Customer for over 12 years. About to be a former customer if this isn’t made right. I’m sorry but I know my car and I know beyond a doubt that damage was not there when I dropped it off. Period.

I blew my tire out while driving on I-75 towards Columbus… the tow truck took me to this location of tireman and the service was great and I was in and out within the hour. I recommend them to everyone .

They repaired my tire and it is holding fine. But I also asked for a tire rotation and i dont know if they did not hear me because of the mask or if they didnt have time but it did not get done. Also all 4 of my tires are at different air pressure. The counter workers were friendly but will avoid going back. And I am new to this area so I will keep searching for a good tire shop.I have to add to this. The store manager called me and was very concerned about the situation and made it right. I had them fix my exhaust and am very pleased. I will return for future service

Came in for four tires. Installation took a lot longer than expected. Was not given a quote time when I came into the store or warned they were swamped (even though I had an appointment)Was told it wouldn’t be much longer after inquiring and that took an additional half hour. Talked to the ASM Myles who refused to make the situation right and then the SM Justin who proceeded to say I should of “planned a little better”If you want a fair price? Sure I guess you can go to Tireman BG. But you’ll pay for it in other ways like absolutely poor customer service.I have since took it upon myself to reach out to the Customer Service manager who is trying to make it as right as he can, but ultimately things should have never had to get to this stage.

I brought my car to this Tireman as I was hearing a funky noise coming from my car. They were unable to tell me what it was and considering I am a 22 year old college student I asked if I would be safe to drive my car to the nearest dealership to get it looked at. I was told I would be okay to do that. 10 minutes into my drive my engine blew on the middle of 75 South. This is completely unacceptable for them to advise me it was safe to drive. When I got towed to the dealership they said that the noise coming from my car was the common symptom of an engine about to blow. Basic knowledge they lacked. Luckily I was able to pull over safely, however, this could have been extremely dangerous not only for myself but others on the road.

Thay did not know anything about my car and made it worse the the repair it need . will see if thay make it right today will see?

I normally have a great experience with tireman. Unfortunately this time, was different. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30am. I called around 10 and my car hadn’t even been pulled in yet. They also didn’t provide me with a receipt/diagnostic sheet when checking out.

I had a small issue with some wheel scratches and it was addressed and taken care of quickly and painlessly by Miles the assistant store manager.I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for tires or service,

I will never go anywhere else but Tireman for my tires. I usually frequent The Fremont Ohio store where they treat me really well but this time they didn’t have my tires in stock and I needed them immediately because I could not function in the accumulation of snow we had and kept getting stuck at my customers homes. I was so thankful that the Tireman in Bowling Green had all four Tires I needed, and took care of me right away even though they were to close in two hours without any inconvenience so I could keep working! Thanks again

The last 3 times I have taken a car to BG Tireman a fix did not occure or a problem happened on pick-up, as a 25 year plus customer (all the way back to The Andersons) I am done with them due to their incompetence.

They charged $375 for breaks and rotors. Even though I brought my own parts and everything so $160 per hour and NOTHING is under warranty!

I dropped off my tire with a hole in it and came back later and picked it up. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Waking up to a flat tire is a straining day and it was nice to know that Tireman would take care of it.

Tireman in Bowling Green is generally known for having terrible customer service, and high prices, but I have not been there for a couple years, and was going to give them another shot. Unfortunately, I ended up dealing with a manager named Branden, and it is now very evident to me that this is still going to be the same old Tireman subpar customer service. I suggest you take your business to any of the other fantastic auto centers in town. I will say the parking lot was clean though!

Generally does good work and prices are cheaper than taking a car to a dealer for service.

Had to have a tire replaced under warranty. Was accidentally charged for the replacement. When notified of the issue it was promptly resolved.

Great service, the employees are really kind and explain any problems with your vehicle in an easily understood way! However, it did feel a little pricey and, with any mechanic service, its hard to know if youre receiving the best possible price.

I have had multiple good experiences here over the years. Most recently was for a wheel alignment in Feb 2021. The staff and technicians are polite, professional, and matter of fact. Highly recommended.

The workers here were so helpful! I came in with a low tire alert and in need of an oil change. Within an hour or so they not only changed my oil and checked out the alert but rotated my tires as well! They did not talk down to me when I didnt understand things and were affordable. I was recommended here by a friend and it will be my main source of car care from now on.

