Ive been coming to this spa salon for a few years now and I love it. I was interested in their beauty school so I figured why not try the product for myself? Best decision I ever made with my skin. The staff and shout out to my esthetician Andrea are awesome as well!

The only reason Im giving Elizabeth Grady a 1 star is because of their poor communicating. When I booked I mentioned my Gilt City deal. When I arrived I offered my Gilt certificate and was told to hold I to it until the end. The facial itself was a nice experience. What ruined it all was when I was checking out I was charged an extra $22 for a mask that was not part of the Gilt deal. Shame on you Elizabeth Grady. Its your staffs job to communicate to me what is included and what is an extra charge. You just lost a future customer.

I went in today to use a giftcard to explore services and products, and witnessed a super rude fight between one front desk staff member yelling at another front desk staff member. It was deeply unprofessional and left me feeling kind of icky about going back. I purchased a few products at the recommendation of the esthetician who seemed nice enough, but the energy between the front desk staff was so gross that I didnt want to come back, and the space itself felt old, worn, and dirty. Yikes!

Ive been coming in here for a long time, and use all of their skincare products. Over the years, Ive tried many products, some of which were great, and some of which I do not like. In one of my visits for a facial, one of the friendlier staff suggested a product that I had already tried, and did not like. I told her as much, and she said that I should bring the product(along with 1 other) back into the store, and they would give me a credit towards products that I did like.I brought those two products into the store a week ago, and the manager and front desk staff treated me as if I were trying to get away with something. They did this in front of their clientele. They exclaimed You bought these over a year ago!, when pulling up my purchase history, implying that I should know the cutoff for their return policy, and obviously it was too long.Overall, I was made to feel ashamed, by employees there, for doing what one of the other employees suggested I do.Bad form.
