Hunter was great to work with! I needed 2 big truck for my last move and he made sure everything was in check. Trucks were fueled up and ready to go before I even got there! I will never use another rental company other then penske Boulder. Wish I could give more stars!

Ive rented Penske trucks a number of times to help with moving. The service has always been the best and Im very thankful that theyre always available to help when I have a need. I like their trucks better than any others because theyre easy to drive.

The truck was very nice, and ran well. The fuel consumption was great it only cost me 300$ to drive from Illinois to Colorado. The costumer service was outstanding. I wont ever use anyone else.

Nick and Matt and the others here were great! There was a problem with the truck that I was supposed to have, and they communicated right away. Their initial solution would not have worked for me--i needed the bigger truck--so they took the time to go get a truck from another branch. I know they had to go out of the way for me, and I really appreciate what they did. Really excellent service!

The guy who set us up was very friendly. We were upgraded to a larger truck because they were out of the smaller trucks. This turned out to be a good thing as we decided to bring our couch rather than selling/donating it day of move. The truck ran pretty smoothly from what I remember (we moved about 10 months ago). The steering wheel axis was a little off center which was not great, but it was manageable. The engine noise is very loud so its not really possible to listen to music or talk shows if you have a long drive. Anyway, we had a long drive (Boulder to DC with a detour to Carbondale IL), so I am just happy we made it to our destination safe and sound with no breakdowns, especially considering we drove through a snowstorm for two days. Drop off was very simple (in Arlington, VA). I highly recommend Penske.

Every time i move, I use Penske - their truck fleet is pristine and usually only a year or so old. Compared to Uhaul trucks which always seem tired and run down. Have had multiple break downs with Uhaul but never with Penske!

These guys are great. Use the when our delivery trucks go down . There fast and responsive and even help us get specific vehicles for use!

Cant say enough nice things about this place. Wyatt is amazing!! Had us in and out of there in 2 shakes of a lambs tail. He was also vey courteous and professional. The truck came at a great price and was super nice. Amazing service!

I am moving across the country and Penske is great. They have fair prices and great trucks. Shout out to Ozzy! He is the man and made the experience amazing. He was very thorough when showing the features of the truck and offered great advice on best packing techniques. Highly recommended.

They were super-helpful and nice when we picked up our truck (and car dolly/trailer) in Atlanta and when we dropped it off in Boulder, CO. The guy at the counter took pity on us not being able to move into our new house on time (our landlords mistake) and didnt charge us for the extra 2 days we needed the truck before the landlord gave us access to our new house. What an awesome thing to do! (Im not saying they will always do that, but they do have a heart and were very considerate of our situation.. thank you so much!)

Oh man where to start. This place is so terrible. Ive had a reservation for months. They call the morning of and tell me theres no truck available. Thats just not acceptable. Then they call back, found my reservation and truck. Well great! Take the truck 1 mile to where Im loading, the rear hub is not just leaking but spewing fluid. Sitting here on my moving day, waiting for some mechanic out of Longmont to come and try to fix it in my driveway. All customer service is terribly rude and inept. Im out 600 and down a whole day due to this. No apologies for any inconvenience, I should at least be comped a day or they should be bringing a new truck. Wow. If ever I have to move again I will be using uhaul or other. Stay far away from this place. Today theyre just concerned about 4.20.

Reserved a truck, got a confirmation number, day of pickup, got a call that they had overbooked and I was 4th in line. Left me in a bad spot with moving. Will NEVER trust/rely on them again. Youd think a car rental company would know how many units they had and where they were. Uhaul saved the day for a third of the price.

I had an outstanding experience returning my rental truck here. The location was easy to navigate and the staff was friendly and helpful, even checking the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.

I found Chris at the front desk to provide excellent customer service. When they made a mistake on my account Oz went the extra mile to correct the mistake and provided excellent customer support and service. I highly recommend Penske for your truck rental needs.

Great service. Gary was friendly and professional. I was scared Boulder had bad rental companies based off some of the reviews I was seeing elsewhere, but I will definitely be using this place again if I need to rent a truck.

I ordered a 26 foot truck that was supposed to arrive at 11:00 I arrive at 11:00 and the truck is a hour late they didn’t bother to tell me, additionally as they told me there is no 26 foot truck they say take a 22 or nothing so I do and some 26 foot truck arrives after me and they give it to someone else who got here an hour later. Abysmal. He didn’t even want to call the driver to let me no an ETA.