The service for what I needed to get done was amazing. I was in a bind from out of town and misplaced my locking lug nut, thanks for being able to break that off for me. I had some groceries in the back and they put the tire on top of everything. It smashed/crushed a lot and had leaking laundry detergent. Took me an hour to get the detergent out of the carpet. 24 inch factory wheels are really heavy but they put the tire in a bag for me so thanks. Please spend some time cleaning the facility. I could smell urine from the rest room while I was in the waiting room. Branden Ardelean was awesome with a great attitude so they get 5 stars anyway. Have a great day!

Even with an appointment it took over an hour to get finished. They messed with my drivers seat and air controls. And to top it off, they didnt take the spare off and put the fresh tire on. They just replaced the flat and put it back in the compartment where the spare goes. Dont go here for anything, shop local, the prices and service will be way better.

Caused a lockout on my IID, cost me an extra $75

Nice employees, but need to work on communication when busy. Had an appointment and was given a 1 hour estimate. Vehicle not taken into bay within that hour. Took another 2-1/2 hours to finish and was asked twice what I was having done (install new tires purchased elsewhere). I was given a 50% discount, but that cost was still more than other locations.

My 82 year old mom took the car in for an oil change. Tireman charged her 300, for brakes.. The car did not need brakes. I know because I had just had them done myself. Taking advantage of a senior on a fixed income is pretty pathetic

I went in without an appointment to get new tires. The salesman gave me a couple of options for that size. He offered me the warranty Tireman offers. I picked the tires and bought the warranty. He said it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It was 2 but Im fine with that, he was close enough. The people are very friendly and they advised me of a couple of small issues they noticed. They didnt try to pressure me to have those fixed right then and there (it may have not been repairs they make, I dont know). I bought a set of tires at this same place a few years ago for adifferent vehicle.

Multiple employees not properly masked during the mask mandate. Very disappointing to say the least. Also was quoted around 45 minutes for my oil change and ended up being an hour and 45 minutes. I understand things get busy but I had a scheduled appt so you would think it would be a higher priority than the other people that came in after with no appts.

They charged me $586 for an alignment! It also took them over seven hours to complete the job! Not impressed at all. Will never give tire man my business again. And am telling all my friends and family to stay clear of the chain!

It was the worst place I have ever been they tell me its going to take an hour and a half to change two tires and do alignment so I walked to a restaurant 90-degree outside no place to sit to wait for my car to be fixed I come back there was never a phone call the man tells me they changed it to tires but they cannot do alignment because theres something loose underneath without calling me and letting me know they put them tires on which would have destroyed them within a day or two so I had them take them back off and put my old one back on and when they did so they messed it up worse I would never recommend anyone to go there dont do it have a good day

Friendly service and great prices

Poor customer service and unprofessional. My passenger window wouldn’t roll up. They found a wiring issue and fixed it the same day but I went to pick it up and tested the window in the parking lot and the window and switch stopped working completely. The next day they said the switch is bad and needs replaced but would be another $130 on top of $160 I already paid. What kind of service is that? They told me it was fixed and the job was done but clearly didn’t fix it correctly. Very frustrating they didn’t offer to fix the issue without charging me more money. I would’ve been fine to pay for the part but they wanted to charge me more labor for not doing their job correctly. Wouldn’t recommend getting your vehicle worked on here.

I use Tireman for all my auto repairs. They have always been responsive, getting me in even when they are booked with other appointments. I have never had any reason to doubt their diagnoses or advice.

I have had issues in the past with almost every repair place. But during this troubling time. these guys came through for me. Some of the places I asked for an estimate would not even give me an estimate period some of the places had weird policies where you have to make an appointment just to drop something off. And their appointments arent available for days at a time. Just to leave a vehicle there. ridiculous so Im glad tire Man was able to work with me and it was a decent price and good quality work.

Did a great job getting me in for an oil change at the last minute towards the end of the day on a Friday. Had to wait a bit, but that wasnt an issue. Was not expecting a little hidden fee though. There was a 3.00 fee for disposal that I was not told about and thought was hidden in the fine print if the coupon. The otger places Ive gone have always included it in price or not charged. Otherwise, very good service and friendly
