They demand that you show up in person to meet with them, but chances are very good that theyre only meeting with you to fish for new leads. Dont bother wasting your time.
I didnt intend to write this review until I made the mistake of answering the phone when Talener called me earlier today. I had to tell them I wasnt interested in working with them anymore because one of his employees had called me 70 times recently, and I described this as harassment. At this point, rather than apologizing and acting professionally, he became extremely defensive, accused me of blowing them off, and said they called me a few times. So I went back through my call log and counted.Between July 27 and today, October 22 they called me at least 28 times (a little more than every three days.) This doesnt count the call today, or the more than zero times they called from numbers other than the one I counted. This is in addition to six emails in that time period.Ill let you form your own conclusions, but these are the facts, at least of my situation. I have good relationships with many recruiters and agencies, but I would not recommend Talener to anyone, and will never work with them again.
