Tate, at Pro-Star was a great help and took time to help me find the right coverage and compare my previous coverage. In the end I was able to find a new insurance company with a much lower deductible with slightly lower premiums. It was a win-win situation and I am happy to have found an insurance broker who can suit my needs and provide some individual service.

Prostatic started of as a pleasant experience but went downhill quickly. After our policies were opened we got handed off to a less experienced agent to maintain our services. This gentlemen is clearly not ready to handle customers like the original guy. We also got a quote for life insurance from Eric Johnson, which we decided not to proceed with. Well, he put it into effect anyway and we are still having issues canceling/getting a refund on this. They have great reviews and I’m sure this won’t be a huge deterrent but just be careful!

Insurance can always be confusing if one has to read through internet. My previous auto insurance was charging high and the coverage limits were minimum according to states law. Before ProStar, I usually just got my insurance online, without an agent. But that was dumb, honestly. Now, I am paying the same cost (or less maybe?) for insurance AND an insurance agent team. In my experience w/ ProStar, their customer service has been prompt and thorough. I liked that Brian was very knowledgeable and was even able to find me a better deal on car insurance than I had before, which I hadnt expected. Their policy rates were decent so i went with them initially.After one year they increased the rates a lot for no reason so i switched to Progressive. also i notified them that since your rates are high i am switching.After switching to progressive they keep on sending me fake bills through some third party, also asking me proof of switching to new insurance company. I am not sure if this is a rule they created for themselves, since in my experience previous insurance providers(statefarm/progressive) never asked me the proof of switching to new insurance. They should just give the policy till the time i pay the premium and please stop sending fake bills. I dont think we should pay you just get rid of this company.

ProStar was unbelievable! Recently my house caught on fire. It was very traumatic and I will be out of my house for months. When I tell my story about how my insurance is covering everything (LITERALLY everything!) people want to know who my insurance is and how did I get it.
