Absolutely terrible experience at sport clips tonight. I waited for 45 minutes to receive one of the worst haircuts of my life. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and described to her exactly how i wanted it and she proceeded to ignore my requests (apparently), stare at her little receipt with notes from last time, and NOT EVEN FOLLOW THOSE. Don’t get a haircut from the lady with the spade tattoo on her hand, horrible experience. This hair stylist is the reason I stopped going to great clips and she apparently works here now, might not return here either.

Stylist was very good and showed me the new product for hair care.

I usually go to the one in Longmont but i didnt have time. So i came into the Boulder location, & they messed up my kids hair bad. The fades are all uneven. I had ask to be shorter on top & they barely cut anything. I paid $20 and this is what my kids got. This is ridiculous, they need better people. This women doesnt know what shes doing. Never again will i come to this location.

To the barber with the immense blue eyeshadow and blonde hair, I can not believe how disproportionate you have made my hair. When patted all down, you can visibly see she just chose random lengths for each piece of hair in the front. I asked for 1/3 of an inch of the top, after the haircut I definitely did not look like that amount was cut off. I get home, I measure to actually see how bad she messed up, she cut a full inch of the top in which was way off from I what requested. Last time I’ll ever come to a SportsClips. You have shown to hire seemingly slightly untrained barbers who don’t know the difference 1/3 inch and almost an inch and a half.

This was just the kind of place my 9 year old sports loving son has been looking for. And...the haircut was great!!

Ive only had fantastic experiences at this Sports Clips. Jamie cut my hair brilliantly under the pressure of my approaching wedding and a job interview. Ive also had my hair cut by Amber who was also excellent. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even congratulated me on getting married (nice attention to detail!). This is the only place Ill get my haircut in Boulder.

The haircut was fine. Unprompted, my stylist told me that shes transphobic. She said that shes afraid of trans people. Im embarrassed that I didnt confront her about it in the moment, but thats a hard conversation to have with someone...especially when that person has scissors near your head.

Came here for a quick haircut at lunch and was very pleased with the quality and speed of the haircut. Ill definitely be back.

Sports Clips in Boulder is fantastic! The staff tends to be happy as a result friendly. No matter who cuts my hair the cut always looks great. That is because they put notes in the computer to make sure they know exactly how you like your hair cut. My 13 year old son enjoys the MVP Haircut and always ask if he can get a hair cut at Sports Clips. In the past it has always been hard to get him to sit for a haircut, but not at Sports Clips. The service is a fast as they can make it. but the place is just so popular. Best advice is to go there early and often. KF

Always have a great experience here. They dedicate time to cutting hair and outcome is quality look that matches my goal. Angie is a great stylist if you are like looking.

I took my son in for a haircut in which the top was supposed to stay long, so she didnt even have to cut the top except maybe to even it out...instead she absolutely butched his hair off. I dont know how she could look at the picture I showed her, and then chop it all off but it explains why she works in a place like that. I will definitely never go back, except for today when I go in without my son to tell her what I think of her service. I didnt want my 6 year old to think he had a bad haircut so I wouldnt do it in front of him. She should have said something if she didnt think she was capable of giving him the haircut I showed her so I could have went elsewhere, to where they actually know how to cut hair.

My past two experiences here have been poor. The first was a full hair cut, where there was very little interaction, and a poor result. It was a new person, and Merri (the manager) was very gracious about offering a refund.So, I decide I will do the neck trim - maybe it was a fluke! I got another new person. I ask for the neck and sides to be trimmed, because why not? As it turns out, trimming the sides means awkwardly creating a semi-circular shaved area around my ear, which my glasses are desperately struggling to hide (spoilers - they can’t). At leas this was free, since I will be spending on money trying to get this fixed.If you must go here, stick with Merri, who takes time and is good. You can take a shot with someone else, but you might end up regretting it.Of course, by this point, I’d say you’re better exploring elsewhere.

Update: Owner of the location reached out and invited me back for a free haircut, and my stylist was welcoming, introduced herself, and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She and the other stylists were still highly distracted by the televisions in the place, so I was a little nervous having someone with sharp objects near my head/neck who wasnt focused on the task, but the end result looks good!Original: Staff has caked-on make-up and perfume that will make you gag. They treat you like children (let me teach you how to look at yourself in a mirror—not joking) but get more distracted by the TVs than the patrons do! My stylist did not introduce herself and then contradicted what I said I wanted done with my hair. Will not be back; not how you run a business.

I have been waiting for an hour. I wasn’t informed that i needed to sign in when i came in the door. So i say for 40 minutes before the lady said anything. And now ive been skipped my 3 people even though i walked in the door before they signed in.Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate

Pretty mediocre haircut, took too long for a simple job. Didnt seem to be a popular spot for haircuts.

Been going to Sports Clips for awhile both here and in California. Definitely a better experience and better deal than places like Supercuts. I always get the Triple Play option, the MVP isnt worth the extra money.

If you dont know how to cut a fade, then you shouldnt be cutting mens hair. It is unfair to the customer to think that you can fake your way through a haircut. I just had one of the worst experiences ever at this particular sports clips. Makayla should be forced to go back to school to learn how to do her job correctly. I would find someplace else to go...... HORRIBLE!! I am sitting here in shock after that experience.

Quite disappointed tonight. Was unable to make a online reservation first of all. Then When I called was told there was not much of a wait. When I arrived I was turned away and told no more people were being accepted due to do only one person being on staff.

Happy to see they put a Sportclips in Boulder...great service / good cut. Take the time and get the MVP...great experience!

This Place Is Pathetic Worst 25$ i ever Spent In My Entire Life. Looks like A 3Yr Old Kid Cut My Hair I Think my 2 year old sister would have done A Better Job. You guys Should Jst close. Dont try anymore 😂

Overcharged us and refused to refund us. Charged us $27 for mvp for my 12 year old boy. They didn’t even perform mvp. Haircut was well below average - more of a hack job.

Absolutely love this place

Im left feeling somewhat regretful that I went in. Initially wrote more but whatever, not worth explaining. Probably not going back was the gist though.

This is the first time a haircut ever took less than 5 minutes. I gave it a shot because there was no wait, unlike every other place in Boulder. Now I know why.$20 for a buzz is also a few bucks more than most places.
