Ive worked for many Staffing Agencies but none of those agencies ever made me feel appreciated. None of those agencies offered raises as a reward for me doing so well, not even after winning employee of the month. Best staffing agency Ive ever dealt with. In the past I have worked with all of the top staffing agencies in Boston, at least 12 or more. By far the staff here are professional and genuinely nice; no fake smiles here. After searching for quite a while, they contacted me immediately when I sent in my resume and I had the job of my dreams within 3 days. Many staffing agencies in Boston, have young recruiters and they really dont have experience so they kind of follow a script in the way they handle applicants.
