I like the location-- its private so I never have to wait for the weights or feel like everyone is staring at me.Dale the trainer is the best. Hes friendly but can still effectively pushes me to do better, work harder than the day before. I can tell genuinely wants me to be healthy and strong as I can be. I feel like my fitness goals are a team effort, which is awesome.an easy 5 stars
Dale is an excellent trainer. He asked about and understood my goals, reviewed my current workout routine, tweaked a little, and added on some more to round out my workout..... all this in a way thats doable but challenging enough for me...with room to progress later. So, I feel motivated for the change but not overwhelmed. Perfect!!!
Ive been working with Dale twice weekly, for the past four months. In addition to being an all around nice guy, hes not your stereotypical intimidating gym bro and genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Hes also very accommodating when life/schedules get busy.I really appreciate that his fitness studio is private, so theres no pressure from random spectators like in a larger gym chain setting.
When I was training at Wikidfit I was in the best shape of my life thanks to top of the line equipment, individualized, creative workouts and the best customer service. Dale taught me not to underestimate what I’m capable of. My only complaint is that they haven’t relocated to my side of the city.
Best trainer ever
I have been training with Dale for just over a year. My goal is to arrive at 40 in the best shape of my life--and by the time I get there, Ill have made strength training a habit that I can keep sustaining for years to come. Before I started with Wikidfit, I was already a member at a gym chain in Boston and I considered signing up for their personal training, but I didnt like the format: it was too formulaic, too expensive and their trainers were too inexperienced. I wanted to find someone who could engage my head while I learned; I didnt need someone to simply sound motivating while they walked me through a set of exercises.Dales style was exactly what I was looking for: he explains the theory behind what he is doing. He works with each person differently, depending on their goals (yes, even when working with multiple people at a time). He focuses on form and proper mechanics--even after a year I still have much to learn! Each workout is different and I usually leave every 45 minute session feeling like I put everything I had into it.A year later I am stronger, I have built a healthy habit and Im continuing to learn--it has been a great match.
