We researched and shopped around to find the best place to buy a used Mazda. We ended up choosing Bountiful Mazda. (Young Mazda in Ogden was the worst.) Weston was professional, knowledgeable and helpful, without being too pushy. We ended up with a good car, at a fair price. The service department did some touch ups on the car we selected, and they were extremely helpful and proficient as well. Mike at Bountiful Mazda Service went above and beyond. I had to get a key programmed since my only key was destroyed by a roller coaster. I had the car towed to them, they fit me into their busy schedule so I didn’t have to wait. They also fixed a recall issue while it was there. For the last few days my check engine light was popping on and off intermittently. I told him that I would take care of that and not to worry. They looked into it anyway and found that the air filter cover was causing it. I’m thinking when I recently had an oil change, they didn’t latch the cover down tight. They fixed that at no charge! I’m so impressed that if I need my Mazda serviced, I’m take it to Bountiful Mazda.

I was in a tight situation due to another dealership not funding a deal so I had to return the car. I needed to get a new one figured out as soon as possible and I submitted an online request to see if a car was in stock. Weston reached out and was exceptional! He and the dealer were able to work out my situation, and get everything agreed upon and approved before I even came in. Weston came in early to assist me and had the car pulled up and ready. Paperwork was quick, easy, and straightforward. The personalized feel of this dealership beats many others out there and I would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a vehicle! I went in to get my car appraised for a trade in on Friday May 21st. Dina Paras was super nice and helpful with getting me the values and showing some options for an upgrade. I ended up getting a brand new fresh off the truck CX-5 Carbon Edition with a turbocharger and I fell in love with the car. I’m so glad I got there when I did because the car had only been listed a couple days and was a rare sought after model. I’m so glad I was there on that day. Dina was so helpful and knowledgeable and listened to my wants and needs for the car and found me exactly what I want. She got everything laid out on paper so I could see all my payment info even before I had to sign anything which helped me plan out my down payment and accessories I wanted to add. The whole experience was super laid back and fun. When I go to buy another vehicle I will definitely ask for Dina when I go, and I’m recommending all my friends and family to her too. Zoom zoom! After a significant amount of research and reading reviews I thought it was time to give a Mazda CX-5 a test drive. Looking at all the positive reviews that Bountiful Mazda had compared to other dealers, I chose to give them a try. The dealership reminded me of a high end BMW dealership like we visited in Germany once. We were promptly greeted by Weston who was a very polite, friendly and knowledgeable sales person. He took the afternoon to answer questions and walk us through the deciding factors to give Mazda a try. As far as the CX-5 goes, it is like a luxury European car but with the build quality that the Japanese are known for. We pick it up today and are hopeful we will get years and many miles of fun and reliable driving experiences with it. Bountiful Mazda offered a clean, organized, relaxed, friendly and no pressure sales and financing experience.

We have been shopping around for a new vehicle to lease. The staff were great to work with. Gary was very accommodating to help with our wants.

I just had my car serviced at Bountiful Mazda. It was a complicated problem and they were able to fix it. Im glad I took my car to them because they did a great job.

Very friendly and personable staff. Though they will repeatedly lie to you about serviceable issues and will return your car more damaged than before you dropped it off.We took our mazda3 in to have Apple CarPlay installed, they exceeded expectations on the speed at which they finished the job, but when we got the car home we noticed a few panels incorrectly replaced, some exposed wires and a broken screw mount on our parking brake... which had we dropped the car off like that, I am sure they would have loved to tack on to the service. (Pictures included)When we returned to pick it up they confirmed that our Mazda3 had the ghost touch problem in it’s infotainment, a problem we were aware of, when we asked if they could just turn the touch screen off completely they said no - and I said really, there’s no way to just disable the touch screen at all speeds? (It’s already disabled once you hit a threshold of speed) they confirmed and apologized and said we would have to pay for our replacement screen, since our car has a rebuilt title. (Not surprising)But after googling for 3 minutes I found that it was indeed possible to disable and the whole process only took me 15 minutes to complete.I guess their upsell, nickel-and-dime practices aren’t that surprising, it’s a dealership service dept, but I was caught off guard by how cheerful and fast their employees were, while deceiving me.

I made an appointment to get service for my Mazda and arrived at the appointed time. The vehicle was moved to a bay and the service was performed promptly. I liked that they told me there were a couple other issues that should be taken care of soon but not a problem at the moment. The waiting area was very comfortable. My first experience with Bountiful Mazda was in 2012 when I bought my first Mazda 3. I instantly fell in love with the car. When it came time to get my services done, I obviously took the car to them. That car has been sold and a new one purchased but I still take the newer Mazda 3 in for services. Scott, the Service Manager, had rearmed my service for as long as he works there. He is not the only awesome person there but he is who I choose to deal with each time because he makes me feel welcome there and appreciated. Not only do I talked my Mazda in, Ive taken in my Honda and suburban for services because they are just awesome! I would highly recommend taking in your vehicle to Bountiful Mazda if you want a great experience at a great price.

Once again very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a jeep here last year, long story short it was the worst mistake of my life. I have since sold the jeep. When I bought the jeep, the title was at the Arizona dmv since that is where the jeep was from. I called 6 months later to see where the title was as the new owners and their bank had still not received the title. The front desk receptionist had told me that the title was still stuck in Arizona due to coronavirus. I spoke to a manager and he told me the same thing. The new owners of the jeep reached out to me today and said they or the bank had still not received the title. They are now trying to take legal action against me, and none of this is my fault. I called bountiful Mazda today and the manager was instantly apprehensive with me and was not nice. He tried to claim that neither of our banks would fund the loan without the title, which is a complete lie because bountiful Mazda let me take home the jeep without me even being funded by a bank in the first place. The manager today didn’t even try to help me, just said all of that and when I said that wasn’t what another manager had said he got even more angry and hung up the phone. I would like the owner of this horrible establishment to call me

He is very easy going, not the hard core sales person many people dread dealing with. On top of that he worked particularly hard to secure our vehicle at what we considered a fair price given the shortage of cars due to the pandemic. He was communicative and open during the entire process. We’d highly recommend seeking out both the dealership and him if you should you be looking for a Mazda.The other reasons we felt good about this experience was the hassle free trade process, not to mention a very fair price. A big shout out to Scottie as well. Unfailingly patient and knowledgeable as we decided on accessories.Bottom line here, if you want to purchase a Mazda, this is the place and these are the people!
