The service professionals and John, the service manager, are the best in the business. Ive been to Flatirons, Ft. Collins, and Prestige for service and they just dont compare to the crew at Audi Boulder! Each of the others has let me down on something with each service but everything has been great in Boulder. Ive used this service department since my first Audi in 1998. I only tried the other locations because Boulder didnt have an R8 qualified technician right after Flatirons opened.

I was able to get my car in by making an online appointment, then had the repair done the next day and was able to use a loaner from Audi, at no charge, for those two days. Then I picked up my car after work. It was an excellent experience form Audi.

I was notified at 1:30 that the service was complete and that my car was going for a wash. At 2;30 I had to leave for an obligation. The car was not even wet. A lady waiting at the same time said that that she was notified at noon that her car was done and that it had not been washed yet at 2:30. Both of us were waiting at the dealer.A car wash is not free if you have to sit and wait 1- 2 1/2 hours. I do not like to waste time.Service itself was fine.

I was travelling from out of town and plugged my car into a ChargePoint, which caused a communications error. Everyone there made sure my car was back up and running quickly. They went above and beyond and replaced the part even though it wasnt technically under warranty anymore. I have heard Audi takes care of the customer and they truly showed this to me!.

We dont expect to be back because we were on vacation from NYC. But if we lived there, you would certainly have our business. Our service agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a problem with the adaptive cruise control on our 2017 Q7. He suggested it might be an issue with our tires being mismatched. I was skeptical but we were able to get new tires on our way out of town in Aurora. The cruise control still didnt work but when we hit Omaha on the way back east, I guess the tires finally broke in and sure enough the ACC started working again. So, his advice was spot on. Thanks again.

I bought a used A4 from another location and brought it here for an inspection. Everyone was great to work with and they were able to do the 40k mile service the same day, which hadnt been planned. They gave me a loaner car to run some errands while they did the service. This was my first experience with Audi and was very pleasant.

This was a very different and much better experience.-Service-only (no ulterior sales motive) is brilliant.-Jhett did a great job keeping us informed.-Text communication is WAY easier than playing phone tag.-Work was done under the TDI extended warranty with no hemming and hawing.-Loaners were fantastic.If youre not under warranty its not going to be cheap at any Audi-affiliated place, but theyre doing everything right.

Appt for scheduled mileage service and ski rack installation. Left without a ski rack installed vut chrged for the install as the part said to be in stock was a used part. No calls in last 2 days to follow up and had multiple conversations and was quoted a figure only to have the cost to be 3x the quoted amount. This was due to the car not having an existing rack which was known previously and a review of the car would be known. If you truly wanted to discuss my experience as requested, you may consider calling me rather than provide a number with prompts. I dont know who wants to know about my experience and not about to waste time searching or having to explain.

As a new Audi owner I called for an appointment for an oil change. The person I spoke with had no clue of what he was talking about. He no idea what service was necessary. He made an appointment but made no offer of a loaner or shuttle service. As it turned out due to the fact I would have either had to wait for my car to be serviced or get a ride I was not able to make my appointment. I called to inform the service dept. that I was unable to make it only to the message that all the service dept. was busy and to leave my number for a call back which I did. Come 9:40, the time of my appointment I had not been contacted. Enter Jhett, Jhett called me and I thought he was the call back. He wanted to know if I was still coming in! I explained the whole story and he took over!I had amazing service. He knew everything about my car, what had to be done, and asked if I needed a loaner. The day of my service I was sent a video showing complete coverage of my car and recommendations.Jhett changed my entire experience with Audi Boulder!Thank you Jhett!
