It was easy to get insurance.

Been with them since 2015 and never needed them. But then, I got in an accident. Totally NOT my fault. My agent, Sam Hunt, is the BEST in the business! What a great person: professional, prompt, detailed and hard working. I will only stay with this company for as long as I can continue to work with Sam. And, if he ever leaves, Im following HIM! 🏆😎😊👏👏👏

Be careful, I made changes online and received confirmation however their system did not make the change and had to do it again. Because the change happen later, the refund amount is lower than when initially requested. Progressives stance is if its not recorded in our system (confirmation email is though) it didnt happen and they cannot honor the previous change. This would indicate they have a system issue and how many other customers is this affecting? This if misleading consumers and perhaps fraudulent? I setup another policy with them thinking (moving in-laws to their own policy) as I had trust in their system now to be told, its my fault for not checking? I did check...received the confirmation!

Progressive is the biggest jack and theif of them all!! I’m gonna sue progressive seven ways from Sunday! They canceled my policy without even calling me once! I had no idea they cancelled my insurance and just got in an accident in my brand new $20,000 car!!! They literally are ruining my life. Right after covid 19 already has over and over again. I’m right at the end of my rope already and this is how a multi million dollar company leaves me!!! Horrible people!!!

I came here to correct the wrong info, like my email address, left at Progressive Auto Insurance, only to find out this office is for medical claim, not automobile claim. Nevertheless, the friendly front desk lady still helped me to contact the auto insurance department and correct the info for online access. I felt grateful for such a kind assistance!

This company sent me an unsolicited commercial mail even though I am on the National Do Not Mail List, DMAchoice opt out of catalogs list, and the Opt out of Prescreened offers list at OptOutPrescreen.com. This companys business practices are harmful for the environment so I would not recommend to do business with this company.

Never do business with Progressive. I called them and they were rude even though Im existing customer. They will jack up your rate $80 just because they can.
