I reserved a truck for a 24 hour period the day before I needed it. I showed up the following day and they said I had to return in in 9 hours because they rented it out to someone else early the following day. I reminded them I had a reservation for 24 hours, and they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. So I was allowed to have it only 9 hours--no discount--and I was then overcharged by at least $30. Now they dont answer their phones to remedy the situation; probably because they have caller id. Not good business.

If I could rate them ZERO stars I would, I wanted to drop off a tow dolly at that location and was told to take it some where else! He didnt want it.(Some foreign speaking dude)Told to check my email for return location, what email?

Don’t please. My bill went from 19 to 80. And they seam to be a u haul contractor that don’t know what the are doing.

Poor communication skills. Owner on phone was rude. His name was Sanje.I cancelled my reservation and alerted Uhaul.

Friendly, polite and the truck was ready instantly.
