I loooove this place! John has cut my hair a few times now and complicated bobs are something he can totally handle. He cares about the integrity of the hair and has a great fix for each of my bleaching disasters every time.

Tatiana at Headquarters ruined my hair. i went there for a perm. The first perm did not take at all. I went back for a second perm (no charge), and a week later my hair looked like a frizz ball. HEADQUARTERS RUINED MY HAIR. RUINED IT. DO NOT HAVE A PERM AT HEADQUARTERS, AT LEAST BY TATIANA.
