Have been with this company for almost 10 years and every 6 month my rate would go up. On my question why my insurance rises up every 6 month I was getting “everything rises in prices” Which is a ripoff. Once my car insurance reached to $170 and 2nd car around $140 (no tickets or anything) I started looking for a new insurance. Called Geico and I got a quote of $212 for exactly same coverage both cars. Switched to Geico and after 6 months my rate went down to $163… again for 2 cars. Huge difference. I so regret I stayed for so long with this company and wasted my money. Customer service was great but Geico’s customer service is great as well. Search around before you start paying higher rate!

Theyre the best Insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a very good and knowledgeable staff . Theyre also very sweet and accommodating when you have to make changes to a policy at a moments notice.They just need to update their hours on Google maps so it says it closes at 4 so people dont get frustrated when they come and discover that they close sooner than what Google maps says.

If I could give this Insurance Company ZERO stars i would, Lets start with the fact That they never answer i had to call the office numerous times to be exact 6 times then which I never do i decided to call Beccas Personal Cell phone that she has recently texted me from, She responded to me with a text message saying that she is on vacation I apologized to her for the call not knowing that she wasnt working, Then she texted me again saying that she has notified Ilana to give me a call back, I waited for 2 hours for that phone call never receiving one. i ended up having to have my wife to go to their office location to even see if anybody is working in the office, When my wife drove up to the parking lot she saw people in the office peeking outside the window to see who drove up then she walks into the office and sees Ilana with a coffee mug in her hands sitting on the desk the office is dead!!! Then she mentioned that I have been trying to get a hold of them and she said that they Havent even received a phone call but earlier she mentioned they were so busy. I dont like writing reviews like this But people need to know who What mess theyre going to be getting them selves in to if you would enjoy having someone lie to your face and that if you get lucky to catch them in the office Then this is the place for you . And all the reviews i came across is lies probably Russian Family members, This horrible Experience was my last drop CHEERS Ilana !!!!
